Initially, I thought it was a relatively quiet bar. It looked dark and sort of solemn from the outside, but apparently, I was fooled.😅 When I visited, some customers were plainly loud—they’re shouting! I don’t blame the bar for that. There are two floors, and the upper one is where the music is being played, so expect a louder scene there. I liked what we ordered—everything was tasty and sumptuous. Given the number of customers, we were served quickly, too.

Ambience is very nice. Great place for gathering friends. Very busy at night, not really for family because it tends to get too noisy. Food is okay. We ordered the steak and eggs. It tastes okay, the meat was tender. We also got the buffalo wings, a bit spicy and dry. The general tso's chicken and tofu tastes okay. The fries are okay too. For drinks - the watermelon mojito tastes very nice. The pink lady drink was abit strong. Overall, nice music, food is so-so.

Food was really good. Peanut butter shot was delicious! My only complaint is the potato chips have zero salt. They were so perfect in thinness and crispiness but the lack of salt really ruined the potential they had. As I said, that’s my only complaint. Service, food, atmosphere were awesome.

Great bar to chill with good food choices. We had Margariri (margarita with wine),0 Cucumber Smash and bottles of San Mig Light and Stella Artois Beer. Meat & Grilled cheese Sandwich with Chips is very good. Chicken with Tofu dish is also good

We had the short rib grilled cheese which was really good. The meat melted in your mouth and the cheese was stretchy just the way it should be. We also had a butter milk waffle (voted best in Manila 2015) but were very disappointed as it was cold, soft, and a little soggy like it was out of the fridge. When we complained about it being cold the waitress was confused and went to the kitchen to see if it was supposed to be served hot. She came back and said it should be hot but I had to prompt her to take it and warm it up. It came back softer and only a little warm like it had been microwaved. It's too bad the waffle took 2* off the review.

The Bowery is one of favorite restaurants in Fort Bonifacio. It is still offering delicious and tasty food after so many years. Favorites are House burger, seafood pasta, artichoke dip, salmon pan fried.

Food is ok. Very pricey. Ambiance is good, music is good. Servers slow. Wouldn’t come back

Decent brunch place and a neighborhood bar. The poached eggs were bit over cooked but taste was good.

Yelp
I ordered some take out here for my family. I came here upon recommendation and it didn't disappoint. The only disappointment that I had was coming here at 7 am and they were closed. I thought they were opened 24/7? The other night I ordered the chicken pallard salad (which was my favorite), mac and cheese, rosemary chicken with polenta and some rice. The chicken had some spices that made it a bit salty, but it was a pretty healthy meal with grilled chicken and greens. Definitely would be my go to when I think of this place. My family really liked the polenta, mac and cheese, and the chicken. There wasn't anything they disliked except that it may have been a tad on the salty side. May be next time we ask them to go light on the salt?

Yelp
If Pasig has Borough, BGC has Bowery. If I'm not mistaken, Bowery is owned by the same group as Borough, and it is also Chef Cuit Kaufman running the kitchen. Bowery is a nice and quaint place to gather with your friends for a chill night out. Nothing too rowdy or crazy; just the right amount of chill. To make the long story short, this place is all about comfort food, a solid lineup of cocktails and awesome music. I would have given this place 5 stars if I had written a review back when it opened..but definitely withdrawing 2 stars from it since I'm compiling all of my Bowery experiences in one review. Though it's been around for quite some time now, and considering that I've paid a number of visits, I'm a tad bit disappointed to say that the food quality has gone down a little. Just like Borough, but that's a different story (or review). Anyway, Bowery serves upscale comfort food, so expect to bring out a little more than what you're used to. Food is pricey, I must say, for such small plates. Going back to its quality, over the years, it's definitely changed. I don't know if it's just be but... it's kinda sad to say that it didn't change for the better... I also had quite a terrible experience during my last visit. My friend and I were already seated at the table where the draft of the aircon was facing and it was still ridiculously hot. I suggest you do your dining upstairs where the airconditioning works perfectly fine.

