Bellevue Boutique Hotel Kiama

We have stayed here multiple times now. The new owners have made some great upgrades and they really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was second to none with some personal touches on arrival. Located close to the town centre, Bellevue is within walking distance of everything and anything you need for a lovely coastal getaway. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had an amazing stay at the hotel. It is perfectly located at walking distance to the beach, very nice cafés and the train station for those of you not coming with a car. Sandra is an amazing host, very responsive and kind. We slept very well and felt right at home. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, is perfectly clean and is very well decorated. I highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway or necessary quiet time away from the city (me!!).

Not only is the unit so warm and inviting, your attention to detail with the small gestures (rocky road, candles, etc) made us feel so welcome. A Home Away From Home! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this lovely accommodation, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by Sandra, the wonderful owner, whose hospitality truly sets this place apart. It’s clear she takes great pride in making every guest feel like they’re at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, with beds that were incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud. You can tell that no detail is overlooked, and the new management has done an outstanding job ensuring everything is perfect. It felt like every corner of the property had been thoughtfully cared for, making my stay extra special. A highlight for me was the amazing cheese platter that was waiting when I arrived—such a lovely touch and a perfect way to unwind after a day of travel. It’s those little extras that make all the difference! The location is also fantastic—right in the heart of everything. It was so convenient to explore the area, and I loved that I could easily walk to all the best spots. All in all, this place is a hidden gem. The warm, inviting atmosphere and the personal touches made it feel like coming home again. With the new management at the helm, I’m certain this place will continue to thrive. Can’t wait to return! Absolutely outstanding experience. We stayed here around Christmas time and the location and rooms were lovely so we booked again for Easter. In the meantime the owners changed, so we wondered if it would be as good. Frankly it was better. Sandra is such a fantastic host. Her communication in the lead up to our arrival, along with her availability during our stay, was superb. We can't speak highly enough of our experience and will be back as soon as we can ☺️

We have stayed at the Bellevue numerous times and found it fantastic. Sandra and Arthur are so welcoming and the service is impeccable. The apartments are so clean and have everything you need for self contained accommodation. Great location with easy walk to the water, main hub of Kiama and cafes and restaurants. It feels like a home away from home.

Be careful and be alert when you come to this accommodation. Treat it as if you would deal with a real estate agency, making sure that you check all items correctly. Read every single line of terms&condition. I had a great time until leaving the place, got letter with charge to my credit card for item that were not even there when I came in. It is no longer an accommodation like a home as the other reviewer said. It is truly a tarnished experience that I will regret forever of ever staying in the hotel under this owner's management
