I have been going to the Biostation since 2018. I truly believe there is no other place to go to to provide the quality of service under a doctors care then the Biostation. Whether you're doing HRT, Anti Aging , Peptide therapy you're in good hands. My patient advocate is Shauna. She has been with me since the inception. Her professionalism, knowledge, service is a five star experience. Truly, the reason why I'm still with the Biostation even though I live between California and Florida is because of her. If you're thinking about doing HRT pellet therapy or any Anti Aging service the Biostation is the place to go.

I really appreciate the biostation. They have helped me so much!! I had a total hysterectomy July 2024, and their hormone replacement therapy has been a godsend. Also, the staff is great to work with, especially Caite. She makes ordering my medications and hormones to my address in North Carolina a breeze. Even though I moved from Florida to North Carolina, I’m still a patient at the biostation. They make it easy to continue to stay a patient even though I don’t live in Florida anymore. I used to love BioStation when Joe Moran was there. Since Joe left, the service has completely fallen apart. I was randomly charged for a reorder I never authorized, which is unacceptable. If you were a client of Joe Moran, be very careful dealing with whoever took over your account. I’ve sent multiple emails to the new rep and management and have received zero response. No accountability, no explanation, no customer care. Charging customers without authorization and then ignoring them is a huge red flag. Very disappointing experience from what used to be a great company. I would not recommend BioStation in its current form.

The staff here are phenomenal. Especially Isabella with care concierge. All the nurses and Doctors are so very professional and I highly recommend them, especially for amazing guidance on hormonal treatments. They are so knowledgable and offer treatments that are plant-based. I promise you won't be dissapointed, call them today!!

I have now been to this location seven times and each time the the customer service is fantastic and informative. The staff is very professional and each time I go it is not painful and I have a minor phobia of needles but here I feel in great hands. I have quick B12 shots, pushes and iv drips. I highly recommend coming in and seeing which on is best for you. My little secret is I scheduled a “push” if I have time restrictions and if not the IV drip gives the extra hydration I sometimes really need.

I went in for Dysport to see Morgan who has been THE BEST NP that I’ve crossed paths with in the last 3 years of living in Florida. My results look natural and refreshing. Whatever you do, do not do let Dr. Matez treat you. He inserted a pellet with too much estrogen that made me bleed so much I had to go to my gynecologist for treatment. The office and the assistants are nice enough - He just doesn't know what he is doing. Very irresponsible.

First: Very nice facility and staff. I can only speak to their TRT service. You will have more energy and muscles will repair faster. Second: These prescribing Doctors truly do not care about their patients. This is 100% a pill pushing FOR PROFIT business only. Regardless of your goals or age, they will put you on the highest possible dose of T in grape seed oil(toxic and cheap) and recommend some variation of Clomid for the foreseeable future(Unbelievably unethical). Your unhealthy estrogen will spike and INSTEAD of lowering your dose of T, they'll put you on a dose of Anastrazole much higher than anywhere near needed or healthy. I personally experienced PERMANENT NON-male pattern baldness hairline thinning in multiple areas from the combination of excessive prescribing, length of prescription for medications, and unnecessary high dosage of everything. I essentially paid thousands of hard earned dollars to thin my hairline. Do yourself a huge favor and goto an actual doctor practice where they care about your well-being.

I stopped into the biostation this morning. I had to get some blood work done and this is the place they sent me. I hadn't been before, but I was assured it was a solid spot. I walked in at 755am and there was a cheery gal working the front desk who welcomed me. She honestly couldn't have been nicer. She let me know the nurse was running a few minutes behind but I let her know that was fine, I was actually early. the place was nice and inviting. The waiting area was a s nice as you could ask for in a doctors office. I just hung out waiting for my turn(there was another fella there as well). The gal at the front let me know that if I wanted a coffee after she would have one ready for me which was above and beyond I thought. Once I was in back I was impressed by the diagnostic equipment. every high-tech. and the blood work it self was quick and efficient. I'm supposed to be back for follow ups, and I am glad its at this location.

The Biostation has help me change my life . Mentally emotionally and physically. I feel and look like a new person. Everyone is knowledgeable professional and friendly. I highly recommend them . No more anxiety hot sweats or weight gain. Thank you.

