The Piped Flower cupcakes were def the WOW of my babyshower. Not only they look AMAZING, they taste SO GOOD! Pauline is very responsive, considerate and willing to work with my blue theme request. I highly recommend these cupcakes to anyone who wants beautiful deliciousness to make lovely memories ~

My mouth dropped when I saw my beautiful custom birthday cookies! I grinned the whole walk to the train. They were very well done in luxurious royal icing, and they were wrapped nicely with a cohesive-colored ribbon. Out of all the bakeries I emailed about custom cookies, Pauline was the only one who responded quickly to confirm she could do them on time, and her pricing was excellent. She also didn't require a minimum order, and I only needed a dozen. They were ready right on time and perfectly packaged for the long trip home. I can't wait for my guests to see and taste these, and I will certainly be ordering again.

These are honestly the best cookies I have ever had and everyone that has tried them agrees. I’m partial to the chocolate chip but they are all great, the high quality of the ingredients and the care placed in preparation is what really makes these shine. I’ve eaten a lot of cookies in my life and nothing else at any price point compares, these are rich, substantial and incredibly good. I guarantee you will become a “regular” like me after you try a box and they always arrive ultra fresh!

An exceptional experience! As a first time customer I placed an online order, shortly after normal business hours for chocolate chip cookies. I provided the delivery address. To my surprise I received a confirmation email not long after I placed my order and asking if an 11am delivery that next morning would be acceptable. I said yes, and at 10:58am the cookies were delivered. They were delicious! Great service, delicious product!

This bakery feels out of place in New York City, in a lovely way. It’s very personal, like something you’d see in a small town, where someone sells baked items out of their home. At the same time, the experience was very professional from start to finish, from the ordering experience on the website to the nice pastry box the cookies came in. I got the macadamia nut cookies and they were fantastic. Generous amounts of white chocolate and macadamia nuts, and the cookies here are made to order so they smelled incredible, literally a few minutes out of the oven. I’d order from here again, I’m curious about a few of their other items. Seems like this would also be a nice gift for a lover of baked goods.

The Better Crumb’s cookies are absolutely delicious! We have purchased them for many occasions- including baby shower favors! Our whole family raves over them. The chocolate chip cookie is our favorite. We highly recommend for a special occasion or any day that ends with ‘y’. You will not be disappointed!

Best cookie in New York and the world, hands down! The chocolate chip is a classic, and unlike others in that it's slightly carmelized and has the perfect consistency; crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Double chocolate chunk is rich, decadent and delicious, and I eat the Oatmeal Raisin for breakfast more often than I should. Everything is special, thoughtful and made with love. Will always be my favorite dessert of all time!
