The Bellevue Kiama (Bellevue Accommodation)

Most amazing stay! Location is convenient and the apartment was spotless. Only downfall, was being on the lower level, we could hear the guest upstairs walk around and be quite loud on our last night. My only request would be to stay on the upper level next time for peace & quiet.

We spent 3 weeks staying at the Bellevue (apartment 6) whilst visiting parents and family. We travelled from the UK. A real home from home, with every facility needed for a very comfortable stay. Absolutely spotless, with a fantastic weekly clean overseen by the wonderful Sylvia. The Bellevue is in a perfect location for restaurants and cafes, as well as a short walk to the sea pool, fabulous beaches and everything that Kiama has to offer. All in all, 5 out of 5 and we can’t recommend highly enough.

We stayed in unit 6 upstairs, it was beautifully furnished, clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were generously stocked. The lamps in the bedroom were lovely but much too large and bright for bedsides. Other than that, we loved it! Great location, easy walk to sights.

Had a lovely couple nights away with my husband. The room was beautiful, clean and had everything you could need. Was welcomed with flowers and chocolate. The bed was comfy. Loved the balcony. Could sit out there with a wine watching the sun set. Great location. Able to walk everywhere and try out numerous cafes and restaurants in Kiama.

A lovely clean, welcoming apartment in a nicely restored old Victorian residence. Great décor, comfortable bed, good heating & cooling. Comfy cane chairs out on the front verandah to sit and look over Kiama and very easy to book. We stayed over to break up a regular trip down South and will definitely be back. Close to everything (We walked to a nice restaurant for dinner). (Parking at the front of the unit). Good kitchen if you want to stay for a few days and do a bit of cooking yourself.

My wife and I only visited for one night, so did not experience the service, though we did meet the manager and she seemed really friendly. We had a one bedroom apartment. It came with a bathroom, lounge room, kitchen and a tiny laundry closet. The accommodation was stylish and clean. We really loved it. The Bellevue is conveniently placed, a few minutes walk from the centre of town. I highly recommend it.

Super Clean, beautifully furnished and fully appointed with quality appliances.|Spent a weekend here and were surprised by the fresh flowers and chocolate on the table.|Stylishly appointed, all kitchen utensils, luxury shower head, Streaming services with Sonos sound bar all provided.|Close to breakfast and lunch places, short stroll to harbour. I cannot recommend this beautiful property enough. It has so many positives to list. We stayed for my sister’s small wedding. They were going to marry on Kendall’s beach but the weather had other ideas. Sylvia was amazing in implementing an alternative plan. We could have the ceremony in the beautiful Unit 6 which has lovely vaulted ceilings and lover’s seat or, if we were lucky enough, the picturesque garden. Luckily the rain held off and the ceremony was perfect in the garden. There were only 7 of us and the setting fitted that size occasion. We had champagne on the sun-filled verandah before heading off for a celebratory dinner. The location is in walking distance to the town’s lovely coffee shops, restaurants, fashion and gift stores. So much to do. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all at The Bellevue Inn for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back!

Be careful and be alert when you come to this accommodation. Treat it as if you would deal with a real estate agency, making sure that you check all items correctly. Read every single line of terms&condition. I had a great time until leaving the place, got letter with charge to my credit card for item that were not even there when I came in. It is no longer an accommodation like a home as the other reviewer said. It is truly a tarnished experience that I will regret forever of ever staying in the hotel under this owner's management
