Worst customer service VAN were helping us and they have lots of worker there but only her help us and she were serving lots of people too she was scrambling.. It was on April 4th 2025 we went there to eat breakfast but suddenly they forget my order we had a party of 5 but only mine they forgot waited for a long time they didn’t even notify me.. I was the one who get their attention and asked were is my food? We have to ask for a service water. Poor customer service but yet they charge you a service.. My husband ordered a hot chocolate taste bland need little sugar on it. Looks very presentable though!

Great location on Vanilla Beach, a lot of different type of beach chairs. Food and service is good. Coctails are very tasty!!! Service is not as fast as in Europe nor US but I think it's just Philipinian style, nothing wrong with that.

Amazing view and vibe! Unfortunately our tacos tasted A LOT to vinegar (we didn’t even finish them), but the happy hour was great and the cocktails very decent. You got her fore the views and the people

When we were there (june 2025) the menu had both pages from the Beach Shack as well as pages from another restaurant in it. I don't know if that is always the case, but we ordered the sisig and kebab pollo. Both were really delicious!! The view was also beautiful, even when cloudy. We also had a couple of cocktails, which were fine and mixed well.

Great spot on a clean beach and the sunset is wonderful! Although we were not hotel guests, we were able to use the sun loungers as restaurant guests! Friendly staff and delicious food

The Beach Shack – super cozy with chill music and a laid-back vibe by the sea. Perfect spot for sunset drinks and relaxing. A must-visit for beach lovers!