Dr. Lacayo is great but they have a very poor follow up by "patient advocates"... no one answers the phone... no responses to emails with questions... and wrong shipments/prescriptions many times. It is a pity because I started felling much better with the HRT and because of the poor patient advocate/follow-up service I am running out of hormones again and felling awful.

Started a 21 day challenge with a loca gym in Delray which they partner up with and I was referred to come and get my InBody analysis to track my progress. Walked in and the lady on the front desk was extremely friendly and helped me right away. The office was spotless and had a calming atmosphere; you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. The lady took me to the back to have the InBody analysis done and it was super easy and self explanatory. After you are done there's a report with all your results that you can take home. I Love the fact that it was an easy process to get it done. I can't wait to come back and compare my results.

Biostation is the most incredible place to get top-notch service and great results. They have an amazing professional team: Dr. Julie, Mydelle, Kathy, Caren, Kristi, Nataliya, Danny, Regina. I have been Dr. Julie Cassidy's patient for many years, and I have had a number of laser/aesthetics treatments on my face performed by her. She went out of her way to help me with my skin problems and I cannot thank her enough for her dedication and special care! Can it get any worse!??? Lying about cost and not realizing until you get a huge bill... Fancy labels on supplements you can get on amazon for 95% less...the worst follow up by "patient advocates"... no one answers the phone... no responses to emails with questions... all this did was cost me over $1000 and the BS treatment I got was not right for what my body needed and I blew up like a balloon! HORRIBLE.

I wish I could give negative stars. My husband and I went for hormone replacement. First, they did a DNA test on me, which I did not even realize and they charged my insurance $12,000! A DNA test for hot flashes? They are just working the system for money. Then our lab work showed a significant upward spike in all the wrong areas after following their protocol. My husband's test results showed a sharp and dangerous spike in his testosterone levels. The doctors are cold as ice and will say anything to show they know what they're doing and the patient does not. The place is awful. Do NOT waste your time or money.

They had a 'back to school' event. light bites and all. At first I was a little put off because when I came in (after starting time), they were still setting up. But they were friendly so that was fine. I tried a protein shake (did not like - too much like a powder) and they had lite bites from Fresh Kitchen (loved the tuna). I talked to some interesting women who were filling me in about different things that they had done at the place. I would try it once I have more information. It's in my hood so I would try it.

CHA-CHING That's what its all about it. This is like a drive-thru service that doesn't look at the whole person. They give hormones without looking at breast exams to determine if you might have something that could be worsened by hormones. If you want to be safe, find a dr who cares, knows more about supplementation and is less concerned about getting rich.

I feel like, it depends on what you're going here for that makes a difference on the experience you'll receive. While the initial consultation is..thorough...ish, it all DEFINITELY (as Lauren P.'s review says) goes down hill afterwards. They're a mess. They've been out of Vitamin D shots the past two times I've been there, which was legit all I was coming there for. I paid in full for a 10 week program to work with ONE P.A., and then I get switched to the other P.A. because now...all of a sudden...we can't go into Boca Resort if you're not a member. Which is SUPER odd, considering that's where I went for my initial consultation AND to see the Doctor, so... this was slightly baffling to me. They don't communicate to one another. One will say, "you can come in on the weekend," and one will say, "you cannot come in on the weekend." They're not as "there for you" as they claim to be. My "patient advocate" is a joke. I've seen her once, talked to her twice, and today she was on another call and couldn't get back to me, so someone else put me through to deal with this ongoing issue. BE WARY of spending your money here if you're looking for people who aren't negligent about their programs. How you can put someone on a 10 week HCG program, then switch whom they've already started talking with, then basically NOT troubleshoot how to get them in and just say, "Oh yes, well, the Boca Resort rules are very inconvenient for us too," is like...mind-blowing. If I could get my money back, I would. I'm sure if you're just going in for shots here and there, or IV drip it's FINE. They're just not the big, shiny thing they pretend to be.

My favorite place. Dr. Bloom is amazing as are the rest of his staff! They are truly gifted at what they do.

