My girl and I came here. It was both of ours' first time at an adult entertainment venue. The management was very helpful and the dancers were excellent - big shoutout to Honey and Sapphire for a great time for my girl and I! Honey in particular did great; ask for her. No alcohol, so park across the street, get loaded up at the nearby pub, and then come in. Get stacks, and make it rain!

WOW!!! The “Body Shop” is a fantastic experience! We had a great time and will definitely return. The atmosphere is amazing…reminds me of when I was a very young man back in the “DISCO” era of the ‘70’s (I’m dating myself). The entertainment is superb! The clientele is respectable and joyful. It feels like it used to, back in the day, like somewhere to go when you want to feel that good love again. The chicks are hot and sweet, the crowd feels like friends, and the staff are like family. A+ all around!!! I’m so thrilled Body Shop is back because Lord knows LA needs this win!!!

I gave one of the ladies money to give my friend a lap dance and she walked off into the back and never came back out. Management is extremely rude, running illegal operations all throughout, selling alcohol in water bottles even though it's a full nude bar in which they aren't supposed to be selling alcohol. Stay away !!!

Probably the worst strip club I've ever been too. They say they don't serve booze, but they do - in "water bottles" and charge you an arm and a leg for it. Absolute comedy and peak trash. Everybody who works here has a horrible attitude and act a little too arrogant for being strip club attendants. F this place.

This place used to be great. My favorite dancer at another club started working there so i followed her, nearly every Sunday night for over a year. i was a regular and got know a couple of the girls. i started dating a semi-retired dancer from OC so i stopped going (i took her a few times and she had a blast) in 2018. Then COVD hit and i hadn't been there again until tonight. What the hhell happened to this place?? The 7ft tall bouncer was gone (he looked and acted menacing but was actually super cool). The new bouncer at the door questioned whether my out-of-state drivers license was legit, then refused to honor the $10 discount from the website and charged me $20. Whatever, i was going in to see if my favorite girls still worked there. 11PM on a Sunday and there are three customers insde, and no dancers on the stages. No music playing. A Latina girl who was closest to me came right up, grabbed my hand and put it on her crotch, and asked me if i wanted a dance. i asked how much and she told me to come in back and see a sample, and then decide. She took me by the hand a led me to the back to a private room, closed the curtain, opened her top and put my hand on her breast and put her other hand on my crotch. She said she needed money and that if i paid her $400.00 plus $100 tip we could do "whatever you want" for an hour and nobody would bother us. i said i'm not here to spend $500 tonight. She loudly said, "You don't like Latin girls??" i asked what $100 would get me. A two song dance was $120, so, nothing. (My regular girls charged me $20-$30 for two songs only four years ago). i gave her 20 bucks for her time and walked back out to the front area. Another girl came up and started asking me about ApplePay, Venmo, etc. She was super intense, hard sell. i told her i had a hundred bucks, and she called me "worthless". She went and sat against the wall with the other girl. Still no music, still no dancers on stage. i had been there less than 5 minutes and left. Outside i asked the bouncer about returning my 20 dollar cover, and he said, "You went inside". This place used to rock, even on Sunday nights. Tonight, i felt like i was going to get rolled.

Welcome Back Body Shop the older owners are back and have changed up the staff the angry bartender has been swapped for a knock out everyone is greeting with a smile security super friendly waitresses are there when you need them hassle free and the girls in general are next level good to see the icon return to its glory days can't wait to see what's to come next! I hadn't been to the place before so I checked it out one-night n it was awesome. What I mean by "awesome" is the chicks. They were beautiful in every shape n form. I think I'll be able to go there once a week. Not too much, but once in awhile

