Today’s work session led me to a charming little coffee shop tucked behind a canopy of tamarind trees. The soft rustle of leaves overhead and the lush green garden created such a peaceful setting—perfect for focus and a calm mind. I settled at a small round wooden table, laptop open, greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly brewed iced coffee and a decadent slice of chocolate cake with a touch of green custard on the side. The atmosphere felt warm and homey, like a gentle escape from the noise of daily life. It’s one of those places that makes you want to slow down, breathe in the stillness, and just be present with your thoughts (and maybe a little bit of dessert).

My always go to coffee place whenever i visit Siem Reap. Their hot coffee taste so so good. Their food is delicious, enough quantity for a person, acceptable prices and fit for breakfast and lunch. Also love the subtle changes of the decoration in my each visit.

Edit: we came every day (near our hotel) and always had a great vibe. On the busiest day we came, it was a bit hectic with the food orders and for a vegan option for my partner is was very average (3 star) but the staff are all very competent. Still love the cafe but more for the drinks and desserts. Genuine coffee lovers cafe. So much choice, the staff know their stuff (barista experts - prize winners) and awesome flavours. We got multiple coffees here (iced / hot to pourover' s / cappuccino's etc.) The toast is dangerously good - taste at your own peril, you'll want more!

☕🍳 Daily Rituals & Coffee Dreams at Our Favorite Breakfast Spot – Bean Embassy. This place isn’t just a café—it’s our breakfast sanctuary. Whether we’re easing into the day or powering through the morning, Bean Embassy never fails to deliver that cozy, delicious experience we crave. Let’s talk coffee, because that’s where the real magic happens. They offer a rotating selection of coffee beans, which makes each visit a little adventure for your taste buds. Our all-time fave? The Single Origin Honduras beans. Smooth, balanced, and rich—whether it’s in a latte, mocha, or cappuccino, it’s consistently amazing. We loved it so much, we bought a bag to bring that joy home. When Honduras runs out (heartbreaking, yes), we turn to the Classico blend from Ethiopia & Brazil—now our backup go-to. Their Hot Cappuccino (Classico) has become a full-blown obsession. It’s bold, velvety, and pairs perfectly with breakfast. 🍳 Food-wise? A solid win. My boyfriend is all about their Bacon, Eggs & Avocado Toast – simple, hearty, and always satisfying. I’m hooked on the Beef with Basil Fried Rice. It’s light, flavorful, and exactly the kind of dish I could happily eat every single day. They also have a Tom Yum Noodle Soup, which leans more toward the creamy coconut side—great if you're in the mood for something warm and comforting. 🍰 Now, let’s get real about the pastries: The Chocolatine? Too soft, not enough flake. Chocolate Chip Cookies? A bit too hard for my taste—I’m a crispy-outside, gooey-inside kind of girl. Though I get it… some people love dunking harder cookies into hot drinks! The Caramel Toast was a sugar bomb for me, but sweet tooths might adore it—especially with that scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. The Brownie? YES. It’s more on the cakey side, not overly rich, and has a lovely avocado cream base that adds a unique twist. Perfect for sharing—or not 😉. ✨ Bonus points for the friendly, attentive staff and a super comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to stay longer than planned. Whether we’re grabbing a quick breakfast or sitting down for a slow, chatty morning, this place hits the spot—almost every day of the week.

I had a fantastic experience at the Cafe. The coffee was fabulous: perfectly roasted with the right level of fragrance and acidity. I also liked the bread. The staff was friendly. They explained the differences between the coffee options, making sure that you got the right one for you. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing: well designed for the tropical weather.

A lovely cafe just on the main road in Siem Reap. First came when it was a small coffee a couple of years ago as it had a reputation for great coffee. Since then it has expanded to include a lovely garden space and additional air conditioned buildings, coffee training centre. Overall, great place to sit and relax with a nice coffee, get some work done or have some food.
