The Box Hotel

This hotel is located just a short walk across one minor road from the beach. It is modern and very well appointed and the staff are welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast is freshly cooked to order and outstanding. We had a room above the front entrance of the hotel (207) and found it very clean & tidy - one very minor point is we could have benefitted from a draw or two to store some clothes - the hanging space was good as was the free soft drinks and balcony area. ||A perfect location to explore Riccione which is a vibrant and outstanding resort. ||Exceptionally helpful front desk staff and restaurant staff - they cannot do enough for you. We are already planning a return visit.

What a gem! It is beautiful, spotless and different from any hotel that I have been to. The decor is retro and so well done, wow! There is a record player with many records from the 40’s and 50’s in every room. My husband and I enjoyed the music so much that we were constantly dancing! The staff was very friendly and professional. We truly loved this hotel and will return as soon as we can!

Lovely hotel! The staff is extraordinarily nice and welcoming, there's very nice a lake carte (!) breakfast available, the style and creativity of this place is just refreshing and different to any other hotel you might travel to. Nice and clean bathroom, comfortable bed. I have been going there for years already and I hope I can keep on doing so. It's always a pleasure to be there! Clear recommendation

Okey hotel, rather small and very few guests. The location was great though. The a la carte breakfast could be better. Got boring after 3 nights. No pool or gym. The bed was also on the small side and very firm.

In 1974 - 50 years ago! I met my wife when we both happened to be staying at the Hotel Nevada now called The Box Hotel in Riccione Italy. This summer we decided to re-visit this wonderful Adriatic coast holiday resort to reminisce and see what changes have been made.|We were thrilled with the welcome we received at The Box Hotel from Marianna and Alfredo and all the wonderful staff. When we arrived after 9pm they were there to greet us and made us feel so special.|The hotel has been completely redesigned and the result is a fun, well run unique and lively boutique hotel. The food and the service were very good, the bar and the cocktails a very enjoyable focus. The hotel is in a wonderful position for both the beach and main shopping streets and restaurants. In Riccione this is the place to stay.|We had the most wonderful 2 day visit and look forward to returning again - sooner than 50 years!

For this year we knew for sure where we were going to stay in Riccione. The Box is not just a hotel with clean and nice equiped rooms, delicious food and extreamly good location, but the place that gives you feeling your are in good hands at the entrance, you have won a jackpot in the carousel of choosing where and how you spend your vacations. The most remarkable is a team working there, it was so good to see the same faces in a year we’ve seen them last time. Very kind and thoughtful approach by all of them from reception to the bartender. Always ready to help. We realized the slogan: we all crazy here! We are all crazy about the box! Hope to see you next year!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Riccione, walkable to everything we wanted to do and see during our stay. The team was friendly and always willing to chat (and even help us practice our Italian!) We enjoyed breakfasts at the hotel and drinks in the evening. We also loved exploring the beaches and riding bikes. Rooms were very clean with spacious balconies. We loved the decor and history of the hotel. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and they sent us a bottle of champagne to our room. We hope to come back someday!
