Not only is The Bradley a perfect location for exploring Pearl Street, it is also offers quick access to the mountains. But, the real perk to staying here are the amenities. The wine and cheese gathering in the afternoon is relaxing and the breakfast in the morning energized us for the day. The staff is so welcoming and our room was spotless and comfortable. A very enjoyable stay!

Google
A perfect stay at a very chill place. Loved the wine and cheese happy hour. Loved being right downtown near Pearl St. Tons of restaurants and stores nearby. It was very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We were on the first floor. Breakfast was excellent. I even liked the coffee and I am very picky about coffee. We compared the prices with the Boulderado and the Bradley includes a nice breakfast and parking. And, it’s much smaller so you’ll get more attentive service.

Google
Beautiful hotel just one block away from Pearl Street, convenient but quiet. The owner Bradly is successful in creating a home away from home feel. No pantry supplies in room, but you can find everything in the Great Room, just like at home, although I would appreciate a couple of drinking cups in room…

This surely must be the coziest, most well located inn in Boulder. We arrived in the snow, and were greeted with a warm fireplace in our room, and some cookies on the counter. Everything was super comfortable, shower was great, and breakfast delicious. Both evenings we were there, we would sit in the fabulous communal living area to unwind from the day - and on one night took advantage of the wine and cheese. What a special, extra touch! The staff were friendly, there was free parking right in front, and there were plenty of games and books available to borrow should you wish to use them. Cute cafe directly opposite, and then literally one minute walk to the main Pearl Street with everything you could need. Easy access to get anywhere else your heart desires. If ever we’re in Boulder again, we’ll definitely be staying at The Bradley!

The Bradley is our go to place in Colorado. We frequently visit Boulder because we have family there and enjoy the overall vibe of that small town. Here are the high points of our most recent stay, Memorial Day week 2025. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, as are all 13. The bed was very comfortable, and the whirlpool tub was a treat after a day of touring and shopping. There are no suites, but you don’t need a suite when you have that remarkable sitting room. It has plenty of space, a fireplace, and excellent furniture. It’s a great place for reading and relaxing, for early morning coffee, afternoon wine, and simply hanging out. The breakfasts, which are included in the room rate, are spectacular: quiches (two choices), yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, toast, muffins, bundt cake, and more. The staff is welcoming, responsive, and fun. Bradley himself made every effort to ensure that our stay was going well, and was attentive to any requests we had. The location could not be better. It’s a short half block from the stores and scenes on Pearl Street. And you’re in the midst of spectacular scenery: the Flatirons, Chautauqua park, hiking trails, magnificent canyons. The boutique hotel itself is an architectural wonder, a peaceful oasis. The Bradley will always be our go to place.

Google
Large and welcoming common areas. Our room was very airy and comfortable. Hosts were warm and accommodating. Breakfast was beautifully laid out each morning w two kinds of quiche, yogurt, oatmeal, fresh fruit, a selection of bread/toast w several options for toppings. Great location w Pearl Street only a block away. We’ll go back for sure. Oh yeah, forgot to mention the warm cookies in the afternoon and beer/wine at 5.

Google
Great stay at the Bradley! We had never been to Boulder but loved our time here. The room was great, the bed comfortable and we enjoyed spending time in the common room. Breakfast was tasty and we appreciated the cookies in the evening. The location was fantastic - so close to Pearl Street with all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Yelp
The Bradley is fine, provided you're not expecting a luxury hotel experience. This is an INN, y'all. There are only 12 rooms. It's right off of the main drag of downtown Boulder. C'mon, folks. The pros: The staff are nice (and who really cares if a staff member is a little high, this is Colorado, per the other review--Bradley is a super nice guy and I never saw him stoned during my nearly one week stay) The breakfast is lovely--fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, baked goods, and quiche--along with coffee, tea, etc. If it's your thing, you can have drinks around 5pm with some snacks Prime location in downtown Boulder with parking Lovely great room and office area The cons: Yes, the rooms are somewhat dated--I stayed in two different rooms, and one had some really worn carpet--but they're clean You can experience a decent amouont of road noise on the first floor, and I didn't have luck getting help with my suitcase up to the second floor (and I had a sprained shoulder, but it was manageable) They have wifi and now cable (along with DVD players, though I had to have them replace the DVD player) but no smart TVs if you are obsessed with that Overall, I'd stay here again...and I'm PICKY.