My wife and I were staying within walking distance and decided to check out this supposedly iconic club. We got there around 9:30 PM and the doorman informed us that no dancers were working yet but that things should pick up after 11. This was over Labor Day weekend and, in retrospect, the first sign of things to come that we should have paid more attention to. We then showed the free entry coupon from their own website and were simply informed that they "don't do those". That was another sign we should have paid more attention to, but we ended up paying the cover of $20 each and getting our hands stamped for entry later. After spending a couple of hours eating and drinking our way down Sunset, we came back just before midnight and were glad to see people inside. The doorman welcomed us back and we went inside and got a table. Suddenly, a fat sweaty foreign man (dressed like a handyman in a ratty shirt and jeans) was in our faces telling us in a very heavy accent that we needed to pay the cover. We told him we did and he yelled that we didn't, so we showed him our stamps and asked him how we got them if we didn't pay. He demanded to know who stamped us and we pointed at the very bored looking girl working the entry. Without another word, the fat sweaty foreign man stomped over to her, pointed at us, exchanged a few words with the girl, and briefly glared at us before he stormed off to the "bar". We didn't feel welcome at all after that but we had paid $20 each and wanted to at least see if things got better, but thanks to fat sweaty foreign man things only got worse. There was a group there for a birthday and before they brought the birthday boy up to sit on a chair on stage, fat sweaty foreign man came over and yelled something at the party but they seemed to blow him off and he stomped off to the "bar" again. That left us wanting to leave right there and then but the missus wanted to support the girls so we went up to the bar to break a few twenties to get singles. There was someone in line in front of us when we walked up and SURPRISE! they and fat sweaty foreign man were in the middle of a heated argument that turned into multiple F bombs being dropped, primarily by fat sweaty foreign man as he stormed off down a hallway, leaving the "bar" unattended. After seeing fat sweaty foreign man singlehandedly yell at every single group of customers including us within 15 minutes of getting there, we decided to leave solely because of the absolutely insane way he was acting. We simply did not feel welcome, let alone safe because of fat sweaty foreign man. If fat sweaty foreign man is an employee, he needs to be fired. If he's the owner, then I believe it's only a matter of time until this once legendary club goes out of business for good.

These reviews are right. The old foreign guy was a rude jerk. And guess what? I got it on film! Haha! So now you will all believe these reviews. I recorded his face and I got the conversation. Notice at the end he said, "Get the f out." He also said he didn't have time for me and was playing on his cell phone. He said the Yelp free entry is for the weekdays only. I went on a Friday. Lol. See for yourself. Just in case you can't hear it well, he said, "I don't have time for you man. Excuse me, I have somebody else. Have a nice day. Go! Get the f out!"

I'll give it five stars. Don't know if any other premier strip club than this. If you balling on a budget go somewhere else. Lady's are top of the line and from everywhere. At least that's how it was back in fucking 2008 lmao. Paid $40 bucks for 1 lap dance. Like any other strip club of course bitches are always asking for more. I had a good time here.

I haven't been here since last September, but I need to start going again. I'm not understanding some of the bad reviews. It almost feels like some people are not telling the truth. Unless something has changed... but I doubt it. I think it's still the same owner, right? The girls actually dance nude here. You can't say that about the others, where they're all about getting their private dances. And won't show anything on the stage. Yes, there's a cover, and they want you to buy a drink or two. But overall, it's like 20 dollars total to get in. That's not bad. The girls at this location are really attractive, too. Not sure if they still work there, but Candy, Maylani, and Sunshine were great! There was a different girl that smelled bad towards the end of the night, but maybe she was just sweaty. That was probably a fluke. Hopefully, everything is still the same since September, I'll be going back here more in the future. I wish the girls would get there closer to 11. Some nights it feels like the girls don't come out until 1 in the morning. I also wish they'd lower the VIP price from 200 to 150.

This establishment is awful, aggressive, and misogynistic towards female customers. The bartender (grey hair, ponytail) assaulted my friend, making her cry, the security was absolutely no help and were, quite frankly, extremely rude, unhelpful, and aggressive. The security guard then yelled out and insulted my friend based on her physical appearance while she was already leaving. The bartender and security guard should be fired. Would never go there again and am warning all of my friends to never step foot in this building.

We were a bit short on cash around 8:40pm one night, so the parking attendant across the street directed us to the ATMs inside this particular strip club. When we entered, not a soul was inside. Since the ATMs were by the door, I figured we'd get our cash and leave. A couple minutes later, a security guard appeared and started rudely harassing us - saying we had to pay the cover charge to use the ATM. Pay the cover charge? For what? To sit in an empty silent room, without strippers or alcohol? The girl who also appeared at the front office was at least nice and apologetic about his behavior, but yeah... Avoid this club - they're money hungry scammers.

