Really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House! Great location that's convenient to the Strip but not right in the chaos, which was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful throughout our visit.

We arrived 1 day early, and they upgraded our room, which was awesome! We had a full kitchen, dining room, huge bathroom with rails and seat. Hot water for days (best shower ever). Large living room. Private bedroom with queen bed and tv. Doors to living room and bathroom. Loved everything, and everyone ❤️ 💕 Staff were awesome. Can't wait to come back!!!!

I am so thankful for the Carriage House’s receptionist for helping us cancel our last minute reservation after our itinerary was disrupted by a stolen passport. We were pressed for time and needed help and the Carriage House was gracious in bending their cancellation policy for us during our time of need. ||At the end of our itinerary, we came back to stay with them and was impressed by the quality of the linens, pillows, and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed with good quality silverware. It was a very comfortable stay that we throughly enjoyed and will be sure to come back!

We love to stay at Carrriage House. It is an amazing condo without the smokey casino to walk thru. The Staff is welcoming and remember me each time i come back! The resort is extremely quiet and clean but just OFF the strip. You have everything you need right across the street! We always stay there!

My wife's been a owner since the early 80's. We love it especially not to worry about any casino gambling. It's centered around things and places you ever wanted to visit. Service, especially house keeping, she's been great respectful and knocks every time to see if we are up or need anything. Rooms are very comfortable.

We liked that the hotel was off the strip, but was still close to it enough to walk. If you are a brisk walker, it will take about 10 minutes, maybe longer depending on traffic and to where you plan on walking. The hotel was unflashy and the front desk staff were friendly during our stay. They were in the process of remodeling when we stayed which was some time ago. They had a basketball court, but lacked a swimming pool.

Google
The room is new, clean and comfortable. There is a little bit noisy outsides, but the room itself is wonderful! The price is quite reasonable compared to other hotels near the Strip. Parking is easy and even free! The location is quite convenient to the Strip.

Google
This is our second time staying at the carriage house and it is by far the best decision. It is extremely close to the strip, very clean and nice spacious rooms. The front desk is very helpful. The pool is currently being remodeled and I cannot wait to come back and see what they have done!

Yelp
I actually really liked this hotel. The location was perfect. It's w/in walking distance to the strip. The whole place was like an oasis in the middle of the all the craziness of Vegas. It was also not pretentious. The rooms were simple and clean. The pool was just an ordinary pool. However, it has pluses like parking and no frivolous resort fees. A huge win for me. Management, you can renovate, but please don't change. We intend to keep staying at your place for every one of our visits.

Yelp
I stayed here with my husband last week, everything was great we enjoyed staying here. Upon recent discussion with my husband he told me that one of the ladies in the front desk proceeded to flirt with him as soon as I walked away. Which I find incredibly unprofessional! I don't recall The ladies name but she had burgundy hair. I hope on our next stay we get to deal with someone else.

Yelp
We've been VI Owners for years. This is one of our favorite resorts. It's an amazing hidden gem! The resort is sitting on the 50 yard line of the strip. It's quiet so you can actually get some sleep but still right in the middle of the mix. Big rooms. Very clean. Highly recommended.

Yelp
We had a great stay at the carriage house. We stayed in one of the one bedroom suites for four nights and had no complaints. The room was very clean, beds were comfy, bath had plenty of hot water and it was quiet. We even got a peekaboo view of the Parisian's Eiffel Tower. Front desk staff were a very friendly and accommodating. It's a pretty easy walk to the strip. Their little minimart has things like milk and ice cream, candies, crackers, that type of thing but if you're looking to get some groceries, the Walgreens is about two blocks away and is open 24 hours and they have a pretty decent food selection. We would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Not all bad. But rooms are old and have a musty smell. Carpets in room and hallways are gross, dirty and in much need of being replaced. Close enough to the strip but still extra walking. No breakfast of any kind. Parking is a plus if you're bringing a car. Would still recommend spending the extra money and getting on the strip or at least a chain that might offer breakfast.

Yelp
Very Professional and helpful staff. Very positive presentation. I now enjoy my vacations so much.