Yelp
Bradley was stoned (the equivalent of being drunk) upon our arrival. Then he was asked about my personal disability (do I have epilepsy)because of my service animal. That is illegal. Their policy claims you must inform them about a service dog. Once I did, my room was changed to a caliber of a servants room. I requested to see another room & the staff LIED to me that none were available. See photos. My room was filthy, had a connector of 2 twins- not even a proper king. The walls had missing paintings, stained musty old carpets, out dated bathroom. I honestly wouldn't pay $25 for this level of accommodation.DO NOT get room #1. Bradley gave me a stained dirty red sleeping bag for my service animal. Then in the morning, I asked where I could place my doggie bags and the other guy working there said, "Isn't a service dog suppose to pick up his own poop."Reading prior review, it's displays this place does not respect & honor ADA service dog policies & breaks state & federal laws. They have been reported to the Civil Rights Division of the US dept of Justice, American Bar Association and Legal services for discrimination against Service Animals. Any public establishment, should have this basic knowledge of Federal & State laws. The staff is horribly unprofessional. Go to Hotel Boulderado for a clean, classy, respectful stay.

Yelp
My family recently visited Colorado for my sister's 80th birthday. We rented 8 rooms - the Inn is lovely and I can't say enough good things about the way the staff treated us. They went out of their way to accommodate our large group and were so interested in what we were doing and how our restaurant experiences were. Bradley even hung a birthday banner on my sister's door for her. if I could rate this place 10 out of 10 I would. you're never going to find a more personal place to stay.

Yelp
Visited many times over the years. For my recent visit they lost their charm and hospitality. They should be able to do better.

Yelp
The best weekend ever! We stayed at the Inn with 20 of our friends and rented the entire B & B out. It was perfect. The rooms, the location, the host, the food, the ambiance, etc. We could not have asked for a better spot to stay.

Yelp
Holy cow! What an awesome place! Dont think twice, this place is fantastic. Here are the quick details of recent stay: - Save money and book your stay directly on Bradley Inn website - they have a neat service to text you updates and give you keycode to the front door - the hotel has a modern mountain cabin feel and is decorated nicely and up to date - the rooms are quaint and perfect for any getaway you're looking for - the staff is excellent, professional and nice. Also, they are great cooks! - breakfast is provided and diverse. It was a really healthy breakfast with vegan options and lists if there are any allergens to the foods - happy hour is provided most days and gives you an opportunity to meet other happy guests in the common area - you can play board games or pick a DVD (old school) provided by the hotel - Bradley is the manager and is very nice and attentive to each guest - The Inn does like to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere which we enjoyed a lot. - the hotel is located one block from Pearl street and there is plenty to do right from the hotel - I will be back to visit and would recommend this Inn to everyone!

Yelp
We stayed at the Bradley Boulder for parents weekend this month. We loved the room, common areas, staff and location. The staff are s still adhering to some covid precautions ie.. no wine and cheese set out for patrons but they'll bring you a plate and wine if you ask. The inn was clean and charming and we can't wait to visit again.

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at the Bradley Inn. Having stayed in numerous bed and breakfast, we feel that this is amongst the very finest. The Inn was purpose-built, warm and welcoming. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The hostess is a pleasant and gracious lady and her staff meets the standards that she sets. The breakfast is very well done as is the wine hour in the early evening. It's a pleasure to leave a five-star rating. One that is well deserved.

Yelp
My son and I stayed at the Bradley Inn for 3 nights while he was touring the engineering program at UC Boulder. The Bradley's ideal location was great for touring Pearl street shops and restaurants. The town is extremely walkable and its about 3 minutes from the front door of the Bradley. The breakfast was amazing.....my son loved the avocado toast with poached eggs and I loved the daily homemade granola and European style yogurt. They also went out of their way to make oatmeal for me and it's not even on the menu! The rooms are lovely and the staff is following every step to keep people safe during restrictions. In the late afternoon we were served delicious wine and a gorgeous cheese and cracker platter out on the lovely front patio which was so relaxing after hiking the Flat Irons and touring UC Boulder! The parking is included and we had a large SUV which they accommodated perfectly. Whenever we come back to Boulder we will stay at the Bradley because they made us feel like it was home away from home!

Yelp
The good: Location, location, location. One block from the Pearl Street Mall and 2+ blocks from the best restaurant in town, Frasca. Old church that has been nicely converted to a B+B. Staff is young (?20's) and enthusiastic. Breakfast included. "Free" wifi that works. "Free" parking. Surrounding neighborhood provides fascinating walk. The bad: That enthusiastic young staff doesn't always get the job done. Examples: ran out of food at self serve breakfast by 830AM; only one channel on TV and even though staff member said "I will try to fix it," only one channel on TV throughout our stay. Room 7 is not really special (no king bed, no balcony, no view except of an alley, no hot tub), especially considering the rather stiff summer time price tag of $250/night. No pets.

