Our stay at The Canvas Hotel Dubai – MGallery was a warm and genuine experience that we will remember with gratitude. From the first moment, the reception team welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. They made us feel truly valued as guests and set a wonderful tone for our stay.
The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their dedication and attention to detail. Our room was always cleaned perfectly and felt fresh, comfortable, and peaceful. The in-room dining service was also excellent. The food arrived on time, the presentation was thoughtful, and the staff were polite and caring. Their service reflected commitment, respect, and heart.
The room itself offered comfort and space, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. We noticed some signs of age, such as small scratches on the glass table, but that did not affect our comfort. A few minor updates could easily make the rooms match the hotel’s otherwise elegant and modern image.
Breakfast was enjoyable, but the selection could be improved. French toast, listed on the menu, was not available, and hot chocolate was missing. These are small details, yet they can add warmth and satisfaction to a guest’s morning. The Estrellas rooftop lounge offered a beautiful view and atmosphere, but service around midday was sometimes inconsistent. We understand that busy moments happen, but better coordination among staff would make a big difference.
One thing that stood out was the absence of a separate pedestrian entrance. Guests arriving on foot must pass through the underground parking area used by cars. While we understand that this may be common in Dubai, a safe and welcoming walkway for pedestrians would create a more comfortable arrival experience.
Something that touched us deeply was noticing that staff members of different ethnic backgrounds did not always seem to receive the same level of recognition. Employees of African descent appeared less appreciated compared to others. We mention this not as criticism, but as a reflection shared with love and respect, believing that equality and unity among all staff members are what make hospitality truly beautiful.
In conclusion, our experience at The Canvas Hotel Dubai – MGallery was filled with kindness, comfort, and genuine service. We are thankful to every member of the team who contributed to making our stay peaceful and pleasant. We share this feedback with sincere appreciation and hope it helps the management continue to grow in excellence and harmony.
With respect and warm regards,