Horrible in every way possible. They had their dancer call me and my boyfriend racist names, and refused to refund our money for the entrance fee after we were screamed at by an angry dancer in plain clothes on our way out. She was dressed in sweatpants and sneakers and was offended because I was not attracted to her or her friend in this attire. I tried to call the police and waited over 30 minutes for them to arrive, before a masculine blonde haired stripper in a Nike outfit tried to spit on us for not lusting after her. It was very strange being that we spent money on another dancer. We were having a great time until we were man- handled and black mailed by the dancers because we were not interested in their fully clothed, and trashy dancer who was clearly off work. She had her backpack and everything, yelling at us on the dance floor because we politely told her "no thank you." I will never go here again. My safety was compromised and I wasted almost $300 just to be thrown out. Do not go here unless you want to sit on a lawn chair and drink fake Red Bull. Crazy girls is much more fun than this club.

Ah yes the body shop. Thx LA icon of strip joints. So, I've been coming here since the 80's when sushi on sunset was the place to go as a teen get drunk as phuck and the head over to the body shop. Since I've been here since the 80''s I've seen a ton of super hotties dance. Brought a girl home in the 90's she stayed for a month. This one girl took me out back and gave me VD. I was 19. My dad took me to the doctors to get penicillin and a box of condoms. Last Wednesday night I decided to take my friend for her birthday. I get to the door about 10pm to pay the entrance (very nice girl at the front), sat down ordered a couple of drinks (non alcoholic) for my friend and I. Went to sit in front of the stage to find myself HARRASED by the waitress name MARINA telling me I had to purchase a min of 4 drinks per person if I wanted to sit there. I told her I would move. We moved to a table away from the stage, followed us and had the audacity to come at me with a demanding voice "If you want to be in here it's a 4 drink minimum doesn't matter where you sit, so it's going to be 20$" Bothered by her coming at us like this I looked away and told her I wasn't thirsty. She wouldn't leave and started to argue with my friend. At that point I informed her I had already purchased 2 drinks and that I would wait for my next round being that I wasn't thirsty. She didn't let me finish and continue arguing with me that she would bring to my table all the waitresses working that shift to see that I wasn't lying. I told her she needed to be less demanding and more nicer about her duties. She quickly went and warned me that if I didn't get the drink minimum per night she would throw me out. I wasn't sure at that point if I should buy the drinks to save my friends bday night or just leave because this girl was f#$&% up our night. Soon enough she brought all 3 waitresses working on shift and ask to pay up or she would have me thrown out! She never stopped arguing and even called us LIARS! I was in shocked, never been to a strip club nor a bar to be treated the way this individual treated us or be called names. It was really not a big deal, I could've paid for the stupid $3 drinks, it was her attitude that really bothered me. Was it really necessary to attack us and demand we buy 2 drinks!? Could she be more nice about the situation we wouldn't have been so hesitant on buying the stupid drinks. I quickly explained the situation that was going on and how frustrating i was to get this type of treatment to the other waitress, she quickly apologized for MARINA'S behavior and told us-, "she's known for this, I've seen her do this before , I'm sorry about your friends bday, can I get you a refund? ." I told her I didnt want the refund, it wouldn't have paid for a wrecked bday night. I decided to walk out. It was the worse night at a strip club. If you ever decide to go to this club make sure you watch out for this middle eastern green eyes light skin blond hair waitress by the name of MARINA, she will hunt you down for you to buy the stupid drink minimum which whom I was not inform of needless to say saw a sign on the front entrance!

I went in at around 3 pm a make up free fully clothed dancer was the ONLY person working there. There are homeless people living on the stairs of the club (right where the parking is). There was NOT even a dj but some music playing. When I went back in to tip this poor girl she was gone from the floor and literally no one was there! It is creepy, weird and the worst strip club I ever put my foot in.

Stop #3 for my friend's birthday. This was my first time ever at a full nude strip club. There's really no need to overthink it. Bottom line...I had fun! But, I do want to write a review, so here goes... $10 parking. $10 cover, plus 2 drink minimum (no alcohol, so it was $10 for a water and coke for me). That's $30 before you even sit down... Our group got there at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night and the place was completely empty. My friend wanted it that way so we could have a more low-key experience. We sat by one of the two small stages connected by a catwalk. Whatever I thought a strip club would be like this place was much nicer than I imagined. It looked clean. The place got packed by about midnight. I didn't realize that sitting by the stage meant you had to tip until one of the women stood in front of me after her dance and glared at me until I forked over a tip. Another was more direct and just told my friend that tips were required if you sat there (I'm guessing that having to deal with mostly male clientele who can be incredibly dense must make directness a necessity). Most of the women though were much cooler about it. Still, I had a good time with my friends and stayed by the stage for nearly four hours! And yes I did tip. Some observations about the dancers: - Their outfits get progressively more involved and cuter the later it gets. - More of them have natural, rather than artificial, boobs. - Only one, maybe two, of the dancers had truly exceptional pole dancing skills. The others had moves that are tantalizing enough to make you not really notice. Some had more routines in their repertoire. Others danced to the same song when their turn came up again. - There is a real mixture of bodies and level of attractiveness. Overall, I'd say the women are above average. The birthday girl's favorite was the hottie with the pearls. - While they do gravitate more to guys because extra tips seem more likely with them, the dancers seemed to do MORE WITH OTHER WOMEN and that's all I'm going to say about that. :o) There are three ATMs right there for you to keep pulling cash out. When the guys stand in front of these with their backs turned to the crowd they look like they're standing at urinals. HAHA!

