The Bite Tumalo

What a vibe! Outside seating, good drink selection. Lots of food vendors with different cuisine. The food was good and the beer was refreshing. Chill place to hangout, next time I'll alot more time for my visit.

Love the vibe and atmosphere here, but this review is for Haoles food truck. Be wary, this plate lunch is mediocrity at best - our family was very disappointed. Everything felt store bought and meh. Have they ever been to Hawaii? Shameful really..

Good atmosphere. The food is ok - somewhat limited and nothing spectacular. Vibe is good, especially on the weekend, so long as you can find a table. Live music was pretty decent for a small venue such as this.

The taproom and atmosphere are the best part of going to The Bite Tumalo. I love the outdoor seating and fire pits, and they have a solid selection of beverages on tap. I hate to say it, but the food trucks are never quite as good as I hope they will be. Often there's a long wait, and the food is usually only okay. I realize this is Central Oregon and everyone loves dogs (I do have two of my own!) but I'm not a huge fan of having dogs right up in the eating area. Tonight one left a very impressive pile of poo right amongst the tables - not my favorite smell to accompany dinner and drinks. Come for drinks and the atmosphere, avoid the weekend crowds, and just don't expect too much for the food and you'll be all set

Great ambiance and very friendly people. There are 4 different food carts to choose from. ( The rogue chef, Rico's Tacos, Pine Marten Pizza, and Northfresh Sushi).. multiple selections of beers on tap, fire pits and games.

Update 6/2024. Still awesome and a great venue. Another excellent find in Bend. Family friendly with an excellent outdoor atmosphere. Multiple food trucks that can please any appetite. Lots of beers too. Well worth the little drive to go enjoy.

Amazing place to share a meal, drink or both with friends or family. Great selection of foods, we tried the tacos and the poke trucks and both were awesome. The ambiance is genuine and fabulous, please do yourself a favor and stop by.

We love this place! The food trucks have something for everyone (sushi is on point...see photo) and the drink selection consists of around 12 taps (all local) with wine and other drinks as well. The inside is cozy with a big fireplace to keep it warm during the winters. Simple, clean and a friendly staff. What else can you ask for?