Yelp
SERVICE & CHECKIN Decent checkin speed, bogged down with handwritten paperwork. Parking available onsite & tap pay is accepted but they're not optimized for it. No impression of the customer service/hospitality from the front desk, but the security guard & housekeepers I ran into were friendly. $50/night deposit. LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORS Keycard required at every transition: entering building, operating elevator, etc. An unassuming & simple lobby compared to the elevators & corridors, but it was well-maintained. The layout & design of upper hallways was a bit of a maze; not the best use of color psychology & signage could be better. High cleaning standards throughout. ROOM (suite) https://youtu.be/JbmMUG28kI8 Modern 1-BR carpeted suite with ample lighting (overhead + natural). Lots of seating options & storage, but tabletop space is very limited. Despite the size, Its not the most functional for a large party if doing more than sleep. Based on the security posture, I'm surprised there wasn't a deadbolt on the door. BED The mattress was significantly past its prime & not the most supportive, but it's adequate for passing out after walking the strip. Average sheets & pillows. BATH Large, incredibly clean, & modern. The design is more traditional/humble but robust in function, offering multiple vanities, strong water pressure, & hefty towels. I really enjoyed the shower experience. The toiletries (Pure by gloss) are not a favorite yet they're good in a pinch. TV & ENTERTAINMENT Multiple ~40" flatscreen LG HD TVs. Typical unmounted hotel TV with good accessibility for hdmi/streaming devices. WI-FI A lot of packet loss, but really strong throughout. Vegas WiFi did not disappoint when it came to remote work. --Performance-- Video streaming - Good Online gaming - Good Video chatting - Good --Nerd Stats-- 210-340 Mbps download 48-176 Mbps upload 1.7% packet loss 6 ms latency 10 ms jitter FOOD & DRINK DoorDash contactless delivery is a no-go but there's a full kitchenette with all the things! Multiple sets of dishes, utensils, & cups were stocked & ready for use. I was impressed with the cleaning standards. Convenience foods are also available for purchase in the lobby. NOISE While the building isn't sound proof, the environment wasn't louder than other nearby properties. Expect to endure the occasional "sounds of Vegas" ( sirens, horns, etc). LOCATION VERY strong security presence, for better or for worse (flashing lights outside the bedroom window). & close enough to the strip if you don't mind walking. I don't recommend ride share / car service, even from here, until traffic is back to normal (post F-1). Usual shortcuts, backroads, parking lots, etc weren't available. VERDICT The amenities & price point are very competitive. F-1 construction has made this spot a little more inconvenient, but that applies to everywhere else on & off strip. I would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend it to anyone considering an off-strip stay. 4/5

Yelp
Location and parking are 5 stars. Customer service is just okay. It feels safe and secure with card access reauired to enter the building and elevator. The rooms could be updated and ours smelled of old, stale air. The beds are comfortable, and the room was clean. There are weird issues, like our TV remote buttons don't all work. Sounds silly, but if you can only click down and left, you can't quite get a channel you want. But the fun part of the strip is walking distance, with food and entertainment all around, and the pool was fine. We'll stay here again.

Kelly H.

Yelp
Really love the location and we can play pickle ball. Been a VI owner for a few years now and love the condos. Got a 1 bedroom during the rodeo and our stay was awesome. VI didn't again

Simone B.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here for a week and this place was perfect for us. It is one block from the strip, so the walk isn't bad, it is 1/2 block from the Miracle Mile shops, where we saw two shows. The place is extremely clean, quiet, and well kept. The employees were kind and friendly, and there were security patrolling the parking lot. We will return because we found our Vegas hotel spot. The only surprise is the pool was located in the parking lot area, but it was great and well kept.

Yelp
My family has had a timeshare here for over a decade and when coming to Vegas this is exclusively where we have stayed. The Carriage House is nestled, essentially on the Strip. Tucked behind some larger properties, originally it had a fantastic view of the Strip and mountains. From here you can quickly and easily access the Miracle Mile at Planet Hollywood or continue your walk right up to the Strip, meeting at the corners of The Cosmopolitan, Planet Hollywood and Aria. If you like to walk and know how to navigate you can easily access a number of casinos quickly, even the MGM Grand is quickly accessed from the street behind. This isn't large fancy casino, no slot machines buzzing, it is a quaint getaway. They have a variety of rooms available from single, doubles, lock outs and full suites. If as a traveler you want to save a little money a full kitchen allows you to prepare meals in the room. To me, this the perfect location to stay near to the party but also get your rest and relaxation so you can keep on going. The Carriage House does have a tennis court, pool and hot tub and has a small convenient market next to the main desk in the lobby.

