The food took almost an hour to come out, and it was all very average for the amount they are charging. They also charge you a service charge but we never received service or water. The drinks and location were great, but it’s not worth stopping at when other nearby spots offer much better food for the same price. And the other places have fast service.

Great location on Vanilla Beach, a lot of different type of beach chairs. Food and service is good. Coctails are very tasty!!! Service is not as fast as in Europe nor US but I think it's just Philipinian style, nothing wrong with that.

Worst customer service VAN were helping us and they have lots of worker there but only her help us and she were serving lots of people too she was scrambling.. It was on April 4th 2025 we went there to eat breakfast but suddenly they forget my order we had a party of 5 but only mine they forgot waited for a long time they didn’t even notify me.. I was the one who get their attention and asked were is my food? We have to ask for a service water. Poor customer service but yet they charge you a service.. My husband ordered a hot chocolate taste bland need little sugar on it. Looks very presentable though!

We have been in the area for a number of days and like responsible tourists, we pick up obvious garbage from near any bar or cafe we are at. All bars appreciate it. Today for the first time a restaurant refused ”no outside cups” - I had just picked up a paper cup from in front of the cafe! This I find entirely unacceptable

I was really disappointed with my visit. I ordered just nachos for snack, and despite the restaurant not being busy, it took an unreasonably long time to get my food. The service was terrible–staff was inattentive and kept asking what was our order. Definitely not worth the wait or the frustration. They killed El nido vibe for me.
