The Bookstore and Get Lit Wine Bar

Adorable bookstore. Stopped there on our way back from Kirpalu. Well worth the stop and we learned a new joke on the way out. 🤣

We didn't get to do a really deep dive into the store because we arrived just 10 mins before close. Even though we were trying to sneak in before the bell we were given a warm greeting and assistance with finding the section I was most interested in. There are many popular books on display throughout, but not a lot of the author I was looking for. Chatting with the associate, I let her know the author was becoming popular on social media and she thanked me and said she would take a look into ordering a bit more of him. I'll definitely be back when I have more time really wander. Really nice atmosphere. Great experience. Makes total sense as to why it's so popular.

After watching Hello, Bookstore, I knew I had to make the trip to Lenox—and visiting The Bookstore was like stepping right into the documentary. I even got to meet Matt, and he was exactly as warm, thoughtful, and friendly as he is on screen. Beyond that, Matt and his daughter helped me locate a local out-of-print book from a nearby gift shop! A truly special place that lives up to the story it tells.

One of the best bookstores around. It has an excellent selection for a relatively small store. We purchased several books at reasonable prices and left very satisfied. The woman at the register also looked up a book to see if it was in stock and offered to order it. Great service. Thank you!

A wonderful place for you to discover something interesting and enjoy the atmosphere. We like the place very much and got lots of fun there through finding some hilarious notes in different corners.

A treasure. Wonderfully curated and cozy. I make a point of grabbing a couple of books when I'm in the area. They've been serving the community since last Tuesday.

I came in at 5 pm so the wine bar wasn't really going yet but the bookstore had a great selection.

Every year when we go to Tanglewood, we must hit this bookstore. It's a marvelous place.