Yelp
I have stayed at the Bradley Inn a few times over the last few years, and couldn't be more appreciative to have a great place to stay so close to pearl street. I am always greeted by a smiling employee, and made to feel very much at home. All the employees that I've interacted with were beyond polite and went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Although I'm not much of a drinker, their wine and cheese happy hour is such a nice way to relax after arriving! My favorite part of the Bradley has to be the breakfast! I've had my fair share of "free" hotel breakfasts from the big hotels, and I feel spoiled when I stay here. I love it that I would rather eat breakfast at the Inn, instead of one of the many great breakfast/brunch places that Boulder has to offer. All things considered, if you want a refined yet cozy, quite, convenient place to stay where you'll be treated like family, please choose the Bradley Inn! You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
We stayed here for our 5 year anniversary and are so incredibly glad and blessed that we found it! Accommodations were more than expected, dreamy and clean - quiet too. Each morning we enjoyed a home cooked plentiful delicious breakfast. Yum oh! The Bradley hosts a nightly cocktail hour as well and an offering of baked goods awaits you after a night of bopping around Boulder. The staff are friendly, hospitable and informative. The grounds are beautifully groomed with flower pots and herbs. Location is perfectly aligned to Pearl St. Below is a frustrated guest because she couldn't get in the door; clarification on behalf of BBI; upon arrival, each guest is given a confidential door code PLUS this keeps guests safe. Highly recommend the Bradley Inn and can't wait to return!!!!

Yelp
This review is strictly based on the staff. I had messed up the schedule for a trip my boss was taking and Leslie went above and beyond to accommodate my error. I had also called one other time and she was soo pleasant and helpful. If I ever personally get to Boulder I will be staying here.

Yelp
While visiting Boulder (from Berkeley, CA), I was treated with incredible hospitality, respect, and warmth. Morning breakfast was delicious, staff were super charming, and the location was unmatched (walking distance from awesome trails). Could not more highly recommend this gem -- can't wait to return. -Ian

Yelp
I am excited to review The Bradley for my 300th Yelp Review! We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it. This is not your typical doily-ridden, old-fashioned, musty B&B; it's still lovely and cozy, but modern, too. They seemed to have thought of everything. And though it is certainly not cheap, you certainly get what you pay for. The location is wonderful, right off of Pearl street just steps away from tons of adorable boutiques and any cuisine you could possibly want, but it is off the beaten path enough that it is always quiet and serene in the Bradley. Breakfast changed slightly every day, but you can always count on: -coffee & tea (kept hot until about 6 daily) -quiche and/or frittata (always one vegetarian option -some sort of sweet cake/muffins -homemade granola and yogurt -fresh fruit (we had berries, melons, grapefruits) Other things we enjoyed at breakfast that changed daily: -bacon cheddar stratta cups -bagels and nova -fresh baked bread and jam -pancakes -hard boiled eggs -breakfast burritos -oatmeal -baked oatmeal crumble AND if you don't like or are allergic to whatever is for breakfast, just ask the kitchen to whip something up. They do smoothies and scrambled eggs or veggies upon request. If you are vegan or lactose intolerant, they have soy and almond milk available in the fridge. Every day there was a daily happy hour at 5 p.m. They turn on the fireplace and people gather for: -wine and beer and a selection of some of the following: -cheese/fruit -hummus/crackers -charcuterie -veggies -guacamole/chips -spinach artichoke dip Complimentary sodas are always available in the fridge. They used to have complimentary water bottles, but unfortunately they took those away. You can fill up your water bottle with the filtered tap in the dining room. There's also a fresh-baked cookie of the day every single day that is left out all day for snacking! We had ginger snaps, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, coconut macaroons, meringues, and more! Most of the people (excepting one) who work in the kitchen are are the inn managers for the day are wonderful. Our favorite was definitely Annie. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and well fed. She provided us with directions to what ended up being some of our favorite hikes of the week. Annie made conversation with us and made us feel like we were staying at a good friend's house with how much she cared about our stay. She's a winner! It's really nice that they give you a code to get in at any time day or night. This adds an important safety element as well as the feeling that you're never 'locked out' as long as you remember the code. We were pleased with housekeeping and how they refreshed our room every day. If you have a request for them, you should be very clear and specific. For example, one day I asked for extra towels and was given extra hand towels when I meant bath towels, but once I clarified, they were more than happy to oblige. The great room has cozy couches, a gas fireplace (just ask them to light it whenever you want!), books, a good dvd selection, and puzzles. Almost every evening after collapsing from hiking, we watched a DVD in our room, which was a nice touch. I understand that some rooms may have a mountain view, but ours did not (just a view of a parking lot and the dumpsters, actually!) If this is important to you, you should request it when you book. For us, we were doing so much hiking and outdoor sightseeing that we didn't really need a room with a view. Naturally, an inn with a city setting cannot guarantee a view from every window. More important to me was being able to sink in to a big, wonderful, white, fluffy bed after those hikes. As others said, parking is tight, but we always managed to find a spot. The one aspect of The Bradley that isn't completely awesome is the bathrooms. I've read that some rooms had big tubs and were a bit more luxurious. Our bathroom was really teeny and the tub/shower stall could definitely use some updating, though it wasn't too bad and was always clean. Overall, I absolutely adore the Bradley and will definitely be back!