Yelp
We've stayed here a couple of times so far without any major issues. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean and good housekeeping. The only issue we had was the low water pressure in the shower when we stayed here for the second time. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Having a full kitchen is a plus. Good location.

Yelp
This hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable, not very far from anything. My only two complaint are the temperature of the room and not being truthful about the response. While I understand it's Las Vegas and during a good part of the year the temperature is warm, the room was a constant 72 degrees. Any attempt to lower the temperature, the thermostat returned to 72 degrees within an hour. We asked about lowering the temp and they said they'd "look into it". We asked again the next morning and received a very vague answer. They lied to us about it. They did not look into anything and never responded. If they'd said this is policy and we don't adjust the temp, fine...but they lied by omission. They knew they wouldn't do anything about it.

Yelp
I gave this an overall 1 star review due to a bad experience I've encountered. We stayed here for one night after watching a concert, we've stayed at many hotels before and this was by far the worst customer service experience I've had. Due to staying late overnight, we woke up late and since check out is at 11, and we won't be ready until 1115-1130, we called the front desk and informed them. They said it was ok. 11:10, housekeeping knocked and asked us if we were checking out and we told them that we called guest services and we should be out by 11:30. At 11:20 we got a call in our room, informing us that if we wanted to stay, there will be a fee. Informed her that we called and they did not mention any charges plus it was only 30 mins pass the check out time. Crystal started raising her voice and stated that it doesn't matter and there will still be a charge. This woman was very unprofessional. First of all, she's probably from housekeeping and she should have confirmed with front desk if we were staying instead of calling us directly. Second, the nerve of her to call 5 mins before we leave to let us know that we should have been charged. Third, most hotel has a grace period of at least 30 mins to an hour after check out without any problem especially when they are not busy. Which they were not. This hotel is not even a five star hotel and I guess they are desperate to get money, in any way possible. Will not be coming back!!!

Yelp
Are you guys in threat of going out of business? It certainly seems that way considering your maids don't clean, and on top of that they came in made the bed with dirty sheets changed the towels and took out the trash. no dusting no cleaning sink no cleaning bathroom nothing but you needed an hour of us leaving the room while you and your colleague did nothing...? How lazy could a maid be, to demand that any guest would have to do labor on their hotel stay really exemplifies your position on what hospitality is to you and your brand. And how much you truly care about your customers experience at your establishment. We travel often and in over a decade of staying at hotels for business trips I've never been advised to clean my own room wash my own dishes and even vacuum for the maid. If I'm going to be doing all these chores I need a pay check or your maids need to be fired since your pining all their responsibilities onto the guest. Ludicrous and unscrupulous behavior presented here on this trip by the Assistant GM Marie Shaw.. to say she was disrespectful is a complete understatement. Despite you all trying to over charge me for having a service animal which is completely illegal. You also stated that your maids don't do dishes nor vacuum nor do any duties that are required by the sop's of hospitality and listed responsibilities under the role of maid. I had just left the ER after being admitted for 17 days all liquid diet the last thing I need to be doing is worrying about the opinion of the host whom is being very cheap disrespectful and completely unhospitable towards me and my family for no reason at all. We had not had any interaction with the front desk until we had to complain about the maids not doing their jobs. Therefore, just as she wasn't concerned with helping everyone come to a resolution we now feel equally uninterested in your position or opinion. If you keep treating guest this way I assure you, you won't stay in business much longer. what makes it all the worst is how often you called my wife from the front desk every day early morning asking if we needed maid service only for maid service to ignore our requests and refused to supply a actual bedroom cleaning. All while knowing, we have a 200 lb service animal in the room with us. No one cared but they all of a sudden care now when its time to check out. Now the lazy ass maids have to work and you have the audacity to try to complain against the guest without acknowledging any liability? SURPRISE SURPRISE We all reap what we sow... these actions will have karmic consequences; it will be very surprising if this business is still open in 2025. Your entire maid staff needs to be fired and your assistant GM Marie Shaw is even worst. Its clear that you guys don't honor your guest, nor do you truly care about your customers, I know this to be true because everyone can see how unprofessional and disrespectful and money gauging thieves you all are. $20 for a hr late check out which is free for everyone else. $50 early check in fee even though the rooms are empty clean and available? It never ends this place reminds me of that "hotel impossible" episode where the owner had pens tied down with strings so people wouldn't take the pen. He also had a rule that you only have 7 mins to check your room and confirm stay or they keep your deposit if your any seconds past that 7 min mark even though the hotel owner knew his rooms were dirty disgusting and not worth a penny to stay in. The Carriage House's Management and Ownership's inaction exemplifies the same behaviors of those people in that episode mentioned above, your policies and procedures mirror the behavior of a slum lord! Since you truly don't care about customers or their experience at your establishment you could do the whole Valley a favor and just sell the business at least then they'd have someone in charge that cares about the customers brand and the customers experience at the hotel. Due better or expect the attendance to just continue to decrease as time proceeds. And understand you cannot mistreat people this way especially disabled people, its a sick inhumane act and this action alone is the behavior/actions of a coward.

