The Belmore Apartments Hotel

The rooms were incredibly spacious, quiet, and peaceful – I loved every moment of my stay. During an emergency situation, I was assisted by a room service staff member named Jody, whose professionalism and genuine care completely turned things around for me. Jody went above and beyond, and it’s thanks to their outstanding service that I’m giving this place a full 5-star rating. The customer service was excellent overall, but Jody’s help truly made the experience unforgettable.

We have stayed here twice now and were both times really happy. The staff at reception was very friendly and ready to help with any issues we had. Since this our first time in Wollongong, they also had lots of great tips and recommendations on places to go.The rooms are spacious, well equipped, clean and had everything we could have wished for in a serviced apartment. The location is also great in that it is only a short walk to the lighthouses, the beach and Wollongong CBD and the train station. We were very happy with everything and will definitely be back!

Nice clean room, liked the renovated bathroom! Friendly staff on arrival. Faily close to the water, coffee shops & restaurants. Probably going to book in there again on our way home!

From the moment we entered the front door we felt welcome, Mary ( from Melbourne) was a delight and very helpful.|The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and clean, we also welcomed having a washing machine as we had been travelling for a few weeks.|The apartments are situated close the both the city centre, the lighthouse,beach and a range of cafes and restaurants. |We walked to most of our chosen destinations, as another reviewer mentioned plenty of free parking at the rear of the building.|We enjoyed the photos of many travel/scenic spots across Australia on the walls in the corridor and rooms.|Thanks for an enjoyable stay

I have booked to stay at this apartment and need to cancel due to a family situation. The email response when I emailed them was very aggressive. I will no longer be using bookings.com either. Accommodation should be flexible as life circumstances change. I recommend not booking their accommodation or using bookings.com

Overall a good stay. Room was a good size and clean although vety noticebale smell of stale cigarette smoke when we walked in. Location is awesome, walk to beaches, the CBD and plenty of restuarents nearby. Would recommend if you are a light sleeper to ask for a room away from the road as it can be noisy with traffic coming from nearby CBD at night.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. The building is older but the rooms are updated and very good. Shops, restaurants and the beach are within easy walking distance. I’d happily stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Belmore apartments. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We were a five minute walk to shops and a seven minute walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!
