From the moment I arrived at The Cape Milner, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my stay.||||The facilities were top-notch—modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. Whether enjoying the stylish lounge areas or unwinding in my room, every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.||||I was especially impressed by the meals and service. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety to suit all tastes. The dining staff were friendly and efficient, adding to the overall pleasant experience.||||In short, The Cape Milner offers a perfect blend of luxury, hospitality, and charm. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town!

I visited the restaurant. The venue beautiful. The service so poor it doesn't deserve a one star. The waiter didn't know how to serve he was all over the place. Gave everyone half his order didn't do it in a sequence it was a mess. The food replace the chef he can't cook a steak properly and don't have a clue how to make a mushroom sauce. I was choking in the steak so dry it was . For a 4 star it's not worth one . I had a bill of almost R5000 and refused to pay the full amount. The manager gave me a 50% discount. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will never go there again. The service spoil the beauty of the place

We recently attended a Tea tasting. What a great experience it was. We were delightfully welcomed and our host Given was fantastic. He expertly shared the information on the tea's and made us feel at home The dishes presented were also devine and rates with the best I tasted locally and abroad. Well done to Given and the Chef!!!

We have stayed 3 days at cape Milnerhotel for our honey moon, it was so special! All the people were nice and kind, food so good and a wanderful room (everyday the Made us a surprice!). Thanks a lot to give us a special journey at your hotel

My husband surprised me to a tea tasting pairing which was nothing short of amazing and absolute one of my favourite dates. The food was well presented, the stuff was so accommodating and a special mention to Desiree who was an exceptional host. I would love to visit the hotel again!

Hotel was fantastic. Well maintained, well located, and very friendly staff. Parking is free for guests as well. The breakfast was delicious. Thanks for the hospitality!

Excellent service staff friendly and polite We went for a tea tasting which was served wth prepared treat from thd amazing chef delicious . I celebrated my birthday Saturday and my husband was on Monday the chef blessed us both wth a delicious cheese cake staying happy that was so awesome. The tea tasting we enjoyed Given that served us at the tea tasting introduce us the way we should be making our tea he friendly polite and kind he was very knowledgeable wth the variety of tea .
