The location is the biggest selling point of this hotel. Its a few minutes walk from; stations with great transport links, the lively part of Ginza, the nicer restaurants located along the train line, as well as walking distance to the shopping area.|The room was a bit tight, but I appreciate that's the case with most hotels in Tokyo, more spacious rooms come at an excessive cost and this was very reasonably priced. |As we spent the majority of our time outside of the hotel, we managed with the tight space. |They provide eco cleaning which meant fresh towels and pyjamas for 2 nights and every third night your bedding would be changed. Water bottles were provided each day and the bathroom was cleaned so it was still a good service. |The breakfast was varied with a lot of dishes and you learnt which ones you should go for quickly. Personally I felt the Japanese elements were better tasting than the western components. The fried eggs in particular were always rubbery and overcooked. |Whilst a high chair was available, this had no strap or harness, so it wasn't ideal for our toddler. |The lobby area was nice to relax in and the reading corner was also a lovely touch. ||If your main priority is location and value, and you're not too concerned about a tighter room space, then this hotel meets both requirements and is great for a short stay.

A very incredibly located hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff are beyond incredible and helped us work though any issues that arose during the trip. There are some rooms that have a very distinct smell which we didn't find pleasant but the staff were beyond accommodating. The views of this hotel must be one of the best in Tokyo. The amenities offered are awesome including great coffee and tea. The showers might be the best I have ever experienced and I can not speak more highly. The hotel lobby is located on the 17th floor of a tall high rise. Only the top floors of this building are the hotel. The rest might just be office spaces. The location to the train station is pretty ideal! Only a few blocks over. The Lawsons across the street was perfect for a quick snack or drink. The location was only a 7 min walk from the Ginza shopping district which was very handy. Perhaps some of the best pizza in Tokyo was also across the street!

We stayed at The Blossom Hibiya for a week and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are compact—as is typical in Tokyo—but beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. We were fortunate to have stunning views over the city from our room, and the lobby also offers breathtaking panoramic vistas, especially at night. The large guest lounge on level 19 was a great space to relax, especially for larger groups. It included tea and coffee facilities, along with the convenient option to purchase frozen pizzas for a quick and easy in-room meal. The on-site laundry facilities were also a major plus during our extended stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, though we only made use of it once. The bar is a lovely spot for a quiet evening drink—my only fault was the limited opening hours, as it’s only available in the evenings. The true standout was the staff—always warm, professional, and eager to help. A stylish, well-located hotel with thoughtful amenities and sweeping city views.

We had high expectations for this hotel, and it absolutely succeeded them. Our stay was really great from the second we entered the lobby. The hotel staff was extremely professional and helpful, the hotel looked and felt very modern and clean, and the room itself was surprisingly spacious. The views from the hotel were spectacular, and alongside the view, the breakfast was a highlight of our stay. With a variety of different options and some daily changing items, each breakfast had something different to offer. There wasn't anything that made our stay less comfortable and we absolutely would stay here again.

The Blossom Hibiya Hotel in Tokyo is simply amazing. The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was spotless and the staff’s attention and professionalism were outstanding. If we had to mention one small downside, it would be that the room initially had a strong humidity smell – but we brought it up and the team quickly found a solution for us, which we really appreciated. Having washing machines and dryers available for guests is a great bonus, especially on a long trip like ours when we were running out of clean clothes – it made a big difference. The hotel is also very well located, which makes getting around the city easy. We highly recommend it!

Staff are helpful. Beautiful hotel using the top floors of an office block. The views are amazing as you step into the lobby. You feel you have arrived at an elegant, modern hotel with a spacious lobby area and huge comfy seats. However we were very disappointed with the size of our room. Felt very claustrophobic, but we had use of a guest lounge where we could sit and relax, have a drink or snack. Was great to use laundry facilities. No space to store suitcases, bags etc which made the room feel even smaller.

Great for Adventurous Travelers, But Not Ideal for FamiliesI recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share a few honest thoughts to help fellow travelers:The rooms are very small, especially if you’re traveling as a couple or with family. They’re more suitable for solo adventurers or backpackers who only need a place to sleep and shower. The bathrooms are also very tight, which might be inconvenient for some. There was a strange smell in the room that I couldn’t quite identify — not overwhelming, but definitely unusual. On the positive side, the view from the rooms is brilliant, and the staff are truly amazing — especially the reception team. Their hospitality and friendliness really elevate the experience. The hotel also offers a space for laundry, which is a great plus for long-term travelers.Important note: if you leave your room after 2 PM, it won’t be cleaned that day, so keep that in mind when planning your outings. In conclusion: • If you’re a solo traveler or with one friend, packing light (1–2 bags max) and mostly out exploring, this hotel is a great fit. • If you’re traveling as a family or looking for comfort and space, this may not be the right choice.