Yelp
Clean, courteous and Helpful. First time and will be a repeat customer. Cedric McQueen the concierge kept us up to-date with the happenings. The staff was very helpful and professional. The cleaning staff was on the spot with keeping the place clean. This place is clean and secure. Centrally located so you can get to anywhere on the strip at anytime of day. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I would highly recommend this facility

Yelp
Great stay very clean and friendly staff. Full kitchenettes with a large coffee, drip maker. There is also complimentary coffee in the lobby. Very relaxing off the strip. Nice pool very secure. Just note, the air conditioners units have motion sensors and are automatically to go off when not in the room ..: may need new batteries if not working ok. They quickly fixed ours. Will stay here next time !

Yelp
We've been owners for decades and just recently (finally) made it to VI's Carriage House resort in Las Vegas. We were on the elevator with 3 other people, one couple who had just attended a presentation on the top floor, the other another VI member. The couple was complaining that the program probably doesn't work and wasted about an hour of their time and was going to give a "bad review." The other person rolled her eyes. I felt it was mine and my wife's duty to see if they did actually do that.... They did! I wish at that moment I took the energy to tell them that they are totally wrong but instead I closed my mouth and enjoyed another wonderful vacation provided by VI. It's a shame to see negative reviews from people who are talking bad about a company that's enhanced our lives so much. Our family has always stayed in great places thanks to VI Resorts!

Yelp
We always enjoy our stay at the Carriage House. Customer service is always professional and helpful and housekeeping will help with whatever you need. The hotel is off the main streets so it is a quiet oasis from the usual hustle of the LV Strip. However it is within walking distance of the LV Strip and the many entertainment spots. The elevators are connected to your room key so there is a sense of security. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Yelp
Great place to stay at and the location is good as well. Right between MGM and Caesar properties. Super close to strip and near restaurants like nacho daddy which is like a 3 min walk if that. Heather was amazing getting us all set up. Will def be staying at again. Ambassador Juliet did not follow up so missed out on meal vouchers and drink tickets but other than that great from everybody else! Security guy was very nice and helpful too
google avatar

Mary C.

Yelp
Stayed there April 3rd and 4th and it is within walking distance of the strip so quiet but close to the action. The pool was super nice and comfy with a tennis court up top. We had the best check in with Cedric, if you see him say hello, he is the one with the Minecraft glasses. The accommodations were comfortable and we were able to spend our money on good dinners as the kitchenette let us make breakfast, lunch and snacks.
google avatar

Mac M.

Yelp
What an amazing hidden gem right in the middle of all the excitement of Las Vegas! I can throw a stone and hit the MGM Grand, the Aria, and several other major attractions off the strip. And our room was ridiculously spacious with a beautiful view! I felt honored and respected by the staff, especially "Joe" who helped me late at night when I was looking for coffee creamer when it wasn't his role... I wish all staff were as wonderful! The pool was pretty small but most people this close to everything won't be here for the sun anyhow. I really enjoyed my stay. It's also hard to get in the building without a key card and so it feels quite safe.

