I went to the theatre actually for conference. the conference was pretty big, they managed to get about four meeting rooms and a big hall that holds about thousand people, not that bad, but the building is pretty old. and the toilet location sucks where the female and male toilet is at the different floors, which is so hard to find it, and it's difficult to find the meeting room too, because the meeting room is at a different level, if you want a better experience to i wouldn't recommend this location, but I believe it's affordable location, if that's what you are really looking for.
the worst part of the experience is IT was raining and it's super jammed on the road, I book a taxi, the taxi took 20 plus minites to come into the theater, I think because it's in the center of the city it's so difficult to find a taxi and go anywhere else