My husband and I did not have a good experience here. While the office is very nice and clean, and the initial consultation was okay - it all went down hill after that. My husband - Brian - went for a consultation and blood work. He had been feeling sluggish and lower than usual libido. He was given vitamin D, testosterone shots, and one other injection. After 10 weeks of treatment (we did the injections ourself) he felt no different other than his libido increased just for half the time. It didn't last. He went back for blood work and his testosterone levels went up but other than that he felt no different. No increase in energy, or better moods. This was $800 for the 10 weeks so it wasn't cheap for the minimal benefit. Pellet therapy was twice the price. So - he reviewed this with Sam, and they were going to speak to the doctor and get back to him with a new course of action. I want add Sam was very nice and professional. He gave my husband a wedding gift when he has a migraine the day of our wedding. It was an IV of some vitamins they offer. We would go back for this service. That's why the 2 star rather than 1. My husband never got a call from Sam. Weeks later someone else called him and said Sam was no longer there. My husband explained everything to this second person. She said she would get back to him as well. She never did and just this week a 3rd person called. She was by far the most clueless. My husband explained the whole story again. He explained how the shots didn't work as well as he hoped and also explained all the other medications he was on. She had no knowledge of the medications he is taking and how they impact libido. She was confused and it was clear she was no medical professional. That's what prompted us to review biostation. I will add I called biostation and made an appointment for Botox. They had a yearly special and I wanted to sign up. They called me a few days before my appointment and canceled it. They never called back after that.

Get ready to hand over your money to Biostation. Physicians are supposed to not have a monetary interest in labs and prescription services. Biostation requires you to go to them for labs instead of giving you a lab order to be filled at the location of your choice. I was told the initial consult was $299. I was not told that the doctor would charge an extra $99. for each perscription he gave me unless I ordered them through his company. The prescriptions were significantly more through Biostation than my local compounding pharmacy.

I already went and they told me that there is anything to do They were telling me the reason of the bump was cause I had strong muscle After showing to many friends they were telling me that was not a great reason ! After 1 month I still have a bump in a middle of my front head I cannot leave my house without glasses DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

What a great innovative way to look at healthcare! I went to The Biostation to learn ways in which I could live a more healthier lifestyle. I'll be honest, at first the IV therapy thing reminded me of the hangover doctors in Las Vegas, but I soon learned it was a completely different mindset. Instead of feeling terrible and needing an IV, The Biostation uses IV therapy to keep you well balanced and always feeling well! Tell that to my martini! I still wished they would offer a hangover IV I sure could use them from time-to-time! My first impression, was that the building was very yellow, there was plenty of parking, there's some salt therapy place next door (go in and take a look mighty interesting stuff), and it's right by an Orange Theory Fitness....how convenient. The office is uber modern and decorated very nicely with blues, silvers, and purples, very high-end, very relaxing & calming, and very inviting. I set up an appointment early in the am after a good 10 to12 hour fast. Walked into the office, rather early in the morning, and was greeted by Kasey who was the man responsible for drawing my precious blood. Now, I do have a fear of needles and blood for that matter, no nurse material here. I've even been known to faint in doctor's offices before, I let Kasey know all this and he made sure he kept me talking. Turns out him and I went to college together (Go Gators) and had a lot of mutual friends. I think he just kept talking to me so I wouldn't think too much about the fact that I was bleeding (not to death but I would say maybe) and there were needles involved! Man oh man, did he take a lot of blood...I've never seen that much blood come out of me... eeeks....this was no normal LabCorps blood workup here, this is serious stuff. After my initial consult with Dr. Bloom I soon realized why they took so much blood. After you have your blood drawn, you have to wait for the blood workup to come back, when they get the report back your "patient advocate" will give you a call and set up an appt to speak to Dr. Bloom. I would highly suggest you leave a good amount of time for this. The Dr. is extremely thorough and goes through every hormone in your body, what it does, what it's responsible for, why you have too much, why you have too little and the like. Asks you a lot of questions about your diet, exercise, what else is going on in your life., etc. What are ways in which we can increase this or decrease it depending on the optimal level. He also does an exemplary job of learning about your family history (drinkers and heart attacks here-I'm sure you all are shocked) and how that may play a role in what's going on. After about a good hour with Dr. Bloom I felt like I had a crash course in AP medicine, take me to Jeopardy I'm ready to play! He prescribed some therapies for me that did require a RX; however, they have a partnership with a company that will send them to your house. Additionally, he advised me on some regular old vitamins that I should be taking to help supplement my, um..."diet", red wine is dinner, no? I've been back a couple of times, am indeed feeling better, and really enjoyed my learning experience here. They also now offer a wide variety of services from facials to hormone replacement therapy.

