The Blackpine Hotel, an SLH Hotel

Great location - a part of walking street. We booked 2 rooms for family of 4, one room was upgraded to junior suites, nice lounge area and large bathroom, very comfortable bedding. 25 euro a day for valet parking Hilton Diamond member received a jug of blackpine honey and a bottle of nice red. Hotel guests have 1 hour free spa usage, it was a great experience in winter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very simple but delicate.

Laura, the receptionist, greeted us warmly and showed us the room. She even upgraded us to a larger room, gave us 1 hour in the sauna/spa, and sent a bottle of Secco to the room. Julio made sure we were comfortable and attended every question and request we had. Finally on the last day, we were served a fantastic meal from Eugenia. Her exquisite skills made for savory meals. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed.

As of writing this, every review is 5 stars and this hotel absolutely deserves it. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff Fantastic location Clean, luxorious rooms I almost didn't show up because of a weather issue coming in from France. I was ready to give up so I called the front desk to cancel and Laura suggested trying to come around from the south through Spain (it only added about 45-60 minutes or so). I did and am so happy that I was able to make it. This hotel is an experience and if you are considering booking, I strongly recommend you do so.

Diamond Hilton member - Came to Andorra for a weekend with my mother and this was the only Hilton product available. As a doctor I like my clean and modern rooms - this blew my expectations on so many fronts! Entrance and staff are amazing - There was They even used WhatsApp to communicate with me! First hotel that has ever done that in the bovoy and Hilton top tier status I have ! Tons of amazing communication,! Food was insanely good, spa and sauna!! In a small boutique style property in the heart Andorra on the main walking street. Christmas is in full bloom so it is all gorgeous and beautiful. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time, for the cuteness and modernness, and peaceful! View was spectacular. Thank uou to everyone here for making my stay amazing.

We came to the Blackpine hotel for a romantic weekend getaway and we couldn’t be more happy and satisfied. A huge thank you to Javier and his team for the great service, their genuine care, attention to details and helpful recommendations. The hotel is brand new, really well decorated, it does feel like a boutique hotel. We truly recommend!

We had such an enjoyable time from start to finish! Centrally located with restaurants, shops and parking nearby. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The entire staff really go above and beyond in customer service. Engaging, attentive, friendly and polite. It’s the little things that really matter. We would definitely stay here again. Our stay at Blackpine couldn’t have been better. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the main street. Javier and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely made us feel at home. The room was beautiful, stylish, spotless and modern. We booked the private spa for €50, and it was amazing: very clean and the jacuzzi was so big it felt like a pool. The paid parking with valet service was also a great plus, making everything really easy and stress-free. We’d definitely go back and recommend Blackpine to anyone. It was a wonderful stay.

What really made the difference was the staff: unfailingly friendly, professional and genuinely attentive. They created a warm atmosphere where we felt both welcome and valued. On top of an upgrade already provided through our booking, the hotel itself added another generous upgrade – something my partner and I deeply appreciated. It felt personal rather than procedural, and that is rare. The combination of competence, kindness, and customer focus made our stay not just comfortable but memorable. This is a place where service goes beyond expectations. Highly recommended.
