Room:
The room was dirty, and even the bed sheets were not properly clean. The air conditioning would randomly switch off, and sometimes the lights went out for no reason. The view was terrible — instead of anything nice, all you can see are construction sites. The room key cards frequently stopped working, which was very frustrating. On top of that, the hotel took our bathrobes and never returned them; we had to ask for them again separately. One of the worst experiences was with the hairdryer — it was broken, and my hair got caught in it so badly that I had to cut off a strand. That should never happen in a hotel.
Service:
The service was extremely slow. When we ordered food once, it took almost an hour to arrive. Even something as simple as asking for water took ages, and sometimes what we asked for never came at all. Housekeeping was unreliable: we called for cleaning, waited, even left the room to give them time, but when we came back, nobody had shown up. After calling again, we had to wait another 20 minutes. Room service was unprofessional — instead of knocking or ringing first, they just opened the door and only knocked after already being inside. One time, a staff member came in to bring towels while I was wet and about to shower, shouting “room service” with the door already open. It was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. The hotel also refused to offer any room upgrade, even after we raised complaints.
Facilities:
The billiard table was always out of service. The rooftop only has four sunbeds, so if a few people are already there, you’re forced to stand in the sun with no shade. To make matters worse, there is loud music playing from 7 a.m. onwards, and you can hear it constantly from the room, which makes it impossible to rest.
Overall:
The hotel is poorly managed, the facilities are neglected, and the service simply does not meet the standard you would expect. I would not recommend staying here.
