Extremely disappointing experience on Saturday 08 March at around 16:30.
Upon arrival, I waited several minutes to be seated. I was given the option of a physical menu or a QR code, so I chose the QR code, placed my order, and paid. After 25 minutes with no update, I checked the status - my order had been rejected without any notification or explanation.
I placed the order again using a different payment method. This time, it showed as “in progress” before being rejected again. When I asked the waiter for clarification, he initially blamed my card. However, he then manually took my order and casually mentioned they don’t serve milkshakes - which indicates my order was rejected twice because they didn’t want to make it, yet they never communicated this to me nor removed the option from their menu.
To make matters worse, when my food was finally prepared, it was served to the wrong table. The customer handled it before the waitress took it back and gave it to me - completely ignoring basic food safety.
This level of poor service, lack of transparency, and disregard for hygiene is unacceptable. It’s a shame because I’ve been here a couple of times and enjoyed visiting to watch the World Cup but after this I won’t be returning.