Yelp
This is cool find for the person who doesn't mind not staying in a casino Hotel. The experience is more like your home away from home. We got a 1 bedroom apt. style which had a full kitchen with regular fridge. It was so spacious and was able to shop for food and cook for the week. Yes they do have a pool to use up to 10pm. The other beauty is it is 3 blocks from the Strip and across from Planet Hollywood. True it may not have a casino but it is a place to relax and unwind for the night I can't wait to stay again

Loretta C.

Yelp
Our family has been staying at the Carriage House for years. The staff is always nice and accommodating to our needs. Since coming here, we haven't in counter any problems at all. Did I mention, it in a GREAT location. Walking distance from the strip, convenient store and everything you'll need. Thank you Carriage House for everything you do to make our stay wonderful.

Yelp
Stay here if you're 65 or older. This place is flooded with grandparents. Warning!!! Do not visit with kids. Old Karen's will yell at your kids in the pool for having fun. The room and hotel were fine. Room was clean and spacious.

Yelp
Granted this is during Covid, but the things that made our trip most uncomfortable were not the Covid restrictions but the things that we experienced during our stay that have nothing to Covid. 1st night we went down to hot tub, I liked that it was hot, and jets had more power than most resorts we have stayed at(we travel frequently). However that night I could not sleep because the seat of the hot tub had rubbed my skin off my foot like pumice stone. I had placed it under my bottom to keep myself from floating off. Then in morning we were making hash browns, bacon and eggs. Only one skillet, it was not non stick, but flipper was plastic. Only one knife, it was extremely dull. Overall the person who ordered the kitchen cookware and dishes, silverware has never cooked. Plastic is for nonstick, metal is for stainless steel. Miserable. Then there tp, dishwasher soap, garbage bags were severely under stocked. Most guest are staying 7 days, and there are only four place settings, so even if only one person were there alone, they would have to wash dishes twice. One dishwasher soap. Two tp, 1 garbage bag. This is something they can not do anything about at this moment, hot tub is exactly on the other side of adjacent property's smoke break area, and I can not stand cigarette smoke.

Yelp
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 1 bedroom suite was great and very roomy. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The fitness room has great equipment and all in workinf order. The hotel is in a great location. Right in the middle of the strip but about a block away from Las Vegas Blvd. so you don't hear all the noise but are within walking distance. We'll definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Long story short my wife and I ended up here to do a presentation through VI Resorts with the full intention of just blowing them off and getting our free stuff however after seeing the property and speaking to the people involved we were convinced that this was the right decision for us due to location, amenities, security and all around being great destination for regular Vegas travelers. I highly recommend looking into the Carriage House specifically and VI Resorts if you've ever considered a timeshare.

Yelp
Front desk weren't in the mood nor being helpful. They had this angry/b*tchy look as if they didn't wanna be there. There were two of them. The other girl wasn't that bad, she was kinda nice but the front desk lady who did my paperwork for my room was kinda rude! So first of all, the key they gave me didn't work for the entrance open door. I mean honestly I've never seen a hotel that NEEDS a key to get in unless you press a button for assistance. Most hotels only need key for their room or usually from super fancy resort gates! But wow entrance sliding door needs a key too? Umm ok. I understand it's for safety and proper security. But when I asked her that the key didn't work for me she didn't even help. She had this angry look telling me "You don't flip or move it around. Just place it in there." with her heavy attitudes Like hello? Who doesn't know that? Even 6 years olds know that! That's common sense! Anyway, some African American man helped me NOT HER and he just told me how to make it work which is weird cause I did it exactly the same way but it didn't work for me the first couple times but anyway, it finally worked. Second, i didn't know you also need a key to make the elevator work. So it didn't work for me AGAIN. Which is weird. So I told her it didn't work for me again and she just said "Umm it should work..?" So I did it again and it worked. So weird. Another thing is, y'all need to change this specific front desk lady. I didn't get her name cause I forgot but she has poofy lips and big eyes that's all I remember. I don't like her and her service isn't close to good. Her persona and service is close to WORST. If you're gonna hire someone please hire someone with good persona and patience. Not people like that who pisses customers off. My room wasn't that bad. Not the best view but not the worst. It was good enough. The bed was clean and neat. Air/fan took a long time to really work like as in make my room cool. The AC/Fan needs to be updated too. Tv was nice. Bathroom was nice. It was nice/good enough if you just wanna stay for a night or two. Lastly, carriage house is the most weirdly secured unit in all the places I've stayed. Like I mean I've stayed in numerous way nicer places with less security. 1. The entrance sliding door needs a key. 2. The public lobby bathroom needs a key. 3. The elevator needs a key. I mean I understand it's for security purposes but I just think some of that is completely unnecessary. Anyway, please change your front desk behavior. The only reason why I gave this a two is because of the STRESS RELIEF scent for their bathroom stuff like lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Check the inserted photo. I would've given it a 4 but service and attitude means a lot to me. So it's a bad 2. Please make your front desk service better. If you're planning for a REAL NICE VACATION, PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE IT DOES NOT FEEL LIKE VACATION. Choose something else. Trust me. But if you aren't picky and just want a place to stay for a night or a few nights then you'll probably like it.

