The Cardiff Hotel & Spa

I felt in love with Cardiff on multiple occasions therefore I had to visit for my honeymoon. Cardiff continues to bring their A game always. Staff, food, rooms top tier!!!! I would recommend Cardiff to anyone, peace of mind.

I stayed her probably 40 years ago. It was the best!! Food service room all incredible! Looks like things have remained true to the expectations !! Prayers for Jamaica🙏❤️🙏❤️

This is a slice of heaven on earth. Top-notch, seemless customer service. The property is immaculately maintained. The views from my balcony at dawn and sunset were like dreamscapes. If you want a unique, authentic Jamaican experience, The Cardiff is it.

Group of 6 of us booked a spa day only to arrive to find the spa not working and had not bothered to inform us even though this had been the case for some weeks. We having been trying to discuss a refund however they just keep fobbing us off. No communication initiated from them just a generic response to our enquiry. Disgusting customer service and most definitely not acceptable.

Nice boutique hotel with great local foods, clean spacious rooms and attentive service. It's always a joy to stay there - this is my 5th stay. They rival many of the more popular resorts

Where is the part about the food? Food was great. I went twice for two events and I enjoyed myself.

I was staying in one of the villas close by so I decided to go there for breakfast and it was great, after me and my son stayed to play on the pool so it was very nice and ofcourse decides to come back.||Every time we came back the things were worse and worse.||One day we waited for lunch more than one hour, we were the only one in there.||My son just wanted some coco bread(it was in side dishes in the menu) and the waitrees(very rood) said that it is not possibble that he have to order a sandwich that comes in that.||After when I asked her why we are waiting for so long she said because of the sandwich?||I didnt wanted it in the first place, I asked for the box after because we didnt wanted to throw the food, she charged for the box also.||For the food that we didnt wanted.||Next time my son foot dropped in a hole that was on the floor because nobody fixed it, we were very scared that something is broken so they took us to doctor that they called.||After that ofcourse I had to pay for the doctors bill even though it was completely their fault.||When i come back to Jamaica for sure I will come back to see my good friend mr Benjamin who was very pleasant. It is a real shame for such a nice place to be having such a horribble people as employees.
