The Capital 15 On Orange Hotel & Spa Cape Town CBD

Front of house were so friendly and helpful, bar staff included. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Dinner sadly was a disappointment. Meal took about 45min to an hour to come out. When it did it was cold. When it was returned to the kitchen, the replacement was not any better. The Springbok Loin was not rare but raw and cold on the inside. No communication from waiting staff nor the manager on duty.

We loved our four nights here. I booked the four night package with breakfast and upgraded it for a small amount to an executive deluxe room. It was spacious and lovely. Breakfast was extensive and elaborate, with an attended griddle to cook eggs any way you like (but they don’t cook pancakes or waffles fresh: they have some prefixed ones you can heat). Uber pick up and drop off was simple and quick—never waited more than 3 minutes for a pick up. The hotel has a modest evening dinner service that we tried one night but it isn’t really where you would go for fine dining. There are a host of full service restaurants quite nearby. Overall a very fine hotel!

The hotel's interior is exquisite. The people at reception are warm, friendly and professional. The restaurant manager and staff are very helpful and responsive. The managers at breakfast and dinner made every effort to ensure that all guests were attended to. I really appreciated that. Keep it up!||||The Spa in the basement is a hidden treasure! I have booked the Orange previously and was really impressed back in 2022 and we were met with friendly faces yet again. My wife and I visited for the Christmas holidays and we stayed over for one night. My son was not supposed to stay with us but our plans had changed. The management arranged a bed for him at no extra charge. They made sure we were helped timeously. They were curteous and friendly. The smell and cleanliness of the hotel is top class. We felt comfortable and well looked after. We are so impressed that we have decided not to stay anywhere else when in the heart of the CBD. A special thank you to Bongani for treating us so well. We can highly recommend your hotel to anyone. Thank you once again ☺️

Such amazing hosts. I go there for breakfast sometimes as I live closeby, and the restaurant manager is so friendly, food tastes really good and the atmosphere is nice. Wish I knew the manager's name to add to this. Keep up the good work all.

This was the best place I've stayed in while visiting Cape Town. The Capital 15 on Orange is superb with great views of the mountains and key visitor attractions. Driving from the hotel to the different beach locations can take anything between 10 and 30 minutes depending on which one you prefer. Although I my trip didn't include business, I noticed office cubicles that I think would cater nicely for someone needing some privacy and focus.

A very beautiful place. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast was nice- I enjoyed the omelette. The luxury room is very comfortable too. It's in a quiet and serene environment with the malls within walking distance if you need to get something.

Booked a weekend stay for my husbands birthday and made some prior arrangements to make it extra special and Laverne really worked her magic and everything was perfect. Our room was amazing, with a lovely view and so spacious. The buffet was very well prepared and the waitresses were polite and provided such good service. We got a tour of the spa from Nadia who was so friendly, thoughtful and always willing to help. The spa facilities are lovely and tranquil. The gym is also so spacious and has everything you need for a good workout! Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Thanks so much Laverne and the rest of the staff for making our stay so welcoming and memorable.
