The Bull's Head Inn, Beaumaris

We stayed for two nights on a weekend getaway and had a really lovely time. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom felt modern and spotless. The shower was great too, nice and powerful and really hot! The staff were fantastic and made us feel really welcome. We also loved that the different bar areas each had their own vibe, so you could easily switch things up depending on your mood. All dog friendly too. It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re visiting beautiful Beaumaris or using it as a base to explore Anglesey. We’d happily stay again!

Outstanding food,accommodation and staff.|We ate twice in the restaurant and it was exceptional. Breakfast was hearty and had a good range of choices. |The staff were exemplary with all requests met with a can do attitude. They were full of smiles and their responses were positive. Holly deserves an extra special mention for all her hard work. The bedroom was really well furnished and had a modern bathroom. Everything was extra clean throughout and both of the cleaners we met were cheerful and professional. It is a very historic building and therefore quirky and beautiful.|Totally recommend a stay here.

A warm welcome and gorgeous dog friendly dining and drinking spaces. We came for three nights over new year and stayed in a room in the original building with dog. |I have never felt so welcome with our four legged friend anywhere. He has been fussed for three days solid.|The bed was huge, extremely comfortable and with lovely linens. Ok, the decor is probably due an update but the quality was all there and we were very happy with the standard of room. It is a very old building so quirky shapes and low ceilings in places, absolutely charming.|The more modern parts of the inn are beautifully done and the decor gorgeous. |We had the new year's eve dinner with entertainment which was all very slick and very enjoyable.|A special mention for the absolutely superb food on new year's eve. The head chef and her team delivered an exceptional menu, every bite delicious, beautifully presented and a credit to the inn. The food was all exceptional, breakfast cooked to order and soooo good and I wanted to try everything on the menu during our stay.|Already thinking to book for next year. |Thanks to the team for a fantastic new year 🙌

Came in for dinner - absolutely wonderful pub. We ate well and enjoyed every bite. The dining room was packed, but had such a gorgeous atmosphere. We were served in good time. Staff were really friendly. Honestly, this is what we wish our village locals were like. Stunning, tasteful, cozy spots for food, drinks and conversations. Highly recommended.

Perfect location and easy parking on road behind . Staff were friendly, especially the breakfast staff , which went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect breakfast. The breakfast was that good that we booked for Sunday lunch and that was up there with the best. Again the staff were awesome and one of the friendliest waitresses I've met (Pat). Say hello from Jonathan & Donna when you go. Highly recommend this place for a great night's sleep and friendly atmosphere..

Visited here whilst staying in Beaumaris. Really tasty, delicious food. Friendly, nice staff and great atmosphere. Recommended! I had the minted lamb burger and thoroughly enjoyed every bite 🫡

Decided to go to Anglesey for New Year and picked the Bull as dog friendly, our room was across the courtyard and easy to get to. We booked the new year menu and a lively time was had by all. Breakfast was cooked fresh and all the continental choices were available too. If you join the hotel scheme if you choose not to have the room serviced (2nights +) you can claim a free drink, as it saves resources

Never stayed here but eaten many times. Definitely our go-to place for lunch when browsing the shops in Beaumaris. The food and service is always very good. Today we tried Venison burgers off the specials menu. To be honest, I couldn't have said it was venison rather than beef but it was delicious nonetheless. The staff were helpful and friendly as ever but for some reason, the atmosphere wasn't as good as usual. I don't know why. It was busier than usual and we had to wait an hour for a table (we usually walk in without booking). Maybe the staff were tired? It was the Beaumaris winter festival weekend so it had probably been very hectic for them.
