Clean n spacious room. The breakfast was great (you can also order hot dishes 😋). You can hear abit of road sounds from the room but overall a great hotel with very good service from the staff. There is a beautiful view of Table Mountain from the hotel too.

I visited the restaurant. The venue beautiful. The service so poor it doesn't deserve a one star. The waiter didn't know how to serve he was all over the place. Gave everyone half his order didn't do it in a sequence it was a mess. The food replace the chef he can't cook a steak properly and don't have a clue how to make a mushroom sauce. I was choking in the steak so dry it was . For a 4 star it's not worth one . I had a bill of almost R5000 and refused to pay the full amount. The manager gave me a 50% discount. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will never go there again. The service spoil the beauty of the place

An exceptionally beautiful and elegant place to be, in a quiet and scenic elevation, at walking distance from the vibrant life of Kloof and very close to the heart of the city.

We recently attended a Tea tasting. What a great experience it was. We were delightfully welcomed and our host Given was fantastic. He expertly shared the information on the tea's and made us feel at home The dishes presented were also devine and rates with the best I tasted locally and abroad. Well done to Given and the Chef!!!

Our room facing the main street was very noisy all night; a good nights sleep was impossible. Hotel renovations with jack- hammer etc was advised to us AFTER we had checked in - ie we didn’t get a chance to relocate away from the noise. And, we were allocated a room on the 3rd floor and the lift was not available for two days.

My husband surprised me to a tea tasting pairing which was nothing short of amazing and absolute one of my favourite dates. The food was well presented, the stuff was so accommodating and a special mention to Desiree who was an exceptional host. I would love to visit the hotel again!
