The Black Gold Restaurant: Halal Authentic

I had a Birthday Function Today at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and professional, Specially A Guy , I forgot his full name, He also give us discount on our bill and he makes sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The Mutton Mandi and Chicken Tikka Masala was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. Each dish was prepared with great attention to detail, and the portion sizes were perfect. I especially appreciated how quickly the food was served without compromising on quality. Overall, this restaurant offers excellent service, amazing food, and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for family gatherings, casual dining, or even special occasions. Good food. Attentive staff. Had chicken briyani. Taste is good, sufficient spices and well cooked. The only drawback is only 1 table proper to have meal. The other two tables good for coffee, snacking and dessert as they are a bit low. They also have an area for Majlis... Sitting down like those in West Asia.

One of the finest Halal food restaurant at the heart of kathmandu. Serving amazingly delicious Arabic & indian halal cusine. Bar BQ items were very tasty & delicious . Meat was tender juicy & blend of spices was immaculous. Loved the ambiance & soft music hitting the heart. Great Place for families & short meetings.

We had the mutton rogan josh with plain naan and chicken biryani for lunch. The biryani was delicious, however it could be a little bit spicy for some people. Even the half portion biryani came with three pieces of chicken. The mutton rogan josh was just delectable; the meat was tender and the dish not too spicy and a little bit sweet, just the way I liked it. The restaurant is on the street level, just five minutes walk from the Hard Rock Cafe and perhaps 15 minutes walk from the Thamel area. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Food was authentic and service was excellent. Chef service was excellent, mr janak was excellent service provider . All over staff were perfect trained .. we are happy with the food and service .. i would like to recommend this restaurant ✌️

The head waiter is truly doing an excellent job; he handles the orders with great care and professionalism. The atmosphere is clean and decent. Middle Eastern appetisers like falafel and hummus were surprisingly well-prepared and full of flavour. The spices in the soups were perfectly balanced. I ordered a traditional dish called mutton mandi, made with goat meat and rice—this was the best-cooked and most delicious meat I've had in Nepal. There is also a prayer room, which was very important for us. Many thanks to the entire team, the waitstaff, and especially the head waiter.

I had a wonderful experience at Black Gold Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious everything was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Every dish truly impressed us. The service was equally amazing. A special thanks to Janak, our waiter, who was very polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. His excellent service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, both the food and service were outstanding. I highly recommend Black Gold Restaurant and will definitely be visiting again!
