I visited this place with a New Yorker who was excited to find some authentic bagels, but unfortunately, these were more like sandwiches than true bagels. The texture was nothing like a traditional bagel pastry—it was overly crispy and lacked the signature chewiness you'd expect from a real bagel. While the sandwiches themselves were decent, they shouldn't be marketed as bagels. If you're looking for authentic bagels, this might not be the spot.