Got into a fender bender so I thought I would bring my car my in.... Let me just say that this place is very progressive as most of the mechanics are women. I didn't see the actual garage, but I think it's hot as most of these women weren't wearing very much clothing. Perhaps they lost their uniforms? Not sure. Customer service here is very very personable. Men seem to enjoy it as they shower these mechanics with tips. It does cost extra for a one on one consultation in the back which is very personal. The mechanic assured me that I was the coolest guy to come in that day. In summary, although the customer service here is fantastic it's clear they don't know much about cars. I still have a banged up mustang, but I may come back as the mechanic cinnamon asked me to visit. 4 Stars!!!

"listen sweety it's late can I just have a bottle of water as my first and in ten minutes bring me a Sammy Adams". "sure here is your $9, 6fl.oz bottle of water". I've made a mistake let me get my friend and we will leave. I was told he was getting a dance but I could wait for him outside.... Without my cover refunded. So I opted to get a dance while waiting. The girl could have been cute I dont know. She was naked and I didn't enjoy the dance one bit. Every couple of beats the "pimp" kept walking around with a clip board and taking notes about me and every other guy in the private room. I'm sure he was looking to find what girl to put on stage next but it felt like I was about to get jumped in this place. I had a naked girl in my lap and couldn't careless thanks a bunch you creep. Dance over I found my friend and as soon as we turn around the leave the bouncer was there ready to escort us out. Excuse me we just helped two girls feed what ever addiction* they may have and now it GTFO. *why did you think drugs? Could have been a shopping addiction.

Hottest chicks in LA, all 10's and tons of variety! If you're looking for big boobs, small boobs, fake boobs, big booty, long hair, short hair, curvy, skinny, tattoos, blondes, brunettes, foreign accents, and all sorts of races, this is the club!!! This club gets CRAZY packed after 2pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. But before that hour, it's mellow and relaxing, u get a chance to meet every girl and spend quality time with the one of your choosing. Dances are on the higher side but completely worth every penny, private rooms are the best and the wisest to spend on, u get the most BANG for you're buck. Wink wink! If at all possible take a trip to the bank before hand cuz the ATM machines there are rediculously stupid! Oh and the stage performance is up there w cirque de sole! The girls know their pole tricks and love to put on an amazing show if you're generous w the singles. Don't forget this is a strip club!! Money is necessary to having an incredible time.

When I go to The Body Shop, I never bring anything less than around $200. I've been going here ever since I moved out to LA. I always find myself coming back to this one club. If cheers was based off a strip club, yeah this would be the place everybody knows my name. Pros, I'd say the girls remember me. That's always nice, it's not necessary but hey it makes you feel like the man. Secondly, the music is on point. Rap/hip-hop/electronic/pop, whatever, it's there. They don't have any restriction on that and it's great. Third, the HOT GIRLS. Um, I'd say constant beauty. While, I do have a specific type I can admire a beautiful girl when I see one and in this case I'm admiring the entire room. Fourth, the dances are always a fair length. I never feel cheated whenever I buy a lap dance. I know that the two-drink minimum can be a pain to some, but it's part of the territory. They don't serve alcohol, that's common in non-alcoholic strip clubs. I always print out the coupons on the website before I leave, that way I'm only paying my two-drink minimum. It's all about how you view it. I worked at a strip club for a year and I have been going to them for a long time, so a two-drink minimum and the waitresses asking for tips is the least of my worries. (Not to mention, you should tip the waitresses) Like every other club, you won't have fun without tipping or money. That's why I bring a minimum of at least 200. (120 if I'm broke) Great place! I've only had one strip club experience in my life, and unfortunately for me, it was the body shop. Good for a laugh at first, but by the end you're tired of the oversized fake boobs and oversized real stomachs to match. Horrible! Came with a group of girls and guys ready to have a good time (drink and some stage fun) only to get denied entry! security at the food denied women in our party entry! We were all composed, well dressed and ready to "make it rain", such a shame on to the next club.