Yelp
Bowery is located in Forbeswood Height, Burgos Circle, Bonifacio Global City. I was invited by my foodie friends to join them for their food crawl today in BGC. I had the chance to try out their Moc's Sweet Chile Beaner and their Brioche Fresh Toast with sliced fruits on the side. Moc's Sweet Chile Beaner, P280.00, a generous serving of mixed Arugula, Spinach, Roasted Peppers, Avocado, Black Beans, Parmesan Cheese, Sweet Chili Vinaigrette and Cilantro. A fresh tasting salad with a bitter taste at the end. I liked the taste of their sweet chili vinaigrette on this. Masarap without reservations. Brioche French Toast, P260.00, French toast with Cinnamon Sugar, Fresh Fruit, Whipped Butter and Honey. I would definitely would like to wake up with this French toast on my table (even at bed). The toast is creamy and moist inside. You can actually eat the toast alone but the butter and honey is also perfect. Definitely masarap without reservations. My personal foodie rating for the restaurant: Food: 4.0 Service: 3.0 Place: 3.0 Follow me on facebook at www.facebook.com/foodiedayout or check out www.foodiedayout.com Happy Eating, Foodie Day Out

Yelp
So far I tasted the grilled cheese and ribs sandwich and it was really good. The location is easy to find and cozy environment. Good services at a medium/high price. Recommend for foreigners that are looking for "save" and comfort food.

Yelp
The Borough group has finally brought the nyc comfort food dining to BGC, Fort with their latest restaurant, The Bowery. The Bowery is actually a great place to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night drinks. The food they offer caters for any time of the day in line with the whole idea of it being a place of comfort. Some of my favorite dishes are their House Burger, Cornmeal Crusted Oyster Po Boy and their famous (tho pricey) Lobster Shrimp Mac and Cheese. Surprisingly, they also have one of the best french fries in the city! It's never a dull night at the Bowery as they have a special dj play for you while having some drinks with friends. And it doesn't stop at night! They also have a special weekend brunch with unlimited cocktails. It's a great place to just relax, chill, eat and drink with good music.

Yelp
I should have known to stay away when I entered and the only person inside was a cook swatting flies. Instead, I sat through a sad breakfast of soggy butter soaked fried bread masquerading as an english muffin, an omelette dripping with oil, half cooked potatoes, and barely warmed raw bacon fat. Perhaps worst of all - their mango shake used canned juice. We're in the Philippines - there's no excuse! I'm baffled by all the positive reviews - we couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Yelp
Horrible horrible horrible if your not pinoy stay away...this place hates smokers beer is over priced and NOTHING IS NYC COMFORT FOOD. Dont waste your money or time here. It is not setup for expats the owner is Mexican American and is going to go out of business soon. Menu sucks didnt even eat nothing was American at all...after living in nyc for years it a joke....Stay Away they dont like foreigners here....

Yelp
Totally uncomfortable experience. The waitress kept staring at me and my wife. I tried to ignore it but it was so uncomfortable. Then you had the owner or one of the owners come and sit down opposite us and act like he was the king. The restraunt was empty and not one person came in all the time we were there. As for the food it was okay. I had the burger which I asked for well done but was also expecting the meat to ooze some juice but no it was dry. My wife had the Rosemary chicken which she said was a little salty. Won't be going back to that weird place again.

Yelp
I posted a tip earlier because someone gave the place 1 star in a scathing racist laced review. That was before I ate. Bowery is dimly lit, intimate setting is perfect for late nights and juicy secrets. Its ambiance and moderate noise level encourage couples or groups to lean in and really speak to one another. The service is friendly, fast and seemed truly concerned with how our food quality was. My only complaint is that our entree came out with our salad, an understandable mistake, as I did not specify it was a separate course. The food was great, started with the Soup of the Day which was lobster bisque. Great depth of flavors, tasted very fresh. Next was the chicken Swedish meatballs, which were excellent. I will come back for these. Next was the Moc's salad, (the sole reason for the 4 not 5 star review) it ok, had very little avocado, and the black beans didn't really stand out. I expected it to be a southwestern style salad, but it had a sweet vinegarette dressing. While it was ok, it wasn't what I had expected. We had the steak and eggs as an entree, which again, I will be back for. I wrote this review while smoking outside on their breezy balcony. Overall a great experience, especially for 11:30PM!