The hotel is beautiful, with great views from all floors since the lobby and rooms are on high levels. My room was comfortable, though a bit small. Breakfast offers a nice selection of Japanese dishes, but limited Western options—the bread and toast weren’t great. The dining area is small, so go early. I didn’t like the shampoo and conditioner, unlike in other hotels in Japan. Overall, good service, excellent location, and amazing views.

Yelp
The Blossom Hibiya is a modern, new hotel high atop one of the many skyscrapers in the Shimbashi area with offices below. With large windows that give expansive views of the of Tokyo skyline, we had a nice view of Tokyo Tower by day and night . Conveniently located near Ginza and Yurakucho, it has proximity to a lot including the Imperial Palace. Rooms are spacious, clean and well designed with plugs and light switches where you want them. There is an iPad to look up information which is connected to the tv which you can change to English and watch CNN ! The disabled in our group were grateful for the shower and bath options that come in each room. Beds are super comfy with high threadcount sheets and soba kawa as well as regular pillows. Buffet beakfast included serves Japanese and Western options with the best selection of blended teas and fresh sorbet! Yes for breakfast! But don't forget your breakfast coupon or you will have to get another reissued! Staff is young, very International and can speak English. We had a very comfortable stay!

Yelp
We stayed at the Blossom for 4 nights and loved everything about it. The views were incredible, and the room was very nice. However, it was quite small, and I wish they had included more storage options--no drawers and no space for an open suitcase. But still, it was super modern, clean, and close to multiple train stations--super convenient! The breakfast was delicious, the gym was great, and the staff was incredibly nice. They even offered luggage shipping, so our suitcases went straight to Kyoto, hassle-free. I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay here! Front desk staff were helpful, for what you paid views were nice beds were comfy, room was clean and a moderately nice size for japan. The lounge was incredible and entering it after a long day out was such a relief. The location is nice (nearby Shimbashi station with easy access to Yamanoto line) but a bit dark and quiet after a certain time. Overall loved our stay!

Yelp
We stayed here our last night in Tokyo on March 27, 2023. Location: The location was good, about a 7 minute walk to Shimbashi station, which has both the local metro and JR lines. The Shimbashi station is only about 10 minutes away from Tokyo station by metro or JR. However, it is not located in the heart of Ginza, which is about 1 metro stop away. Customer Service (Check-In): When we checked in, we discovered that the hotel had the wrong reservation for our room. They insisted that we had only booked a room with a double bed, so we pulled up our booking confirmation for the king room, and explained that we had booked the room for our Honeymoon, and would not have booked a double bed. After reviewing our confirmation, the concierge was able to give us a king room, but did not explain why the booking was incorrect. However, the front desk was polite, and this was not the reason for the poor rating; just a caution to have your reservation on hand when you check in. Room (Size and View): The room was small, but that was expected. The bathroom is poorly laid out with a basin sink and minimal counter space. We booked the room for the view, which was nice, but is partially obstructed by a weird ledge covered in rocks that protruded from the bottom of the window. Rooms (Cleanliness): When we got our room the door was propped open, so we weren't sure if it was ready for us, or occupied. This was unsettling, but we knocked, and it appeared empty and looked like it had been cleaned. However, as soon as we set our things down we noticed an odor (like a body odor) throughout the room. We turned up the air purifier in the room and hoped it would dissipate while we were out. When we returned to the room late that night, the odor was much more pungent and seemed to permeate the entire room. We sprayed down the entire room with air/fabric refresher, but the odor did not go away. We considered asking to change rooms, but it was already past midnight and we knew the other king rooms were booked up. We definitely regret not asking for a room change because the smell got worse as the night went on and ended up keeping us up most of the night. Further, when I went to shower that evening, I noticed that there was mildew at the base of the bath tub. It clearly had been growing there for a while because it covered a triangle section that was about 2-3 inches tall and 4-5 inches across. In addition, when I went to towel off after showering that evening, I saw that there were black splotches on the bath towel (like makeup residue). So between the propped open door, pungent odor, mildew, and dirty bath towel, I really sincerely wonder if the room had been properly cleaned. Amenities: The Blossom had the least amenities of any hotels we've stayed at. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but no lotion. They do not provide any bottles of water, hot water boiler, tea, or coffee. They also do not provide any robes. All of our prior hotels in Japan (even much lower priced ones) had provided those amenities (and much more). Customer Service (Check-Out): Check out was simple. However, while checking out, we asked if they could call a taxi since it was raining. The concierge informed us that if they called a taxi they would charge a 420 yen pick up fee. We had several prior hotels and restaurants call us a taxi inside and outside of Tokyo and were never charged a pick up fee. We have no idea why there was an additional charge for a pick up from the Blossom, and they did not give us any explanation, so we opted to find our own taxi. Conclusion: For the price of this hotel, I would have expected much more. We stayed at 4 other hotels during our stay in Japan, and this by far was our least favorite. We were glad we had only booked a night at the tail end of our trip, and this hotel made us glad to be heading home.
