If you want a different experience from the all inclusives in town this is your place!|We stayed for 2 nights after doing a few nights at an all inclusive. It was a totally different vibe that was so needed!|Ali the owner welcomes you at the gate with a big hug & a “welcome home”. Check in was super easy & included a nice watermelon drink. |The room was so cute, very clean & smelled fresh. You can tell Ali does not let a single detail get missed. There was even a tray with a little vase of beautiful flowers with a couple chocolates on the bed waiting. |The grounds were beautiful, quiet & and great respite from the hub of Cabo. We found the pool very refreshing. |Breakfast was absolutely perfect, homemade apple cinnamon waffles, fruit plate & an apple cinnamon drink. |Overall, it was a perfect stay!

I absolutely loved this place! A beautiful hotel with an intimate experience -- much better than staying at one of those large, impersonal resorts. Ally and the rest of the staff couldn't have been sweeter. The location near downtown was perfect for walking to restaurants and stores (for bottled water), but far enough away from the nightlife noise. I would 100% recommend The Bungalows!

We recently spent a week at The Bungalows Hotel and enjoyed every minute of our time there. From the day we arrived to the day we departed, Aletse and Eduardo did everything they could do to make us feel welcome and at home. This lovely 16-room boutique hotel had many advantages:||1. clean room and comfy bed (we stayed in the cozy "queen")|2. daily DELICIOUS breakfast (didn't need to eat again until dinner)|3. very well-maintained property (pool, grounds, landscaping, building)|4. excellent location, far from the busy downtown core and marina (easy walking)|5. excellent and friendly staff|6. very relaxing (no hustle bustle unlike all inclusive resorts)||If you want something more special than an impersonal all inclusive, give this little gem a try.

This was such a cute hotel, Alex (Ali?) was so friendly and definitely makes this a great stay, we were welcomed with juice and a big hug. Breakfast was provided every day and made with love. The rooms were nice and I used the hammock a ton as well.

This place is perfect for a small family looking for something cozy and different. It’s not your typical hotel – it's a smaller, boutique-style spot with traditional Mexican decor that gives it a villa-like vibe. The service is outstanding; the staff really makes you feel at home. Breakfast is included daily, with a different set menu each morning, and every meal was absolutely delicious. The team here is super friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and relaxed. If you're not into all-inclusives and prefer being within walking distance of downtown, where all the best food is, this place is a no-brainer!

A home from home boutique hotel near the centre of Cabo. Great hosts and the best breakfasts served fresh every day. Lovely pool to laze around and very comfy and spacious rooms with all you need. Quiet hotel away from the craziness of Cabo down town to relax and unwind. The hosts really do take care of you! Great restaurants near by and you can walk to the beach in 25 mins.

My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience at the Bungalows! The service was top notch! They also fed us an amazing breakfast with fresh juice and smoothies every morning. We will 💯 stay there again.

Wanted to avoid the Cabo resort crowd and cost. The Bungalows ended up being so much better than we could have imagined. First, the service is incredible. So many reviews say it, but Ali is a one woman welcome party who immediately makes you glad you booked. Fresh juice and a hug on arrival - I’m not even a hugger but it was lovely. It literally feels like she does every job at this hotel and yet she was also so quick to answer questions and messages on WhatsApp. She’s the friendly face you see at breakfast and asking how everything is going as you sit by the pool in the evening. The breakfast was the highlight of our busy days getting our scuba certification. It’s simple, and yet feels like a treat every time. Coffee, tea, fresh juice/smoothies, and alternating sweet and savory mains. I’ll be thinking of the French toast on my way home… The rooms are spacious, colorful, clean. Two big bottles of water. AC and fans to keep cool. I’ll pass other feedback to the owner but some things to keep in mind for guests - curtains are thin and let street light in. If you are sensitive to light at night, I’d bring a sleep mask. Some reviews talk about dog noise. Yes we heard it but it was infrequent and did not wake this light sleeper up. We had some teeny ants in the room around the bathroom sink and the bed - this is absolutely not a reason to not book, just want management and guests to know. The pool is heated and some pool chairs. We enjoyed sitting there with our feet in the pool in the evenings when the air was cooler and the pool felt warmer. It’s surrounded by palm trees and you can hear the birds and the woodpeckers. It looks nicer than the photos. One recommendation to the hotel is to invest a little into new pool chair cushions and the area would instantly feel upgraded and luxurious. The crowd is definitely not a party crowd. Thank god. We (28F and 29M) brought the average breakfast crowd age down by 20 years. It’s quiet. No one is cannon balling or yelling for shots. You are more likely to overhear someone’s medical problems 😂 everyone was quiet and polite. Close to town. Yes the walk is a smidge of a hike up a hill but it only took 15 mins to get to the Main Street. And it’s so nice to stroll to a quieter part of time every morning and night. Great Argentinian restaurant next door and next to a little convenience store for snacks and drinks. A long review, but only because I was so impressed with this hotel.