Yelp
We stayed at the Bradley for 4 nights after traveling around Colorado for 2 weeks...in October...during an early snowfall...in a rented camper van. After that, I took one look at the giant jacuzzi tub in our room and thought I'd landed in Heaven. We were in Room 5 which was supposed to have a mountain view, but that was blocked by a giant tree. Oh well. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets so soft that I forgot about the view. I'm not a big napper, but I took two hour long naps in the afternoon while staying there. The bed was that comfy! You get a lot for what you pay: Free parking, great breakfast, coffee and tea all day, and wine and cheese and other fixins at 5 o'clock. They leave whatever breakfast cake out all day too (under a glass dome so it doesn't dry out). There is a guest fridge that you can store a few things in if you need it. The staff is mainly available during breakfast and happy hour, but we didn't really need help at other times. They are all super friendly and accomodating. We were leaving for the airport on Sunday morning and didn't realize that breakfast was not available on Sundays until 8am. (7am on other days). We were waiting around the lobby for the buffet to be put out. It was only one woman setting up and we could tell she was hurrying to make sure we got some food before we had to leave. She even made us a plate of scrambled eggs and brought them over to our table. I felt bad that she felt she had to rush, but appreciated her efforts. You get an access code upon check in so only guests can enter the inn. The proximity of Pearl St and plenty of things to do means you rarely need to drive. The lobby was very cozy with large sofas, and various tables to sit at, and a large fireplace that made the whole room feel homey. If the weather is bad or you just need to kill a little time you can sip wine and play Scrabble or do a puzzle there for however long you want without feeling like you're in the way (the room is very large). All in all, it was a comfortable place to stay. The other guests were mostly quiet and respectful of others' space. The only bad thing was that when we were in our room, and another guest left theirs (there were three other doors near ours), the force of them closing their door made ours rattle in the frame and it was kind of loud. Luckily this only happened when we were already awake, so it wasn't a big deal. I'd definitely stay there again.

Constance T.

Yelp
Ownership was extremely rude when we went to check in to this hotel. We were previously told that our dog who is an 8th month old golden retriever (service dog certified for anxiety) would be allowed to stay. Upon arrival at the hotel ownership stopped me outside and because my dog barked once said we would not be allowed in the hotel. The woman also said "well your dog doesn't serve in anyway" when I told her he is a certified service dog. They then told us that this is a "classy" hotel, and cannot allow my dog. I understand misunderstandings happen, but the way we were spoken to was truly shocking. We were looking forward to a romantic weekend away so we're disappointed when we were told last minute they couldn't allow us and our dog, but more disappointed to be treated this poorly after a long work week when we were excited to relax. I would suggest the owners find a way to deliver disappointing information to guests in a kind way, that doesn't come off as offensive.