There is no fountain of youth. Promises of being totally rejuvenated to the person you were 10-20 years ago just isn't going to happen. I've done the "pellet treatment" 2x no noticeable change. Testosterone levels went up but no increase of energy or any other benefits from the treatment. Next I was placed on a vitamin plus injection treatment with none of the promised benefits. The treatment was a waste of time and money for me. I saw the reviews on other sites and noticed that over 90% of the men treated were still on their initial visit. I didn't see any men that had been there awhile talking about how they regained their youth, look for yourself. The staff there are very nice, sale friendly and the environment is very modern, lovely in fact. Except for this 1 receptionist, she was horrible. I came late without my vitamins and needles. She said nothing can be done without those, no demonstration. I said sure it can She said ,how? I said ,with pen and paper, I just write down the instructions. She was flabbergasted by this and started to argue with me . I've gone through $5,000 in cash with this place and didn't want to argue about my appointment and told her to ,just tell the Dr. I'm here. She flipped ,she said ,you get out, I'm calling the po,,,she stopped and saw how silly that was and said she was going to call some men to throw me out. The staff came out, said I had to wait, I said that's fine and the mess this lady created was over. The lady made a big stink because she felt that I didn't respect her authority. I can't help it if she feels the younger ,prettier , nurses are treated with more respect. She created a very hostile environment for no reason. I've been working with this place for a year. The only thing that works for me is Kratom. I was hoping to replace that with these treatments. I'm involved in MMA and recently added another black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I was putting on board breaking demonstrations was hoping this would help me keep doing this.

Feeling like road kill today! My wife says call Biostation and go get your shot..... call as Im driving there and walk in get greeted, treated and fresh glass of water! All in 7 minutes.... Thank you so much!!

Very disappointed with The Biostastion! I truly wanted to love this place as we were referred by a friend and also referred 2 other friends to join. We were a patient for approximately 5 months. The first consultation was very thorough and we felt that we were doing a great thing for our health by starting treatment and that The Biostation group was very caring and attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case after the first consultation , it is easy to see how disorganized they are within the second time you come to the office. It seems that there is no communication between the staff as you move from one room to the next and they are clueless to what you need. Once you see the doctor they'll give you a list of possible supplements, treatments and etc; you pick and choose what you think you need, you place an order and the items arrive at your house, you pay a fee of $65 for S&H every time you place and order, and you do not get a clear instruction on how to take all this supplements, we had to call them for instructions and after a month on our follow-up visit we find out that we are not taking the injections and supplements correctly even though that is what the health coordinator instructed you to do. We also had a Health Care Coordinator discuss our Health need in that waiting in front of other patients, clearly a HIPPA violation. The supplements and vitamin/enzyme injections have to be purchased directly from them, which is not cheap, and follow up exams are not included in the purchase of treatments, so unless you pay for all the tests there is no way of knowing if the treatment is actually working. But what really got us very upset was the fact that we placed an order and when we received it there were item missing. I contacted The Biostation and received an email with pictures of the pharmacy with a box and the medication insinuating that all contents were inside the box, there wasn't a picture/video of the items being sealed with the contents inside. I was informed by The Biostation that it was difficult for them to send me replacement vitamins when they had that picture, but I can guarantee that I received an incomplete order. We also had to constantly check invoices as we would get charged for syringes that were supposed to be included with medications. In the past 5 months we spent over $6,000.00 with them, and referred 2clients. I truly do not need to steal Vitamins! Good Bye Biostation!!!