Yelp
I remember trying Bowery for the first time last December after catching up with some college buddies over ice cream at Farmacy. Having had only a beer and ice cream for dinner, my boyfriend and I decided upon my friend's suggestion to check out the eats at Bowery. I was sold on the fact that this restaurant was owned by the same people who brought is Borough and had kitchens that were open until late. I can't remember what my boyfriend ordered but I can't forget what I did: the short rib grilled cheese sandwich. I'm salivating for it as I write. The cheese to sandwich to meat ratios were all just right. Plus the crust on the sandwich had just the right amount of butter-infused crunch to contrast with the warm and melty filling. You get a bonus side of camote crisps too if I'm not mistaken. Definitely worth 4 stars in my book.

Yelp
Open all day, The Bowery offers a wide selection of "NYC comfort food" to choose from. It's an impressive menu filled with interesting items that make you want to try each one. They manage to strike a rare balance between keeping the food familiar and comforting, while at the same time pushing it forward with ingredients and technique. Of the dishes I've tasted, my favorite has to be the buttermilk chicken & waffles. The plate is executed beautifully - moist and tender chicken, waffles that are crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, both complemented perfectly by sage gravy and maple syrup. It comes as a hefty serving that can be enjoyed by two. Service here is just as good. Waiters are knowledgable and very helpful. Great to visit with a big group, but also ideal for a quiet dinner date, The Bowery delivers on the comfort and goes one step further to ensure you come back and have that other dish you probably also wanted to try.

Yelp
The Bowery is an experience. Found in the edge of Burgos Circle, one can claim that their smoking area has the best view in the whole of BGC, that being of the Mind Museum. At first glance, their food is pretty pricey, but give it a shot and you'll discover that they did not scrimp at all with any of the ingredients. My favorite dish, the Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese , is so good that even typing this made my mouth water. Showcasing the freshest and sickest indie DJ's, and Beautiful People (LOTS of them!!), I would definitely say that they got the authentic NYC hangout vibe down to a pat.

Yelp
As an American seeing their "American menu" I had more expectations. Was looking forward to American Brunch with a cocktail. I had to have my lavender lemonade tweaked x2 (no lavender and rum first time, needing rum added a second time and never had lavender 2nd). I waited 10 minutes to be seated until I went to the server and asked to be seated. I didn't get the option from the server for greens instead of potatoes despite the option on the menu... and the hollandaise sauce on my eggs Benedict was really just melted cheddar sauce. With the house fries, no ketchup was given!!! A very UN-American brunch indeed!

Yelp
Wicked food ! Just today I am having Matzah Ball soup, hard to find in Southeast Asia...and they nailed it (during Holy Week none-the-less). Brillant breakfast and the best Eggs Benedict and fluffy light omelets in Asia. The hold back on the sugar on both the sangria and deserts, and have the most relaxed atmosphere in Taguig. Creme Brûlée shots, as well as gluten free pancakes. Also they keep the music low enough so that we can actually talk until it gets late. I love this place.

Yelp
I love the interiors of this place. The food is kind of hit or miss though. Fried chicken and waffle was delicious and served in generous portions. Mac and cheese was so-so. The seafood linguine was okay. Clam chowder did not look or taste anything like clam chowder (maybe I'm just not fancy enough). The mussels in beer sauce is not worth it because the mussels are tough and obviously the frozen kind. The tiramisu is awesome; the creme brulee not so much. Also, when you buy local beers, it's almost always warm.
