Very strategically located within Victoria Island. The rooms are clean and the services are good. Quite some restaurants to choose from for food and drinks. The hotel has a small parking space and a swimming pool area in the backyard as well. Check in at 2 pm and check out at 10 am and it's a bed and breakfast. I have attached a photo of the room rates

Used this hotel few time Each time they had issues mainly with furniture damage, toilet not working well, defective light, Ac... The last time was horrible We few days in advance and asked for 1 hour early check-in and they agreed We reached the hotel and they said it is not possible as the room is being cleaned. We were asked to wait. We have been given a temporary room to wait at which was not having running water or flushing toilet. 2 hours later, the front desk staff were not even bothering to check if the room was ready and were offended when we told them they should have told us there is no rooms available. They said to check the room and ask the cleaning staff. We were leaving 2 hours later to boon another hotel as one of the top management told us to come back that the room was ready. The funny thing is that the room was not in a good shape. Water was leaking Water was reddish colour and of rusty smell. The construction site near by was working till evening time with jack hammers. The hotel front desk need to be trained in hospitality and the rooms should be repaired.

It was nice, loved the breakfast setting.. Expected more from the rooms tho. But a 7/10 at most.

Visited a restaurant there with my colleagues and it was fun. Serene was beautiful and they had multiple restrooms for use which was impressive. Would recommend for this spot for a group handout. Wanted to visit the Chinese restaurant but it was closed so we visited the Italian restaurant and weren't disappointed. You'll love it best believe.

The hotel is beautiful by the poolside but the hotel rooms need updating. The service was okay but could have been better.

Lovely boutique hotel, good service, great ambiance and simply excellent restaurants. Only downside is location, less than pleasant part of Victoria Island.
