The overbooked the hotel and ended up booting us because their other guests (orthodox women) who arrived a week after us felt uncomfortable that I was staying there. We were escorted off the property like criminals and send to another hotel. The hotel they sent us to, The Madison is a much nicer place to stay and closer to the beach. It was a blessing in disguise. I will never go near the Carlton again. Horrible customer service and headaches the entire time.

We arrived at the hotel for a weekend getaway. The reception staff was courteous and prompt. Large clean room. Needs general renewal. A bath needs renewal and renovation, in the evening there is no hot water and you have to wait until late to get enough hot water for bathing. Clean dining room and courteous wait staff, food served is extremely reasonable and suitable for everyone both in the evening and at breakfast. On weekends you can shop in the nearby streets free of blue and white from 2pm until Sunday 8am. In the evening there was no activity at the hotel, you can go for a walk on the nearby promenade. Another advantage of the hotel is its location.

The hotel feels half abandoned and shabby. My room was quite large and clean enough (except for sticky hangers - my clothes stayed in my suitcase) but the torn curtains failed to keep out the bright lights and nouse of the main street right outside the window - evem on the 5th floor. The non-English speaking receptionist wanted to charge me a second time for VAT which I refused to pay - she had already photocopied my passport so she knew I am a tourist. An honest mistake - she told me later that I was right - but why do I have to explain it to her?!? I was supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after 1 night because I couldn't sleep on the squeaky bed with too-small sheets and light and noise from the street...

I will arrange a mess of reviews:||||First of all, it is important to understand that it is a very old hotel that has undergone a kind of basic innovation.||||Rooms||||So there are rooms still in the 60, and there are a slightly-advanced rooms – so, my offer does not compromise and request a new refurbished/new (tell you that it is a record, the quality is!) not poor state) Unfortunately there is a TV (cable-free) room for children-||||Excellent, this is a private gym that provides a personal training for the residents of the region, a state-of-the-art equipment and welcomes the hotel's guests with a nice face-nothing to add.||||Spa-Nice massage and no score 8.||||Pool||||Excellent, clean, towels, gracious lifeguard, good atmosphere-nothing to add||||Dining room.||||Average breakfast-omelets with chef, vegetable cheese, corn flakes and coffee||||Average dining room-no luxury but the most basic!||||* Note for inspection-no waiters, all self-service and all that implies.||||I received a little apthiot but willing to swear that they do everything to please and provide service from the heart.||||#צוות The hotel has a neighbouring meeting (and there's not much of it) polite and served as much as possible.||||to the school.||||This three-star hotel has seen such beautiful days||||The hotel is located in a prime place in Nahariya! In the city centre Messianism Ga'aton Street and near the sea, as a rooftop hotel, or a stop for a trip is just fine.||||I wish the hotel could find a way to productive and pick himself up again for the good old days that another prize was smiling in the pictures on the backdrop of the hotel.

It is an old hotel and it shows it. There is dirt everywhere and the staff is awful. The parking is hell, there's no bellman, and they will treat you like crap. However... the rooms are nice! Seriously. The best part is location. Smack in the middle of Naharia. Well, that is you have to stay in Naharia.

We were there for a weekend, the staff is nice but clueless, every question i had at the desk was met with "not sure", "i dont know", i expect a willingness to solve my problem or answer to my questions. They didnt have this sign for the door for cleaners not to enter, we locked the door after the cleaner was about to enter and she used her key to open....very disturbing that the cleaner heard us lock and carried on unlocking, yes i heard her say that we locked and her manager told her to enter anyway, the rooms are below average, broken handle, old dirty shower handle and cap, scratches and this old weary look to the furniture, spider webs on ceiling, etc. The food was tasty and nice, parking is terrible, they have limited space and prefer to give to workers instead of us that paid around 1500 shekels a night, the hotel is at best 2 stars and definitely not worth the money
