Having lived in Phnom Penh twelve years (as of the time of this review), this is in my opinion the best coffee shop in all of Cambodia. I’ve been here multiple times over the course of several years, and they continue to expand their knowledge base, quality of service, coffee line-up, event offerings, and educational opportunities. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and they know their craft well. The training and ongoing up-skilling set this place apart from the others, I feel. I come here to study, do photography, relax, and just simply have time to go slow with amazing coffee. It’s the perfect place for that, because you never feel like they’re trying to get you out the door, and there’s always a welcome smile.

Well such as my good experiences of all the time when I visited, it not just about the coffee shop but it more about the community of coffee to explore the bean region and you can try at the shop. One more thing that I really love and spend my long day is about comfort seating of working. There are many spot you can choose to seat indoor and outdoor with tropical ambient. One more thing you don’t even skip is cozy photography.

We spent three weeks in Siem Reap in September 2024, and had the pleasure of visiting The Bean Embassy – we absolutely loved it! The atmosphere, specialty coffee, and service were all excellent. We enjoyed coming here for the great coffee, their delicious brownies, and the Pad Thai, which was also incredibly tasty and well-prepared! We highly recommend this coffee shop, especially if you're as passionate about good coffee as we are. The staff was incredibly kind and provided outstanding service. They answered all our questions about coffee and recommended amazing brews with just the right acidity! We’re very grateful for the service and the wonderful experience at this place.

A must visit coffee shop! It’s surprising how many coffee shops there are in Siem Reap, but very few can make a good coffee and accept credit cards at the same time. The owner is passionate and skilled, and the staff are well-trained in coffee. Plus, the food is just chef’s kiss.
