The Beach Shack

I was really disappointed with my visit. I ordered just nachos for snack, and despite the restaurant not being busy, it took an unreasonably long time to get my food. The service was terrible–staff was inattentive and kept asking what was our order. Definitely not worth the wait or the frustration. They killed El nido vibe for me.

We were served by Aeriel who recommended us the grilled chicken and the Tagalog beef which were both really good and delicious! We paired it with the mango and orange juice which was refreshing after a long day in the sun. We didn't had to wait long for the food and the vibe was just lovely for our spontaneous date night. Highly recommended this place and thank you to Aeriel for making dinner enjoyable!

The view is amazing! The service was great. You needed only eye contact and somebody spawned next to you. We had only drinks there and these was amazing!

Absolutely Terrible Service!!! My poor mother watched us eat as her food took 1hr 40min to come out. When we asked the staff why it was taking so long they lied and said they had a party of 14 people they were serving on the upper level of the restaurant. My wife and I wanted to see the pool, the views and we saw maybe 4-5 guest at most. Our last order was still not out after 2hrs of being at there establishment. We had to argue with the Manager to cancel the last order.

Great Instagram vibes, extremely slow service. We waited an hour for our meal, but we all thought the food was good (including the Filipinos). We were so hungry I forgot to take pics of the food. Fish stew, pork bbq meal, calamari, fried pork knuckle, rice and salad. Everything tasted good!

Review for bar restaurant only. The seating is comfortable, and the place is kept very clean , including the toilets. The staff are semi attentive but generally friendly. The drinks and cocktails are ok. We mainly were drawn for the comfort ad seating by the beach . The coconut squash soup was delicious.

The drinks are overpriced and the service poor. I asked for the menu twice when ordering and to top it all off, when paying, we paid by card but one of the girls who works here told us that we hadn't paid so she asked us to pay a second time. This is unacceptable! We showed them the proof of payment and they spent over 30 minutes trying to sort out the problem. If it's too complicated for you to make card payments, it's better to say so than to take up people's time ... in short, the place has run away!

Just 10m to the sea, the beach shack was so cool place. Music was so chill and the food was great also. We ate pork sisig and lambanog shrimp which were too fresh and delicious. Atmosphere was so nice as well. In the las cabanos beach, this place was worth to try. Recommended!
