Viewpoint is so beautiful. Big Buddha is closed right now due to a landslide but you can ride a motorbike up to the top. You can still see The Buddha Statue but you can't enter. Beautiful motorbike ride up there. Food and drinks served at the top. Bring Thai baht.

The attraction was close but the ride was fun, you can see elephants there. The view is amazing. Rent a scooter and go on your own it's better.

The drive up there is very engaging if you enjoy a 2 wheeler, and I would recommend to be careful going up and down the hill. Always wear your helmet!! The visiting is not possible currently as the site is closed for construction renovations. The views at the top are breathtaking, and there are also monkeys. For your safety, do not touch/feed the monkeys. They will attack you or try to steal your food if you allow them/you are not vigilant. There are free toilets and a bar with drinks, coconuts, and other drinks, and food. It's definitely worth visiting!

This place is closed for tourist, but still in the package. They tell you that they will make you visit big Buddha. They take you to the backside of it where there is a big space from where you can take pictures with the backside of Buddha and get the view of the Phuket city, so if you want to enjoy the view, you can go to the place, but if you want to go there only for visiting Bigg Buddha, then it’s a waste of time and money

Unfortunately, when I visited, the Big Buddha in Phuket was under maintenance due to a landslide, so I couldn’t go up close — a bit of a regret on the trip, but also a perfect excuse to come back again. Driving up the mountain involves winding roads, which really put your car’s performance to the test. Along the way, you’ll pass by a tiger park and several elephant sanctuaries. The parking area at the top isn’t very big, but there are souvenir shops and places to buy drinks nearby. Looking down from the mountaintop, the view over Phuket feels truly surreal.

This place was closed for renovation and is not expected to be open for atleast 6 more months However the view from the top of the hill is fantastic. It's a hill view facing one of the best beaches.

We reached a landing area up the mountain where we could see the Big Buddha side and back. However due to closure we couldn’t walk up to his location. He looked incredible, we could see the tile work and were pleased to get that close. He sits atop the mountain presciding over sweeping valley & coastal views so we did get photos and enjoy the views. Recommend going as the trip up the mountain included villages on the way, was so good except for seeing the terrible elephant ride place with a baby elephant leg tied to a hut. That was awful. Go to Freedom Elephant Sanctuary and support their efforts to save elephants from tourist industry.
