The Benjamin - Ridgefield

We had a fantastic dining experience at The Benjamin in Ridgefield. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, the service attentive, and every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. It’s the perfect spot for a date night or special evening out—we’ll definitely be back!

This place has been one of our favorites as a family since they opened! It’s always been good, but in particular, what feels like these last few months have been even better! Miles (Myles?), the manager is seriously amazing. He makes sure every visit is better than our last! Highly recommend… Especially if you’re gluten-free, they will take care of you!

I hosted a bridal shower at the Benjamin in Ridgefield a few months ago and it was nothing short of spectacular. Everyone who attended could not stop raving about the experience-from the incredible food to the attentive, genuinely kind staff. I worked with Hannah and she and her staff made the day feel effortless and elegant. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. The Benjamin is a true gem - I would rate it a 10!!

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Great cocktails, My husband really enjoyed his dinner. He ordered the Bronzino which was delicious. I was disappointed with my dinner which was the tuna bowl and Caesar salad. Both lacked flavor. Overall, very nice place!

We had a strange experience at the Benjamin today. We came in at 5pm with our 1-year-old for the happy hour. They seemed really flustered when we asked to do the happy hour. Not sure if it was because they didn't want us to do happy hour or because they didn't want our baby there. We ended up sitting outside until we were swarmed with bees and asked to move inside. The manager, or maybe he was the owner, was very unhappy about it. He reluctantly let us have a table inside. It was super weird because 95% of the tables were empty. Overall bad vibes. Our server was nice though.

Absolutely delicious food. Excellent value. I didn't take photos because a friend took us out to dinner, but the watercress salad was absolutely delicious, the fresh pea soup was delicious, the scallop dinner we're absolutely incredible. My husband said that the chicken dinner was delicious. Creme brulee desert was delicious. Service was spectacular, Thank you Miles! Ambience was gorgeous.

Excellent food and immaculate service! If you’re looking for a spectacular, top tier dining experience in Ridgefield, The Benjamin is the place to go. From drinks, apps to entrees everything was fantastic! I had the scallops and they are a must try! Between our whole group, we tried most of the menu and everything was delectable. An incredible addition to the Ridgefield restaurant circuit but The Benjamin definitely takes the cake!

Amazing food! The appetizers and main dishes were delicious, but the deserts were outstanding! Everything we tried was so delicious, I didn’t get a chance to take a picture because it was devoured to quickly. Must fo back for seconds now :) The service was excellent. I went in without reservation and was seated at a great table with a few of the garden. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing.