Yelp
Terrific B&B! Upstairs Room 10 (of 12 rooms). Writing this review in the middle of our stay. We arrived after midnight. Found our welcome letter waiting for us in the entry with our name on the outside envelope. (Funny that when we opened it... it was addressed to another guest... but we already knew we were to stay in Room 10... perhaps a form letter oversight, as nobody else came knocking on our door!) Room keys were waiting for us inside our room. Room was extremely clean; luxuriously comfortable queen bed; large spa soaking tub and stand alone shower in the bathroom; view of the mountains behind 16th Street; and warm and cozy fireplace! Amenities include iron and ironing board; hair dryer; 2 complimentary water bottles along with a toiletry pack of body lotions and soaps.  Substantial breakfast with coffees, teas and juices were provided in the dining room the next morning.  Beautifully appointed Great Room with large fireplace to relax in. Feels like we're vacationing in our very own mansion! Guests staying here (Oct. 18-20) were all of mature age: quiet and respectful. Come to find out there is a staff of 6+, however we barely saw them. So far we saw only the resident Manager Leslie manning the kitchen during breakfast. We counted on the internet as our Concierge service as staff members appear (rather not appear!) to stay in the shadows. Explored the Boulder Mall after breakfast and returned to a clean room. Efficiently run establishment - even though we didn't actually capture the staff hard at work! Received an email with receipt of charges so we don't have to bother with checking out with a a front desk person. Truly an amazing place to stay!

Yelp
Four days and four nights at the Bradley. We stayed in room 12. Nice room with a view of the mountains on one side and the alley and parking lot on the other. Nice quiet room, the only real noise came from the garbage truck in the alley. Comfortable, although it could definitely use another chair. The desk chair is the only chair in the room. The great room downstairs is terrific. Beautiful with a big fireplace and lots of comfortable places to sit, work puzzles, read, etc. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Hot egg dishes, fresh bread, yogurt and granola, good coffee and tea. Every afternoon fresh made cookies. From 5pm - 6pm there is wine and beer, cheese, fruit, crackers, etc. Our friend was staying next door in room 11. She had a queen sized bed (we had a king) but she also had a nice chair and a big jacuzzi tub and shower. I might sacrifice the king bed next time for the easy chair and tub. Another thing about staying upstairs instead of downstairs, it was warm upstairs. We barely had to use the heat, even though it was 16 degrees outside, because the heat from the kitchen and great room rises up and keeps the upstairs rooms toasty. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They cleaned off the windows of all the cars in the lot after an overnight snow. They are not at all intrusive. After a couple days, we really felt at home. Great location, just off Pearl St. Tight parking, but nice to have a place off street to park. Will definitely make the Bradley my home away from home in Boulder.

Yelp
Really had a great 3 night stay at this place. First off, location is fantastic! Right off Pearl and within walking to Boulder Creek and CU. We were in Room 7 which had two beds and it was roomy and very clean and comfortable. I didnt see other rooms but assume they are just as nice. Breakfast is very good - always had quiche but would also make eggs to order if requested. Fresh fruit, yogurt, bresh breads and cakes. Super good. Could have had a few more papers for people to read - very minor issue! Evenings had wine and cheese/fruit. Nice and was something we tried to be there for cause it was so nice to have at the end of a day. Staff was very nice and accomodating. We plan to stay there again! Maybe a little pricey but not for Boulder standards.

Yelp
Tom didn't think I was a guest when I parked and then later he couldn't remember me or that I had check in--was a bit off putting. I got over it because he served a very generous wine and cheese in the great room and explained that he has a bad memory. Room 11 was nice with a big Jacuzzi bath tub. I think they subscribe to an art thing because all the art on the walls was for sale. I wasn't impressed with the art or the prices for the art. Breakfast was awesome. They had homemade quiche and homemade granola. The coffee was good. The location is ideal, I'd stay here again and I would definitely recommend staying here over the Briar Rose which we stayed at yesterday.

Yelp
One of a kind. It's rare these days to find such a cozy spot that feels so colorado yet feels like you knew people for years and have always visited here, very intimate. I was debating between this and boulderado but read so many great reviews about their breakfast, I don't usually opt for included breakfast as it usually is the same food. But reading the reviews it seemed like a great idea because i hate waisting so much time in restaurants, because you're eating all meals out after all, so it seems very convenient. Plus I couldn't pass it's charm. It was exactly like guests described it. My husband actually compared it to breakfasts we had in Paris in boulangeries. Very generous and welcoming too. We didn't get to try the wine n cheese because we went to dinner but their pies were delicious. Very conveniently located and one of those hotels that you'd want to visit again just for the experience. The linens are great quality and the whole place is extremely clean. This will definitely be my to go place every time i am in Boulder. The people at the front are so lovely. We were late arrival but they have everything thought out and it was as smooth as ever, that even though we arrived after midnight, we were able to slide in the comfy bed after we cleaned up. Thank you for such great hospitality that hadn't felt in years

