We stayed at The Bushmills Inn having looked at the Tripadvisor reviews. We were not disappointed, in fact everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were really helpful and willing to go the extra mile if required. We eat in on two occasions and the food was extremely good as was the service. Breakfasts were also excellent with a good choice, delivered straight to your table. The hotel has loads of small lounges throughout and a lovely patio to sit out on enjoying a glass of Guinness, weather permitting. Loads of car parking space. Our bedroom was extremely comfortable with plenty of space.

We stopped by the Bushmills Inn Hotel restaurant and really enjoyed it. The vibe was cozy and relaxed perfect after a day of exploring. We had Irish coffee and a pint of Guinness to start, which hit the spot. The pork belly was tasty, and the real standout was the sticky toffee pudding easily one of the best desserts we’ve had so far on the trip. It was a much fancier place than expected. Definitely a nice spot to unwind and have a good meal.

We stayed at the Bushmills Inn for two nights while touring the Northern Irish coast. It is a great inn, the room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent, as we had both of our evening meals in the restaurant. The location is great for walking to the distillery and driving to the Giants Causeway. The perfect place to stay!

All around, great hotel! It reminded me of an old English Inn that I’d see in a Jane Austin Novel! The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We even had a walk in closet for our luggage! The front desk staff was friendly and super helpful. ||||The decor was very welcoming, and it was nice to have both a bar and a restaurant on site. The outdoor patio was lovely as well; we enjoyed nightcaps on it every night! The restaurant food was wonderful, and the staff all friendly, polite, welcoming and just altogether warm. We had several nice chats with servers and bar tenders and the front desk staff. ||||I can’t think of one thing they could have done better! Stay at the Bushmills Inn, you will love it too!

Wow Wow Wow Went to Bushmills Inn on the 19th April 2025 for lunch. Well , from start to finish was such a great experience. Everything from the friendliness of staff, the surroundings and the food, what can I say, but well done to everyone. I would eat out quite a lot, but this the best experience I have ever had. 3 of us arrived at around 12:30 for lunch which was booked for 1pm. Straight away a lovely member of staff showed us to our table and took a drinks order. Very efficient service. Food order then taken, 1 Pate, 1 Prawn cocktail , 1 chicken Wings, for mains, 1 Salmon , 1 Haddock and 1 Steak Sandwich. Starters arrived in perfect time, well , the flavours, the presentation, such a delight. Everyone complimented how good food tasted and could not fault it one bit. On to the mains, well, again, this just gets better. I had the Steak Sandwich, absolutely gorgeous, my friends had the Salmon and the Haddock, both said they where delicious and very well presented and very decent portions. Still room for desert, 1 Panna Cotta , 1 Ice Cream Sundae, 1 Sticky Toffee Pudding, bursting with flavour and a joy to eat. This is food how it should be, this is service how it should be, this is perfect!. Compliments to the Chef and all the staff for doing such a great job. Thank you.-

Went there on a Saturday night after visiting the Causeway on May 31, 2025 and unfortunately, it was a little crazy with no hostess to assist; thank goodness for the gentleman in the hotel who was able to get us a table and clean it. He was great by the way! The food was fine - no issues, had the chicken mushroom soup, followed by fish and chips. The soup fantastic, fish and chips okay! But I expected a little bit more as the ambience in the lounge was well done and had a great Irish feel. I felt very sorry for the young servers. They seem to really be trying but appeared to be a bit overwhelmed.

We stopped here for a bite after walking for a couple of hours on the Giant’s Causeway, we were tired and hungry! This place was excellent!! The food was very good, had the pork belly as my entre and it was so tender that i used my fork and didnt need a knife, my starter was the chicken patè although i think they call it a mouse, just divine! The restaurant is beautiful, they had an outside seating areA that looked great for a couple of drinks, would love to visit again.

Lovely hotel, with a real sense of calm; well looked after. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed the dinner menu, excellent food. Good location for exploring the beautiful north coast including the Giants causeway.

