Really good burgers and onion rings. Service is amazing. Only thing I would not recommend is the chili overall awesome

I was in the mood for a hole in the wall burger spot, so I google mapped charbroiled hamburger. This hidden gem popped up! The price was way better than the corporate burger place on the corner. Tasted so fresh! I had a bacon cheeseburger and chilli fries. The fries keep their crisp even with the chilli sauce on them. Definitely recommend this place for a Great burger and fries with a Great price.

Small burger place, great service and food was delicious. First time trying it but will be back. Well priced food.

This is the best burger I've had in 7 years All these other fast food places basically suck their food is not fresh like this place I won't go any other place for a burger. I highly recommend this place.

First time coming here, and unfortunately the manager or boss (Asian lady) was so rude to her employee at the counter that it made our visit here uncomfortable. The cashier has broken English and didn't fully understand what my order was, and got my kids burger and sandwich order messed up but it wasn't a big deal to us, but the manager made it a huge deal. I'm all for correcting your workers (she seems new) but don't yell at them with customers at the counter and talk down to her as a child smh the food was delicious and kudos to everyone dealing with that lady! But we won't be coming back with that manager or boss working here sadly

I have loved the Burger Stop for years now. They are consistent in their quality and delicious food. Best chili cheese fries I have found at a super affordable price. Classic diner burgers are a staple and their onion rings can convert the onion-ring hater. The staff is always super nice and they take over-the-phone orders so take-out is a breeze. Love this place.

Wanted to explore a bit of the burger places in Santa Ana . My visit here was nice. The cashier was patient and answered all my questions. I tried the bouble bacon burger and fries. The burger was delicious, but next time, I'll opt for a single pattie. The fries may not have been as thick as I would have hoped for at a seemingly mom and pop shop type of vibe. We're still better tasting and maintained their flavor better than in-n-out.

I was really Looking forward to this experience due to a lot of people saying how much they love it. I purchased grilled ham and cheese couldn't finish it the colossal burger. The pastrami had so much fat and needed to be cooked more. The burger was horrible. The fries that we're with it. We're like reheats which I don't understand cause they were so busy, but I did see the fragile. Put the fries back into the fryer. So I must have got those because they were like stale. So were the chile cheese fries my wife said they were stale also. So I will not be going back.It actually was the worst meal i have had in 25 years. I have a background of 25 years family restaurant business. And I am very sorry that I have to leave a review like this