Do not go here unless you have a very light, cosmetic issue or if you are only going for blood work. Though I had high hopes because the place is aesthetically lovely & the staff generally friendly, my experience has been horrendous overall & I'd like to warn all good intentioned people to stay far far away from here (unless you're just going for a B-Complex shot or something similarly light). This place is looking to make the most money possible by hocking hormones and marking up supplements that are pushed on you by a sales/patient advocate. I'll have to come back to post my specific experiences. But it's safe to say that after six months of various "treatments" which I diligently pursued, I ended up worse off than when I started. I had to repeatedly ask to see the doctor & overcome many obstacles to finally get a face to face with one doctor after being sold thousands of dollars of useless (and potentially harmful) "hormone therapy treatments" for months. Even then, I was directed to see a different doctor than the one whose name was on all my prescriptions (whom I never met). It's clear that their strategy is to increase profits by having the physician's assistant act as the doctor. Don't get me wrong, everyone very much seems like they genuinely care about you. But no one seemed concerned that my blood work trends started going the wrong way after the plethora of treatments prescribed. Instead, I was told to double down on the path and continue to spend thousands of dollars a month on unnecessary "supplements and treatments." After all, they said, this is your health we're talking about. So I continued on, reluctantly. I do not believe that a doctor is overseeing the PA's recommendations. She incorrectly diagnosed me as having a thyroid issue & that started the long difficult path of mistake after mistake in recommended treatments. Please, please get two or three options before agreeing to any treatment suggested. I'm finally with a wonderful endocrinologist, Dr. Sonia Gibson, who is well versed in medicine as isn't looking to cash in high profits from our relationship, rather, she is most interested in my well being as a human being. I am happy to have the nightmare of the Biostation behind me.

I chose Biostation because of my trusted provider. I've seen Julie (PA) for multiple medical/aesthetic and laser treatments in the past in different practice. Julie is the main reason I am willing to make a long distance trip Boca/ Delray from Hallandale. She is a fantastic, world-class professional, and simply the best in her field! She has never failed my expectations, always delivered the best results, and has been very honest with me which I appreciate a lot! When I first found The Biostation, I was a bit skeptical they could help me. I was convinced the reason I was feeling so fatigued, and rundown is because I was working too many hours, didn't sleep enough and my diet was a mess. Well, after some comprehensive bloodwork, I discovered I had a lot of things that needed to improve, including my hormones. They were not pushy or trying to sell lengthy protocols. In fact, quite the opposite was true. My patient advocate, Shauna B., was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things in non-medical terms that anyone could understand, she goes above and beyond. Fast forward a couple of years later and the difference is night and day! I am living proof that with the right protocols and supplements to get my hormones and body chemistry balanced, I am a new man. I have more energy than I did in my 30's, my mental acuity has sharpened, I sleep better - just an overall sense of well-being! As if these services weren't enough, including their IV therapies, their aesthetics department is second to none. As an older man in my 50's, I have been concerned with competing in today's corporate climate with a younger generation. Victoria Forte is extremely knowledgeable in male aesthetics and worked some magic! I don't know how else to describe it. Nothing outlandish or "over-done". If you're on TRT, they will eventually just send you supplements that you did not order and charge the hell out of you. Then they will say you need them , and mandate them - Mandate super overpriced supplements. Biostation was OK for years until they became supplements sellers. I got so mad I went off TRT after 12 years .

I was once a patient as well and everyone of those negative stories you were reading from all Those patients was all true because my story sounds exactly the same as theirs. I also was sold about $850 worth of supplements for different various things they were supposed to improve my health energy stamina overall well-being and after I took the program for the first two months it was time to refill with Sam and he never said Time to come in and see the doctor and go over your results it was whenever your ready I'll ship you out another two months of supplements but will need a credit card for the order which was going to come to close to $600.00. At that point I told him I'd get back with him and I scratched it up as a loss but I would never recommend anybody that cares about their health and well-being to trust it to those make-believe doctors that don't even take insurance and everything is out of pocket. SCAM if you ask me. And don't let all those positive reviews fool you those are people that were paid most likely to leave a good review or people that are affiliated with the bio Station and their jobs and careers are at stake if the business doesn't keep their doors open. There was definitely more negative things that happened with my relationship with the Bio Station both financially and financially that I don't care to go over I just wanted to mention the incident regarding the miracle supplements that never did anything. The Biostation is one of a kind! I have been to several local places that do similar stuff and WOW! They don't compare at all to the Biostation! Let's just say the care from the Biostation doctors and staff have been amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone! I have never felt better physically and mentally after being treated by Doctor Lacayo along with all the other magical remedies they have to offer!! You are missing out if you have not visited the Biostation!!!