Yelp
The girlfriend and I decided to come up to Boulder for date night and during our lodging search, we came across the Bradley. Oh, how glad I am we did instead of staying at just another chain hotel. From the moment we stepped in the door, the staff was welcoming and genuinely pleasant. The interior is warm and charming with lots of wood, comfy furniture, and a lovely fireplace. They offer lots of little auxiliary perks like their wine and cheese hour as well as complimentary soda, water, and homemade baked goods. Our room (room 4) had a great walk out balcony with views of the mountains and a bed that I never wanted to leave. Except for breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic. Egg casserole, quiche, fresh baked breads, parfaits, fresh fruit, etc. All. de. licious. As others have stated, the proximity to Pearl is unbeatable, but the main selling points, for me at least, are outlined above. Wonderful staff, outstanding accommodations, and really tasty food. I love this place and can't wait to go back.

Yelp
We stayed here 3 nights and found the inn to offer a high standard, but with one or two annoying issues. resolve these issues and you've got a 5 star rating. Let us start with the issues...we stayed in room 4 which had a comfortable king bed, good linen and it was very quiet. However the curtains over the french door were so thin that light poured in, and over the window there was no curtain. It appeared there had never been a curtain or even a fixture, which we found very strange? Thus the light first thing in the morning woke us up as Boulder is often gloriously sunny. The bathroom was dated and had cheap plumbing fixtures. For a little more expense it could be made very indulgent and we thought let the room down. We did view other rooms with tubs and separate showers, which were better, but still not up to the high standard that the Bradley offers in other parts of the inn. Breakfast was a self service affair and the hot dish by 08.45 was tired. The hot plate did it no favours! The fresh baked goods were tasty and there was cereal, fresh fruit and a yogurt dish. Again however a freshly cooked dish if it only be scrambled eggs would have been in keeping with the style of the property. The bread out of the breadmaker was rather a standard affair, which we felt was rather boring in a city famed for organics and fresh produce. Onto the positives....the Bradley had been converted out of a church and offered a 'great room' of enormous proportions. Interesting music was always playing and at 17.00 a small selection of wine and beer is offered along with some nibbles. The standard of this was high with excellent wine, and one night a baked camembert...delicious! The staff were all delightful, happy to chat and pass on details of the locality. There is free wi-fi and soft drinks along with nibbles always available. If the Bradley was to rectify the few annoying letdowns it would offer the best value in Boulder in a great accessible location with free parking, The staff are great, the building is well designed and quiet, and the ambiance created is very personal.

Yelp
I had high hopes. But apparently dreams are shattered all the time. I'm 45 mins early for their 3pm check in and the door is locked, no one answering the doorbell and all I can get on the phone is a voice mail. Lamely Inn.

Yelp
Can't say enough about how great the stay was! Super friendly staff, very clean facility. The common space was very warm and inviting. The breakfast and evening reception were fantastic. Really hope to stay here again.

Yelp
We hosted our August wedding at the Bradley Inn and it was perfect! All of our guests stayed at the inn and we had a beautiful tent set up in the garden of the inn. The owners are so wonderful- they made the wedding planning process a breeze- always accommodating and easy. We loved working with them. The rooms are lovely, and all unique! The food is delicious and they can accommodate gluten free eaters- which is so great!! Definitely recommend staying at the inn and enjoying the food. The bar is not to be missed either, cozy spot to have a drink!

Yelp
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Bradley Inn on NYE. After a tough travel day and dragging our suitcases through the snow, Ellie opened the door to the warm and inviting lobby. She was so sweet. We rushed out to get some food and back in time for complimentary wine and cheese. Partied the night away and slept so good in their plush bed. Almost like floating on a cloud. We will stay here again for sure when visiting family in Boulder.

Yelp
I LOVED this place. We were only staying one night, I wished could have stayed more. A convenient location and a beautiful building with a pretty view out of our window. The complementary happy hour and breakfast was a wonderful surprise and good quality! The people were wonderful and most importantly the room was large, clean and beautiful. I loved the big tub in our bathroom! If I make it back to Boulder I'm staying here again

Yelp
Another great stay at the Bradley. Although I have to say I prefer having a room on the 2nd floor and not the 1st floor. The cookies were as delicious as always as was the daily wine and cheese and breakfast offerings. Super comfortable rooms and honest to goodness hospitality.

