Bellevue Boutique Hotel Kiama

My wife and I have just had a four night stay and now cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Kiama. The apartment was amazing, size and location could not have been better. Sandra even had fresh flowers and biscuits on our arrival. We walked everywhere, shops, restaurants, beach and rockpools, then enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony outside our room. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent boutique hotel we couldn’t fault the accommodation and hospitality at all. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary Sandra had pulled out all the stops for us. When we entered our apartment there was soft music playing, soft lighting, two champagne flutes, and card wishing us a happy anniversary. It was a beautiful evening arriving to such a greeting. Sandra was very friendly and polite nothing was too much trouble for her she never made her presence in person but kept in touch by text asking if we required anything more. We would promote this hostess to anyone looking in the Kiama area for 1st class accommodation. Beautiful.

Where do we begin!!! I contacted Sandra as I was looking to take my partner away on a holiday and propose. Sandra could not have been any more helpful. We arrived to a STUNNING arrangement of flowers, chocolates, cheese platters, gifts and more in an incredibly clean and well prepared accommodation. We cannot recommend Bellevue appartments high enough. The location is perfect and the outlook is peaceful and feels like home the moment you arrive. With all of the help from Sandra and the team at Bellevue appartments the proposal went off without a hitch and we cannot wait to return for many more visits in the future. Thank you again for everything you organised and did for our special visit.

My wife and I booked one night stay at The Bellevue. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation, the proximity from the city centre, the spaciousness of the place, the wrap around balcony with the chairs and table outside. It is super clean, great quality bedding and sheets. The bathroom had ample supply of soap/shampoo/conditioner/towels. It was in fact a one bedroom self contained unit. And fresh flowers and plants. Excellent address.

We had a fabulous stay in this charming, building with its lovely verandahs and gardens. Beautifully presented apartment. Spacious, super clean and everything thought of, even a beach bag with beach towels. Great location near harbour and rock pool plus being just across the road to miners cottages for breakfast. Plenty of off-street parking and very convenient easy access to room. The host Sandra is lovely and we really appreciated the complimentary cheese platter on our late arrival. Also very helpful with the storage of our bikes.

What a beautiful stay I have had. From the moment I got there. I was feeling very excited for my birthday weekend away to Kiama from my Sons. I got to the accommodation and was greeted by Sandra and it was the loveliest welcome. As I opened the door to my small apartment it was absolutely beautiful. From the gorgeous dining area to the lounge and the beautiful verandah to sit and enjoy the moment. Everything was perfect. So clean and all the special touches well thought of. I had everything I needed and more. I really needed to get away and just relax and it was perfect. Sandra even gave me a birthday platter as a surprise. Thank you Sandra or helping my beautiful sons with my surprise and for making my much needed weekend away so special. We found this place through the lovely ladies at the Kiama Information Centre. The place was charming, beautifully decorated, centrally located with a peaceful manicured garden. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped and catered for with a lot of thought put into everything from shortbread, lollies, comforting music and even a dish of bath salts left at the door. We highly recommend this exceptional accommodation. Thank you Sandra for making it such a memorable stay. We will definitely be back.

This is the second time we've stayed here. We stayed for four nights mid week in a one bedroom suite which is a part of a beautiful heritage building. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed with everything you need to be fully self contained. It's also the little personal touches that made us feel very welcome. Easy walking distance to the town, sea pool and other attractions. Once there we didn't need to use the car at all. Sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine overlooking the old magnolia tree was pretty special. Our hosts were lovely, easy to contact if needed, otherwise you have complete privacy. It's quite near to Sydney and on the train line so easy to get there by train. A special thank you to our host Sandra we really enjoyed our time there. Suzie & John

Be careful and be alert when you come to this accommodation. Treat it as if you would deal with a real estate agency, making sure that you check all items correctly. Read every single line of terms&condition. I had a great time until leaving the place, got letter with charge to my credit card for item that were not even there when I came in. It is no longer an accommodation like a home as the other reviewer said. It is truly a tarnished experience that I will regret forever of ever staying in the hotel under this owner's management
