The shower head needs replacement. Simple, but important for your guest. Hot water takes a long time to reach warm temperature. Water just a trickle. Use a more pleasant cleaner for the rooms and bathroom. Otherwise, very nice environment. Training staff are awesome. Parking, good. Air conditioning good. A little challenging getting to rooms with heavy suitcase. Food better than average. Stayed here twice before, always good enough to come back but would love to see Cardiff stay well maintained and get better. Lots of competition out there in Jamaica and other islands. Thanks for your hospitality.

The rooms are nice and they are welcoming. However the food is terrible I wish that there were more variety for the Jamaican breakfast. The dinner was ok not the best. There is no internet service which is extremely bad and the TV does not work. This is a turn off for me. Some entertainment would be nice too. I wish to see some improvements in the near future.

It was good. However, the cable was down when asked to hurricane Melissa last year . Otherwise I enjoyed the food and View of the sea very relaxing.28/1/2026

I stayed her probably 40 years ago. It was the best!! Food service room all incredible! Looks like things have remained true to the expectations !! Prayers for Jamaica🙏❤️🙏❤️

Group of 6 of us booked a spa day only to arrive to find the spa not working and had not bothered to inform us even though this had been the case for some weeks. We having been trying to discuss a refund however they just keep fobbing us off. No communication initiated from them just a generic response to our enquiry. Disgusting customer service and most definitely not acceptable.

I felt in love with Cardiff on multiple occasions therefore I had to visit for my honeymoon. Cardiff continues to bring their A game always. Staff, food, rooms top tier!!!! I would recommend Cardiff to anyone, peace of mind.

This is a slice of heaven on earth. Top-notch, seemless customer service. The property is immaculately maintained. The views from my balcony at dawn and sunset were like dreamscapes. If you want a unique, authentic Jamaican experience, The Cardiff is it.

Nice boutique hotel with great local foods, clean spacious rooms and attentive service. It's always a joy to stay there - this is my 5th stay. They rival many of the more popular resorts
