I just joined this gym a few days ago and already love it. I prefer to work out on off hours because I’m very new to gym going and am learning as I go with research and instructional videos. Pretty self conscious about it lol I was able to join The Body Factory online and after watching a very helpful video posted by Debbie, fetched my key card out of a lock box by the front door and walked right in the 24 hour entrance. Loved it! Also really enjoy the QR codes. As I mentioned, I’m learning as I go and they’re really helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend, guys 😁

LOVE this gym. Great space, has everything you need. VERY CLEAN. I signed up online, it was so easy, there’s after hours access to get your key fob, an intro video to explain everything super simple. I def see new machines, idk how to use them all, but I do really like the scan codes on the machines. It was nice to see how to use them but also the proper form. I recommend this gym to anyone in any stage of their fitness journey. But for beginners, this is an amazing place to start!

Pleasant experience, friendly..lots of equipment..Debbie is very kind. love the flexibility of when I can exercise, She also showed me machines to be used when I have a soar back.. I feel comfortable there. I've been to various different gyms..This by far is my favorite gym!!

I’m giving this gym 5 out of 5 stars. I had a physical and when they weighed me I was 216lbs! I was in disbelief. I started looking for a gym where the hours worked for me. I was not going to join a gym where I have to rush and get there before it closes. I found this gym and I loved it right away because it was 24hrs and they had lots of equipment and space to workout. You don’t get the hassle to have a personal trainer. You work out privately and at your own pace. So far I lost 10lbs and I been going there for 1 month. Debbie is part of the staff and she is awesome. She will help you and will answer any questions you may have regarding the equipment or anything about the gym. I recommend this gym. I also want to mention that Debbie keeps the gym nice and clean. She sanitized it all the time and if the equipment breaks down it get fixed right away. She also helped me with an ab equipment by having a seat made so I and other short people like me can work out our abs better. Thank you Debbie!

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. TBF has every piece of exercise and weight training equipment you’ll ever need, has 24 hour access and provides a clean and respectful atmosphere. Stop in a join the family. See you there! 💪😎

I absolutely love The Body Factory Gym! I’ve been a member since 2021 and can confidently say I don’t see myself going to any other gym. The gym is equipped with plenty of treadmills, weights, and machines that are easy to use, making it perfect for any fitness journey. During my journey, I became pregnant and was able to work out throughout my entire pregnancy. Thanks to staying active, I had a smooth labor experience—laboring at home until 4 cm, and once I got to the hospital, I progressed to 9 cm within an hour. My baby was born in less than 5 hours! I’m so grateful to Debbie for creating such a supportive environment and making me feel safe while working out. She always motivated me, and the 24-hour access made it so convenient to stay consistent. Now, 4 months postpartum, I’m still working out and thankful I was able to maintain my fitness throughout my pregnancy. I’m excited to continue my progress here! Thank you, Body Factory Gym, for being such a positive part of my journey!

Facility looked good in the pictures, but decided not to go check it out. Called just now to inquire how late the staff will be there and got 2 very short answers. '4pm' and 'bye'. Her tone was also very unwelcoming. I will pass. Replying to your response to my review: That is a bold-face lie. Disgraceful. I was being generous with my rating. I will change it to a '1' now.

Personal Trainer opinion: I've been in quite a few gyms in the span of 30 years, and I can say that THIS gym, not only has unique equipment meant to target muscles that most gyms don't even consider, but-- there is room to do sleds and walking lunges and tire flips!!! Additionally: it's 24 hours!! Cherry on top: Infra red Sauna and showers. Elite!!

The price you pay seems a little high for the outdated equipment as you pay 300 a year or 20 a day when their is better gyms around with a cheaper price but I will have to say the staff is nice it doesn't get to busy and it's 24 hours

I went into the gym to see what type of equipment they had to possibly become a member I was looking around after about five minutes a worker comes out and looks at me astonished that I am there. Ask me what I want. I said I just come in to see what all kind of equipment they had. and basically she told me I just can't walk into her gym and look around without her being present and she wasn't at the counter when I came in so she open the door for me and I left. She was so rude I would not recommend this gym to anyone.