Yelp
I see the owner finally decided to reply to someone As she did not with the other unsatisfied customers. She is correct, I accidentally park in their lot for less then 5 minutes and then was totally bullied by a member or their staff. It was a mistake. No one handled it well and their employee treated me like I was assaulting their property!! Wanted to update/edit that. If you want to stay at a place that treats the public like shit go for it. Terrible staff and they treat you like dirt. Had a problem that could have EASILY been worked out with one of their staff members and instead it turned ridiculous. There are plenty of wonderful places to stay in boulder. If you'd like to be treated like a peasant with no respect them definitely stay at the Bradley. I made a mistake and they went out of their way to make a huge scene and the employee on duty treated me like I literally wasn't even a human being. I talked to the owner and her answer was. "I can tell you're upset, it's unfortunate you were offended." Wow, thanks so much. People make mistakes and if that's how you treat the public they should know before they spend money there. It wasn't a big deal but the way they handled it made it a big deal. Rude, pretentious, and obviously can't even handle minor customer service issues. Not some where I would ever want to stay. I told the owner I would write a review and her response was "that's the terrible thing about this day in age is that people write bad reviews and can just do that." Ummmm what??? People only write bad reviews when something went wrong and it wasn't handled in an appropriate way. Train your staff to know how to actually handle problems when they come up. Like I said she hasn't responded to any other reviews, just this one because I told her I would post it. Boulder business owners are generally very nice but this owner was so rude, not to mention her staff member. I think it's a valid review because how you handle a small situation is how you'll handle a big one! She took the time to go through my other reviews to bash me and that's just fucking creepy. I tend to only write reviews if something big happens so yeah, I have a few one star reviews. That's the whole point of this app. Get with the times Bradley Inn! It doesn't matter if someone stayed at your establishment or not, how your staff acts will get you bad reviews. I did lay on my horn because their staff member wouldn't stop intimidating me even though I was clearly leaving without any problem. Think twice before you give these ppl your money! Oh and on top of everything the staff member put a note on my car with tape alllllll across my window so I couldnt even see when I left. It was just excessive on top of the way he treated me. Leave a note and tow my car if I dont move it. No need to ruin someone's ability to see as they are driving and to come out and try to intimidate them when they clearly didn't know and are trying to leave.

Yelp
Perfect B&B. Amazing location with parking right off Pearl Street. Stay here and not the St Julien, you won't regret it. Very clean and perfectly appointed rooms. We didn't get to see all the building but they seem to have all the amenities. Very good homemade breakfast. It's pricey but a great value given the generally high lodging prices in Boulder. We'll be back.

Yelp
Excellent place. The location is great right off Pearl street, we walked all over. In the late summer I highly recommend walking to the local farmer's market and picking up some fresh fruit and other delights. The breakfasts were very good - quiche, fruit, breads, fresh juice and coffee. Wine and cheese hour was excellent - some of the inn keepers are better than others and more creative at preparing cheese appetizers for the happy hour. We had a very helpful inn keeper on the final morning whom called her bf to help us get cables and jump our car! The resident was not available that day. Still she went out of her way to be helpful and we will remember that. There is only a couple minor complaints that keep this at a four for me rather than a five. One is the parking, it is awful. There is only 12 spots one for each room but that is stretching it, they are too small for an SUV and especially a minivan or truck, and the '12' is counting a overhang in front of their maintenance shed and a handicap spot. The businesses behind also tend to park all over the alley so you can't even get out. There is a parking garage for 'over flow' down the road but it is only free on weekends. The other complaint is the very loud air conditioners. Every time it clicked on you definitely know it. Now I appreciate that they even have air in such an old historical (but very well kept) building. But at 250+ a night they can buy better AC. Just saying. Overall - nice place to stay, clean, great location, well cared for and you will be well cared for while you are there.

Yelp
We liked this place because of the location and the friendly people that work here and that they let you have free waters, sodas, and an afternoon wine and cheese bar with cookies and a cake of some sort. But they need to get their carpets cleaned soon--- lots of stains.... It was nice though to have parking so we didn't have to get a ticket with Boulder's stiff parking laws....A wonderful breakfast is prepared for you each morning. Be sure to get there early as it runs during the week until 9:00am and we arrived at 8:40 and they had run out of quiche but our attendant was nice enough to whip us up some eggs...But shouldn't those quiches be pre-cut and decided on by how many people spend the night. I also wish they would take small dogs..... I left a cute puppy at home who is potty trained and was lonely...One last negative-- our t.v. would only get one channel-- granted it was our anniversary and we shouldn't have worried about such a thing, but i wanted to watch some of the World Cup Soccer matches... We never did get it on our t.v. even after telling one of the attendants.

