Seville Boutique Townhouse, Seville, Spain - Explore & Book

"Just metres from the buzzy shops and cafés of Calle Arfe, between the Gothic Cathedral and riverfront, this four-storey townhouse looks out to a tiny square lined by Seville's iconic orange trees. An open-sided metal staircase topped by a high skylight links the four floors at one end of the building, maxing both space and natural light. The ground floor serves as a vestibule, the first floor embraces a sitting room and small kitchen, while the second and third floors house the two bedrooms - one of which features a lovely shaded terrace facing the square and the city skyline. Grey-blue doors and windows and polished cement floors are juxtaposed by snazzily upholstered chairs, brightly-coloured cushions, paintings by local artists, framed posters and unusual mirrors. The feel is both stylish and homely. It's a rare treat to have so much space in the city centre. Two couples or a family with teenage kids would be very comfortable here. And even though this is a self-catering house, the young, English-speaking owner Alejandra lives just around the corner and is always happy to share her insider’s knowledge of Seville. This part of the old town feels far less touristy than most - we felt like sophisticated Sevillanos living our best lives! Highs Having your own house plum in the city centre feels like a big Andalucian treatPerfect for self-catering with delicatessens and traditional food shops close byYou’re close to masses of bars and restaurants yet this part of Seville feels far less touristy than the adjacent Santa Cruz areaYou get a lot more space for your buck than in many of Seville’s small hotelsPersonalised guest information and tips from owner Alejandra can lead you to the best of the city’s shops, sights and restaurants Lows You can’t park outside but there are three public car parks close by, whilst taxis can drop you at your front doorSeville gets madly hot in midsummer, though the house's A/C and exterior blinds help keep the heat at bayYou're bang in the centre of a very lively city so expect some noise from the streets at nightNo children under 12" - Guy Hunter Watts

This hotel/apartment is perfectly located, offering both convenience and charm. The unit we stayed in was exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully designed for comfort. It featured two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and two full bathrooms—ideal for families or groups. The kitchen was compact yet fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, while the open-concept living and dining area provided a cozy space to relax. Each room had its own air conditioning unit, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the stay.

The location is quite good and it’s a cheap accommodation. They also have free coffee and snacks in the morning which is nice. Service is good too. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. When I opened the curtains of the bedroom I could see quite a lot of dirt on the floor. Also, the bedsheets were too small for the mattress so they kept coming out during the night. The rod in the wardrobe was hung by zip ties so it kept falling when I tried to hang clothes there. It was a bit dirty too. Overall the bathroom was not clean and I found used cotton pads underneath the sink. The towels had stains so I couldn’t tell if they were really clean.

It is a great little hotel located near town center. Rooms are solid, but always clean. The only thing I would improve is a breakfast with limited choice. But all in all, it was a lovely experience, and the people running the hotel (or working there) seemed nice and were helpful.

A very cosy hotel. Good options for breakfast. Normal clean rooms. Terrace on top and balcony for every room.

A very good experience, some small, but cozy rooms, we got a third floor room with a delicious view over the small street in the front, the property is very close to the city center and a lot of good restaurants and bars.

Great location in the Old Town area of Sevilla, although quite the maze walking to find for the first time, thank goodness for google maps. Good size portions of breakfast offerings, coffee all types i.e. cappuccino, latte etc.. available all day. Room was clean, nice size bathroom with great water pressure and hot water. Staff friendly and efficient and helpful with any questions. Would return

Great: location is excellent and easy to get to all the main attractions; itvwas near lots of lovely eateries and bars; free coffee machine available all day plus a chilled water dispenser; friendly & helpful front of house staff; roof terrace with loungers; free welcome beer.||Good: continental breakfast which included croissants, fresh rolls, bread to toast, cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt & granola, fresh pancakes & waffles plus cakes & buns.||Bad / needs desperate improvement: cleanliness of room (104) & bathroom - there was fluff & dirt in all corners & edges of the room + under the bed looked like it hadn't been wiped for months, the drawers in which to store clothes were filthy (I wiped them out myself) and the bathroom floor was full of hairs & shower cubical was covered in black mold. The bed matress was too big for the frame so you constantly felt like you were about to fall. Cigarette burns in sheets. (See pics)
