Had a wonderful stay here. The CBD and even waterfront (if you don't mind) is within walking distance. Staff ensured I was well looked after. Bonus was the breakfast at The Vue upstairs on level 15 with the most beautiful morning view of Table Mountain and the waterfront, true 360° views. Even better bonus was the quality of the breakfast, scrambled eggs was amongst the best I've had, croissants were actually made with butter, would've loved to try their peanut butter cheesecake looked so nice. Plus couple of car rental places within 200m. Finally, there are like several very excellent coffee shops and try out the jazz bar if that's your thing. Plus the attached steak restaurant but recommend you book. And SPUR supermarket nearby. Highly recommend, you might get a couple minutes of noise early in the morning though. However, very happy area for a tourist to get everything day and night.

Beautiful facilities, with spacious studio apartments, and a stunning rooftop restaurant. But what really made the experience memorable was the professional who checked me in. She was amazing. Throughout my five days, she went out of her way to ensure every aspect of my stay was taken care of: adding an extra night, combining reservations so I wouldn’t have to change rooms, booking my Diamond Museum tour, and genuinely caring about my entire Cape Town experience. She showed real interest in my well-being, like a long-lost friend. What a special person. Thank you!

Let's just say if I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. If you are looking for a apartment-like hotel this is it. We booked a hotel room that was fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and it included a mini kitchen. Such a plus for a family with kids. The view was small, but beautiful of the mountains and streetview. You don't hear any noise from outside, so you will get a peaceful sleep. You can easily walk to nearby stores, gas stations, pharmacies, etc. It has a parking garage included, that is safe and guarded by a security at all times. Housekeeping was done daily and the reception were always helpful and friendly. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This property exceeded all our expectations. The staff went out of their way to make our engagement 💍 super special. The reception desk, room service and Utopia restaurant were simply top notch. The suites are huge with walk in rain showers, with direct shower access from the large patio with stunning De Waterkant Village Views. Well equipped little kitchen with all amenities, microwave, espresso machine, fridge etc. Two life-size plasma TVs. A huge lounge area with ample seating. King-size bed woth fluffy high qualify linen. In addition, a washing machine and tumble dryer. Highly recommended 👌

Between long street and the Q&A, this apartment is in a perfect location. The two restaurants are very good and a convenient solution if you had a busy day. The Cattle Baron is well.used by locals so book earlier in the day. The apartment has everything you might need and is spotless. The reception staff can't do enough to help you||

A lovely hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The views from The Vue restaurant on the 15th floor are spectacular. The picture quality of the TV is an area of improvement, it was grainy. Both restaraunts, the Vue and the Cattle Baron, have great food choices. The hotel is walking disgrace from the V&A Waterfront.

I had a comfortable stay at The Capital Mirage Hotel, located in central Cape Town. The hotel occupies the 1st to 5th floors of the building, with residences above. I was upgraded to a superior room with a balcony, which was appreciated, but being on the 5th floor, the view was limited and not on the mountain-facing side.||||The real highlight is the Utopia Restaurant on the 15th floor, offering incredible panoramic views of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, and the ocean—a must-visit during your stay.||||Breakfast was made-to-order and well done, and the staff were consistently professional and polite. The hotel also provides two floors of secure parking, a great perk if you’re driving.||||Although it’s in a central area, it felt safe and clean, though the streets were very quiet after dark, with almost no one walking around.||||Overall, a stylish and convenient hotel with one of the best rooftop views in the city.

While we only stayed one night, the stay was fabulous! Wish we booked more time here! The staff was so kind and accommodating, the room was beautiful and stocked with more than we needed, and easy accessible restaurants!