This review is in particular regard to the treatments I received at the biostation from two different medical personnel - the first (Sam) being truly unprofessional in every aspect and never over a three week period being on time for an appointment - frequently running +/- 30 minutes late and then rushing the treatment, perhaps trying to make up lost time! The second (Paola) was the difference between "night & day" - every appointment on time, treatments done w/ care & consideration, very professional in every aspect AND included important paper work as is usually required by any medical facility - none was ever done by Sam - now we have a record of my treatments/results for referral as we proceed - I cannot tell you how Paola regained my trust in the biostation which I was intent of giving up on completely until her involvement - thank you Paola for being a true, caring professional in your field and taking such good care of your patients.

I had a great experience with the biostation. I got an IV treatment which was recommend by a friend of mine. I tried the biostation in midtown Miami. I felt very comfortable when I walked in and welcomed very nicely. Great place and very nice and knowledgeable staff. It was very professional and sometime very familiar which I loved. They offered me a granola bar to eat since I didn't had time to eat. I thought that was thoughtful and sweet. Very caring and friendly staff. I can only highly recommend the biostation and the price was very reasonable and effortable. I am sending now my husband there to get an IV and planning to go back after my trip. The biostation will change your life i felt so much better after my IV full of energy and wasn't as fatigue anymore. The office is super clean and very comfortable.

The biostation is cutting edge and i just recently found them and so happy that i did. The staff is terrific, and Shauna is amazing. Give it a try you wont regret it.

I have gotten Botox here quite a few times and they are wonderful. Always helpful and don't ever try to push you to get more if you don't feel comfortable. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions regarding skin. Highly recommended

I've been going to the BioStation for wellness for over 2 years and have had very positive experiences here. In fact, the PA Katie spent almost an hour reviewing all of the results of my bloodwork with me and, although I purchase supplements and shots from them, I do not feel pressured to do so. I purchase them because they make me feel even better than I normally do and increase my energy levels and stamina. I feel a definite improvement each time. I highly recommend the BioStation to increase your wellness!

There are 2 positives to this center: 1) good prices/insurance coverage for labwork 2) amazing aesthetician (Kelly). Otherwise, I have found communication poor, a general lack of professionalism, and significant knowledge deficits. From my visits, it seems they cater to clientele with superficial cosmetic concerns and needs;therefor, easily satisfied. If you have real medical hormonal issues this may be a challenge, especially if you have chronic fatigue of any number of underlying etiologies. May be beyond their scope... Good for now and I'm fortunate to be a well researched health professional. Will probably move on in the near future...

Been going here for over a year and a half and only have great things to say about this location. Everybody is knowledgeable and friendly. Today Liz and Sonia assisted me with their respective areas of expertise. Both are wonderful ladies! ...even the person who greets you at the front desk was very pleasant as well.

As an expert in the fitness industry, and the managing partner of a high-end personal training facility here in town, I must be very careful to whom I refer my clients. I have been referring to bio station since they opened, and have referred more than 20 clients to them to date. All of my clients are extremely pleased with the results and I have not had a single complaint nor disgruntled client to date. Most importantly, the prices are competitive. This is the industry of age management and specialized care. To my patients and I, the bio station is well worth the price and I would give it 10 stars if yelp allowed that many. As a sidenote, my brother is a physician and is not the only physician that they are treating. That says a lot!

I went to the Boca hotel location and received PRP treatment. I was treated very well and the procedure went well. I would definitely recommend Biostation. I will be back.

I am very paranoid about my health, but I 100% trust bio station. I was at a below danger level of B 12 and they brought me back to health. They constantly check up on me and have really enhanced my health in several areas. Trust is key with health!!!!

I have been here 4 times for a Meyers Cocktail drip. A very comfortable place to get a drip. The staff is very attentive. Cozy room with TV. Easy peasy. I get my strength and energy for my trip to LA

I'm a big fan of the BioStation. My name is Dr. Scott Hoar and I like referring all my patients to utilize the BioStation's services. I particularly loved when I myself utilized the IV therapy to help 're-boost' my system after a course of antibiotics had left me with dehydration, gastritis and low blood pressure. The IV therapy spruced me right back up. I definitely loved the experience and I find myself telling friends and family all the time to go to the BioStation.

I love the Biostation! The staff members are friendly and helpful and get you in and out in no time. When I feel like I'm coming down with something I'd much rather head here than to the Dr's office. Overall a really great place!