Biggest scam. If you're not male, they will treat you poorly. Will try to charge you more money than sign says. Don't trust blonde waitress

Ebenezer Scrooge was more entertaining than this place. No dancers. They then told us noone would be dancing on the stage that night because it was slow. Offered illegal sexual compensation for money in the back. Im a christian and just enjoy pure dancing. Wanted to see the talents of these women, but I guess they don't have much to show. Would rather watch a loose bowel movement, which I will have from their faux Red Bull.

I tried desperately to not review strip clubs on Yelp, but since no one else had reviewed my first, I couldn't walk away from a Yelp first. How to review a strip club? um.. the girls are friendly? Honestly I would never have gone here if it weren't for the VIP cards littering the sidewalk between the parking lot and some bar I've forgotten at 2am. That night we easily agreed that $10 cover was well worth the novelty alone, and anyways, who's sober enough to drive at 2am? right, let's go to Body Shop to sober up, they won't even tempt me with alcohol there (that justification has become slightly overused lately). If Lindsey and Paris had my brains they wouldn't be in rehab or serving time, ever! I'm good at making excuses. Body Shop has opened my eyes to the unrespectable and overweight clientele that regular strip clubs. They remind me as I will remind you: to only use those excuses occasionally.

So I went to this place and I can say you can enjoy the music and girls. Some strippers were a little of too much of a whore throwing themselves to the customers basically grinding over their parts as a part of the show. I know guys loved that and I understand that's their job but seriously she couldn't wait to do the private dance and earn more money??? Lol $10 plus 2 drinks is a rule to enter .... Music is hip hop 80% of the time . Almost all the girls were nice but they need to show some smiles or at least enjoying what they doing if they are doing it at least do it with pride and enjoy. Some girls really have skills and dance and others just try to dance. .... My first time at the strip club and I had fun with my friends and bf. Some girls looked sad thought but that's life I guess ....

I just want to say.. Do not go here atround10-11pm.. this place sucks, atleast around that time. I took my little guy friend who was 18 (me being 23 at the time) and we had to pay 20 bucks to get in. There were a couple of cute girls but not all... the place was dead and I ended up giving my money away anyways haha then we left after 30 min or so. Blah!

Ok. So we all know what your typically going to get at a strip club. So besides that, this club isnt THAT bad. I mean, I have been to other strip clubs and found that the girls were much uglier than the ones at the Body Shop. I had fun there, meeting the COOL strippers (trust me, they are there). I made some friends there too, and although i havent gone there in about 2 years, I will say that the Body Shop has been one of the better clubs in Hollywood. Sure youre going to find some of the girls unattractive, but the ones that ARE attractive are smooooking hot. Of course, the smoooooking hot chicks arent the cool ones but whatever. It beats looking at terribly ugly chicks. Isnt that what a strip club is for? To look at beautiful women take their clothes off for you? Whats the big deal then? Oh and the bouncers can be a bit on the douche bag side, but they are bouncers. Not your friends. Oh and it is a bit dirty and old in there.....although not sure what it looks like now after that fire they had a year ago. UPDATE!!! BOOOOOO. This place is NOT what it used to be. What did all the hot chicks burn down with the building? And they didnt really remodel much. They did change some things around in there but the stages are the same ones, minus hot chicks dancing on them. Ok so there was ONE hot chick on that particular night. Well, one douche bag decided to pour all of his money on her, so of course she was going to stay with him until he ran out of money......AND, the funniest part? The girls there literally ask you for more money after they dance 6 feet away from you the entire time......stupid. I probably will not go there again, unless I am trashed and forced in there. Oh and you are also forced to sit by the stage, therefore you HAVE to drop $$$ or you'll get marked as the cheap guy...hhaha. I really did not like the "new" Body Shop. Atmosphere sucks and the girls are stupid A-holes. OH yea, one more thing.....apparently every guy out there is gettig married therefore his friends decide to give him a Body Shop lapdance that they probably paid $500 for.....just so 5-6 girls can dance and feel him for 45 seconds.....what a deal!.....not.