Yelp
Not good value. For $250 a night, you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, and there is NO front desk/reception. They give u a # to call if you have questions. But the # ONLY goes to voicemail! So if you want any concierge advice, you have to go downstairs and look for someone who works there to ask. If you have a problem w ur room in the middle of the night, then you are completely out of luck. I would maybe give it three stars rather than 2 because the location is fabulous, there is a complimentary happy hour frm 5-6 w wine & cheese slices, & the breakfast quiche was delish. But I'm giving it 2 just because there are plenty of other places in the same great location that aren't $250 a night. When you pay that much, you expect someone to be available onsite in case you have an issue w the room. They will probably respond to this and say there is an onsite Mgr, but I'm telling u-- they're VERY hard to find (if not impossible) unless it's during the happy hour. The room was beautiful though.

Yelp
I stayed at the Bradley for 4 nights in Oct. '11. It was a lovely visit. The inn is beautiful - rustic, airy, spacious, comfortable & clean. The location is perfection - right off Pearl - you can't do any better. I stayed in two rooms - 12 and 2, as I arrived early with my sister and the boys arrived the 2nd day. Room 12 was amazing - king bed, balcony, high ceilings. Room 2 was, by comparision, a letdown. On the first floor just off the kitchen/dining area it felt dark, cramped and not special at all. I kind of felt like I drew the short stick when I had to move into it. My biggest observation is that they need to replace the carpets in both rooms STAT. BUT there was something that made it all OK. The service and hospitality of the staff AND Katie's cooking. Every morning there was an amazing breakfast spread with home made quiches, cakes, cookies, french toast casseroles, fruit, yogurt, bread - it was divine. They should definitely pay attention to keeping the offering fresh during the entire breakfast hour - get there too late and it will be slim pickings! I have to say, I loved everything Katie made - all cooked healthfully (vegan baked goods!) and with love. I would ABSOLUTLEY stay here again, though I would call early and book a room on the upper floor. If it wasn't for the inconsistency with the rooms (which we paid the same amount for) this place would have gotten 5 stars.

Yelp
Beautiful inn, well appointed room, comfortable beds, lovely fireplace, balcony, and jet tub. Phenomenal breakfast- great selection and awesome granola. Nice happy hour and treats at all hours in the lobby. The staff was helpful in providing information about local events and hiking options near Boulder.

Yelp
Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and well maintained. We stayed in room 11 for a Valentine's overnight. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was great. Breakfast the next morning was delicious with a nice variety of choices. Would recommend it for anyone busting Boulder.

Yelp
I stayed in Room 2 the week before Christmas. The gas fireplace was a great touch, as was the jacuzzi. I didn't find the room cramped at all - there was plenty of space for two and a nice writing desk. Can't comment on the TV - I didn't even think to turn it on the whole time I was there! Free wine and cheese in the lobby in the evening was pleasant, and breakfast was delicious, especially the granola. Combined with the ideal location and friendly staff, I think I'll be back next time I'm in Boulder!

Yelp
So get this we stayed at "The Bradley" while visiting friends. In the mornings the breakfast served was more for the nut and berry crowd. Another guest was thrilled at our location being next to Pearl street where he said were great restaurants and he could get real food to eat. Anyway all in all we had a lovely time with our friends and thought that we had a great visit while at 'The Bradley". Then 2 weeks after returning home, I get a call from my friend telling him that the owner of "The Bradley" was in town and came to his house to tell him " that myself and my wife had trashed the room and would no longer be invited back at "The Bradley". Needless to say, my wife and I were embarrassed, humiliated and feel as if our integrity has been defamed. To begin with, if there was a problem with the room, "The Bradley" has my phone number, email and credit card on file. I should have been notified and billed accordingly. Secondly to go to my friend and humiliate him was completely unprofessional. I'm a businessman and have traveled all of my life and never ever have I heard of such a thing. Furthermore there has never been a complaint where ever I have stayed. Now to the just of the matter, not once did we ever eat or drink in the room. All we did was sleep and use the bathroom. We did not bring anything into the room. The last night in town my wife was was sick and threw up. She used the towels to clean up, then she washed them out and left them in the bath tub, not even on the floor. I'm sure they would have had to clean it again and deodorized to remove any smell. Which I would have gladly paid for. But I was not given the opportunity. Instead my friends were confronted and my wife and I are appalled. "The Bradley" need not worry about us staying there again. In retrospect, maybe we should have made our bed before checking out. Or maybe just maybe they found out that we are not Libs... RJ