Yelp
On our second to last night in Ireland, my husband splurged and wanted to surprise me with a stay at this quaint and old Inn in Northern Ireland, one of the premier spots to stay. The Inn has a restaurant and bar lounge with live music and there are fireplaces throughout the property. When I found out how much he paid for the room I was in slight shock. I guess the only room left at the time of booking was a large two story suite with a loft bedroom and bath, and a living room and bathroom downstairs. The accommodations were rustic wood with modern touches, tiled bathroom, etc. We arrived at the property later in the evening so we dined and then listened to live music in the lounge. The bed and linens were the finest in all of our Ireland stay, but the large King bed was divided with two mattresses. The view from the suite was looking into the interior garden and was quite peaceful, charming and breathtaking. For the price of the stay, I expected things like unlimited complimentary bottled water, and hotel staff at desk when items were needed after hours. I did love the calming balm that was put by our bedside, a mint/herbal balm to rub on temples prior to sleep, definitely the best nights sleep of the entire trip.

Yelp
Amazing restaurant. Despite the Douchebag American golfers ruining the atmosphere at the bar, we found the live entertainer there to be a fantastic musician and person. In the restaurant itself, the food, service and atmosphere were all great. This is a special place. Even if you're not staying at the inn, this place is a must for dinner. We went back two nights in a row.

Yelp
If you have a chance to stay here, I highly recommend it. I enjoyed the location, the bed and the quaint decor. The restaurant was delicious and the cozy fireplaces and lounge was adorable. It was definitely my husband's favorite place to eat on our trip. We loved how quaint the town was after dark, we felt completely safe. Cannot recommend it high enough.

Yelp
I come to eat here (and sometimes stay) every time I am in Ireland (just had my 9th trip, so I come often). Top-notch service and food-consistantly. Tucked in a quaint Bushmills Village, this venue boasts large dinning room, cozy bar, beautiful outdoor patio, live music, and great accomodations. As they say in the UK, "Bril

Yelp
So, the husband and I found ourselves in the unusual position of having an overnight baby sitter. Oh the joy, the world was our oyster and the hours before 9am the next morning were ours, ours, ours. We could have settled for a night out, but we decided to really push the boat out and go away for the night, and carefully ignored the smutty sniggering from our less refined friends. We decided on the Bushmills Inn and booked a double room. Imagine my delirious excitement when the very friendly young chap at reception told us we had been given the bridal suite. We waited for him to say 'suckers, only joking', but that didn't happen and he did indeed give us the keys to one of the best suites in the hotel. It was just beautiful, a huge room with vaulted ceiling, massive bed and a full size sitting area with an open fire. All of the furniture and curtains etc were plush and luxurious and I could have spent all my time in the bathroom. The bathroom was also huge, very traditional in style with a lush free standing slipper bath. The rest of the hotel was lovely too and we had to work hard to get round and sit in all the public areas - the bar, the library and the sung downstairs. We ate out elsewhere for dinner but our breakfast next morning was fab - the full Ulster and it was tasty, not greasy and beautifully presented. All in all our one night stay was pretty much perfect - good service, good food and a wonderful room. I would absolutely recommend the Bushmills Inn for an overnight treat for locals and tourists alike.

Yelp
Set beside the River Bush and a short walk from the must-see Bushmills Distillery, Bushmills Inn dates back to the 17th century. Of course, rooms are of the all mod cons variety. I had a very restful time there and would not be against another visit. When a friend had heard I was going, she told me she'd had the best steak of her life at the Inn. Sadly as part of the junket, it was all buffets and pre-arranged meals for me, none of which included steak. However, I did had a lovely cooked breakfast on my last morning at the Inn, which suggested to my tummy and taste buds there was fine food on offer there. Beyond the historic distillery and the lovely accommodations, the otherworldly Giants Causeway and quaintly snug Ballintoy Harbour made for incredibly scenic side trips from the Inn. Yelp
This restaurant is overpriced and doesnt cater very well for the locals! It does bring a lot of tourism to the area tho.
