The Capital 15 On Orange Hotel & Spa Cape Town CBD

A perfect location to explore the city and visit museums, with everything easily accessible on foot. The service and welcome were excellent — attentive, warm and professional throughout the stay. What truly made the difference for me was the exceptional comfort of the bed: deeply restful, high-quality bedding, and a real pleasure after long days exploring. The only small downside is that access to the spa is paid and requires a reservation. That said, I understand this also has the advantage of keeping it calm and uncrowded. On a very positive note, the gym is absolutely superb — modern, well-equipped and a real highlight. An outstanding value for money, combining comfort, location and quality of service. I would gladly return. (Attached planetarium museum just next door)

We had an excellent 4-night stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing environment throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the room, which made the experience even more special. Waking up to such scenery each morning was a real highlight. We would like to especially recognize Nadia and Loice for their outstanding hospitality. They were warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and genuine kindness made us feel welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. Overall, this was a memorable stay, and we would highly recommend this hotel.

What a great experience at 15 on Orange. Excellent service from the moment you enter the hotel. The two great ladies at reception, Nadia and Loice, made mine and my wife’s stay a pleasant experience. It was our wedding night and they made sure that our stay was great. Thank you 15 on orange for raising the bar in customer service. Ohh and the food….wow….kudos to the chef!!

Splendid hotel in the centre of Cape Town with spectacular views of Table Mountain. ||Arrival; We were greeted by the lovely Hayley, through the quirky lift and into the reception, where we were swiftly checked in. Even though it was an early flight in, whilst we had breakfast our room was ready. Brilliant as we were tired from the long flight. ||Room; a lovely Executive Suite with the fabulous Mountain View’s again. A spacious room with all the amenities and a view to wake up to and shower with. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the team had been super kind and set the room up with some welcome treats. Super kind and special! ||Location; in central Cape Town area and within walking distance of Kloof Street. ||Food & Beverages; the breakfast was lovely with menu options and the drinks/ cocktails were of good quality. ||Facilities; we used the spa (has a great list of treatments and a spectacular bar and pool, check it out) and the gym is very well equipped for a quick workout. ||Must do, see and eat whilst in Cape Town; Hayley at the hotel helped arrange the Cape Tour and its brilliant. The half day one is a little rushed and so you may want to consider the full day one to get the more enhanced experience. We tried Kloof Street House, V&A Waterfront and Silo Hotel for lunch. All great. For dinner we tried Twelve Apostles (must do), On the Rocks (great views at sunset) and Tang (okay) ||Thanks to the team and particularly Hayley who made the stay extra special, being kind and patient helping us book lovely places to eat and visit. She is a star and the hotel is perfect for a stay in Cape Town.

We are very sad to be leaving the Capital 15 on Orange hotel. For the past 4 days we have received outstanding customer service from right across all the staff at the hotel. We have made been to feel very valued as customers and our needs have been consistently surpassed. Fantastic location near Table Mountain so fabulous views of it from many rooms and 2 fantastic restaurants on Kloof street like 'Kloof street house' and Mama Africa's I want to specifically name (those names i can remember) In Management - Eon At reception - Nadia, Nathan and Buthle (Grace) who made checkin and checkout so easy and with an enjoyable chat. At concierge - Caseim & Laverne who organised AND then reorganised restaurant bookings for us In the hotel restaurant - yo yo & suki and many others we can't remember At the bar - Will and his team In the Spa - Mbali (faith) who did a half day spa for my wife and she felt 100% better for 2-3 days afterwards There were a few others but i'm afraid I must improve remembering African names This hotel is not cheap but we felt the high quality of the service and the excellent location make it absolutely worth it

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of customer service at Capital 15 on Orange. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed.||The rooms were absolutely beautiful — spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with every little detail in mind. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view was stunning!||What really stood out, though, was how much care the staff put into making our stay special. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so genuinely looked after.||We can’t recommend Capital 15 on Orange highly enough. Whether you’re visiting for business or a relaxing getaway, this hotel truly sets the standard for hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Picturesque views absolutely divine and top of Table mountain and parts of signal hill. Memories for life. Divine breakfast and had totally amazing Spa 6 hr treatment a dip in the inside and outside pool.

I just booked in and already feel at home with amazing welcome from the receptionist Nadia. She went over and above to make our stay memorable. Her personality and her warm nature suits her position perfectly. She has really represent your organisation with the best professionalism that it deserves.
