The Britannia Chiang Mai

Absolutely amazing 4 night stay. The owners are great. The room had AC, the most comfortable bed I’ve encountered in Thailand, a fridge, water, desk, balcony, hot water. Such a welcoming, home like place to stay. We asked if there was noise at night, usually not, but they gave us a room on the top floor just incase there was which was accommodating. Clean rooms and lobby. Room is cleaned daily, waters restocked. Coffee, tea and kettle in room. Fabulous and comfortable stay!

I think this place is awesome it's clean well-kept. The couple that runs it are extremely friendly. Location is easy to get to and there's lots of good restaurants, temples, markets and other fun activities in the area. You can't beat the price even though the rooms might be sort of small but you should be out exploring the city instead of sitting in your room even balconies on the front have a pretty good view for people watching. Can be slightly noisy on the street but everything quiets down after 8pm.

Cleaned rooms . Amazing bed ! Beautiful place, close to everything. Pretty quiet stay. Owners are great people so friendly and willing to help your stay be comfortable. So grateful me and my girlfriend found this place.

Great place! The location is amazing. The corner is super quiet, but also right in the middle of the beauty. Everything you need is right there. Rooms are neat and clean. The woman who runs this guest house is very very kind and will help you out with anything you need.

I booked here after staying at another nearby hotel for the same price and the difference was immeasurable. I booked online and called in to ask about dropping off my bag early. On arrival, the room was ready ahead of time. The room was basic but clean and well maintained. I was in a fan room on the top floor at the back of the property~ the room overlooked an empty plot and was quiet. The owner Ow was very helpful as was the maid. I was even allowed to borrow the book I had started to read and didn't finish. I can't recommend enough.

The hosts are very lovely. They were very helpful and gave us many good recommendations for our travel plans. Clean, fantastic location with many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a 5 star guesthouse, but a 4 star "stay". You have your essentials. Clean room, linens and bathroom. Perks of air conditioning, mini fridge, bottled water and super friendly staff. They obviously take great pride in their facility. We loved the area, plenty of options for food close by and loved being within the old city.

It's clean and comfortable hotel. There is everything you need in the room. Owners and stuff is friendly and helpful. They don't annoy you to buy their tours or whatever. Location is great.
