The staff here are phenomenal. Especially Isabella with care concierge. All the nurses and Doctors are so very professional and I highly recommend them, especially for amazing guidance on hormonal treatments. They are so knowledgable and offer treatments that are plant-based. I promise you won't be dissapointed, call them today!!

I have now been to this location seven times and each time the the customer service is fantastic and informative. The staff is very professional and each time I go it is not painful and I have a minor phobia of needles but here I feel in great hands. I have quick B12 shots, pushes and iv drips. I highly recommend coming in and seeing which on is best for you. My little secret is I scheduled a “push” if I have time restrictions and if not the IV drip gives the extra hydration I sometimes really need.

From the moment you walk in Biostation, you’re warmly greeted by Kathy. She not only makes you feel welcome, but carries a high standard of excellence. I went in for Dysport to see Morgan who has been THE BEST NP that I’ve crossed paths with in the last 3 years of living in Florida. My results look natural and refreshing. Whatever you do, do not do let Dr. Matez treat you. He inserted a pellet with too much estrogen that made me bleed so much I had to go to my gynecologist for treatment. The office and the assistants are nice enough - He just doesn't know what he is doing. Very irresponsible.

The appt with Dr Locayo was great, however, everything after that has not been. The lack of follow up is really inconsiderate. I had to call to follow up on the next steps when Dr Locayo said I would hear back the very next day. I had to call the following week. After my virtual, and purchasing $1000 worth of treatment, 2 weeks later, for my treatments to arrive. No follow up post virtual, nothing. Today, I called and to discover the address they submitted was incorrect. Waiting on a call back to see when I can finally get my treatments. Let’s see if this get resolved in a timely manner and I start my treatment before my 3 month follow up with the doc. Lack of follow up—-running a wellness center—-time is crucial when it come to your patients health. Your staff needs to do a much better job.

I’ve been coming to Biostation for my treatments, and one of the main reasons I continue to return is because of the exceptional service I receive from Mydelle. She is always attentive, kind, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure that clients feel supported and well taken care of. No matter what I need, she’s always there to help with a smile. Working with Joe and the biostation was easy and swift. I never felt pressured to buy, they were thorough in their explanations and the process was a breeze. I’ll give updates after I start the program officially, but so far, so good!

Had my 1st appointment here at Bio Station this afternoon. Staff VERY courteous and so friendly! Answered any questions I had, walked me around to show the facility and the time there was very quick and thorough. I will definitely be making my appointments here at this location!
