The Bed & Breakfast

We had a great stay at The Bed and Breakfast. Quick bus ride from the train station with many options so didn’t have to wait long at all. They also provide you free usage of the public transportation system. The room was spacious with a fan and plenty of shared bathrooms, so no issues with needing to wait. Breakfast spread was great and the workers were super helpful!

Very well run and well thought out accommodation. Breakfast is good value, the coffee machine available at all times is great. The shared fridge is a nice touch and the laundry is very convenient and a generous price which saved us a couple of hours of our own time. The rooms are clean and a good size, the staff are friendly and helpful. Can't really fault the place!

I would give this a hundred billion stars if I could! Host Isabelle was incredible! Absolutely the best woman ever! She was so kind and accommodating. She made the stay feel like an invite into her own home. The rooms were so cute and well decorated. I loved all the homey touches. There were plenty of clean bathrooms and showers to go around. The garden is a nice quiet space. The location was super convenient to busses and Mt Pilatus. We got around everywhere very easily. The breakfast room was quaint and a delight to dine in! The healthy spread consisted of various fresh breads, jams, Nutella, honey, yogurt, cereal, eggs and more. Seriously, what is not to like? I left with a smile on my face, wishing we could stay longer. Thanks Isabelle and team!

Nice place, good setup and sweet staff. No air conditioning but we slept with windows open. Breakfast was good. It is outside the area were everything is and the sites.

Stayed here for just one night on a family trip through Switzerland. Staff very helpful and friendly. A really nice B&B that makes a nice change from a hotel and is located in a nice neighbourhood, but close to the City. Breakfast also very good.

Not the friendliest of staff. No hello at breakfast or “how was your stay” when we checked out.|We had a room with a bathroom (4). The room was based in between 2 communal bathrooms and boy was it noisy. The bed head was actually on the wall of the shower in the next room so we could hear everything. Had no sleep for 2 nights. People showering after 11pm and before 5am. |Location was ok. Plenty of buses. Breakfast was ok but no pastries of any kind. |One curtain that was not big enough to fit the bedroom window and it was see through. |We have stayed in a lot better accommodations for the same money. We wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed at the Bed and Breakfast in April 2023, and adored our time there. The building is elegant, the customer service and advice everything you could ask for and on top of that the breakfast is delightful! Isabelle was so lovely and welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay extra special - it was like visiting friends! I can't wait to visit again and would thoroughly recommend for everyone. It is a short walk from town but the public transport is free/visitor pass and efficient and helped on those days when your legs are sore from walking.

Wonderful place to stay in Lucerne with an amazingly attentive staff. We arrived earlier than anticipated and the host went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. The bedrooms are great, spacious, with comfortable bedding. Bathrooms are plentiful. A 1 minute walk from a bus stop which can get you wherever you need to go. We were very happy with our experience.

This has to be one of the best places I've stayed at in Europe. It's a small quaint place just 15 min walk from old town and 5 mins from new town. The staff is super friendly and eager to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The rooms and clean and comfortable with beautiful views windows to look out at. They have shared bathrooms but they are always clean and ready to go. They serve a traditional breakfast here with wonderful breads, cheeses, cereals, sliced meats and fruit. Just what you need to start the day off. I would highly recommend this place to any travelers. I'll definitely stay here again the next time we pass through.

To say that this is an amazing place to stay would be an understatement! The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were heavenly. On top of all that the breakfast was really really good! I will definitely stay here again.

We found this hotel b&b online. There were 4 of us including a 9 year old. We loved the owners and overall it was an excellent value that included breakfast and only a 15 minute walk to the Old City