Yelp
Always enjoy our time every time we stay here. Have stayed in everything from the one bedrooms with full kitchen and living room to the king room with a kitchenette. The staff is friendly. Just far enough off the strip you feel like you can relax but close enough to walk to anything you like. Easiest parking lot to get in and out of of any Vegas hotel I've ever stayed at. Wonderful pool which again is a nice relaxing change from the craziness you'd usually encounter at a Vegas hotel pool. Conveniently located. Fantastic guest security. Nice little shop in lobby. 10/10 recommended for a slower paced Vegas hotel for relaxing but still want access to everything the strip has to offer.

Yelp
stayed from 3/3/20-3/8/20 I am a timeshare owner of this place, they said I broke thier fridge and a fake plant. They charged me 300 for things we didnt brake, this is why I always take pictures of everywhere I stay. I called the manager Tony, he was absolutely rude and lied to us. He also said he didnt care that I have pictures of the room so proof things weren't damaged anything but he still wont give us our 300 dollars back. Thos is so wrong during a pandemic of civic 19 someone who lied and still money, its fraud on my card I'll never stay again I'll tell everyone i know about this experience. Dont stay here it's not worth the PRICE LITERALLY. The strip as many places to offer.

Michelle G.

Yelp
The carriage house is clean and friendly. It's near the strip but it's nice and calm for someone who doesn't want hustle and bustle. If your looking to party this is not the hotel to do so.
google avatar

Cynthia M.

Yelp
Best deal less than a block from the strip! We stayed here for 3 nights and will go back. Quite, clean, no smoke, secure entry and elevator. Very nice room with stove top, fridge, microwave, all of the dishes you could need. Extremely clean. We walked 1/2 a block and crossed the street to be in the Miracle Mile. The perfect setup with no resort fees!
google avatar

Stephanie R.

Yelp
Been here for about a week and I can't understand how my room reeks of cigarettes when it's a non-smoking hotel. I'm a timeshare owner so obviously I want to take advantage of the cheap cost but not sure if it's worth it. I literally only gave two stars because SOME of the staff have been nice and friendly...I think I'll reconsider coming back. The last room I stayed in here was nice and I had no issues but this time I coughed constantly from the smoke smell and it wasn't pleasant trying to sleep.

Yelp
Only arrived at the Carriage House to visit a time share venue on the top floors. However, the ambiance of the inside appeared to be very quiet, peaceful, and close enough to the strip to enjoy but far enough to get a peace of mind. It is a little hard, if you have never been there before, to figure out how to get inside. The workers seem to be nice and friendly.

Stephanie S.

Yelp
Great stay! It's just off the strip so perfect for walking distance but quiet at night when you want to get some uninterrupted sleep! Pool is peaceful not filled with hundreds of people like the giant hotels around from previous stays. Deej in the lobby was amazing about going above and beyond expectations for our trip! Great recommendations on cost friendly meals within distance of us!!

Yelp
This place is amazing, loved it from the start, its close to the strip but at the same time its far enough for it to be quiet at night and not to hear drunk people screaming on the strip. In an overrated city this hotel suceed into being itself and i really appreciated it. No resort fees , close to the casino but in an non smoking environment. Here you will get what you dont get often in Vegas, more than what you paid for. Congratulations to the carriage house and its staff for a job well done, if i'm ever back in Vegas ill book my stay here again without a doubt.

Yelp
I ended up staying at the Carriage House for a few days while at CES. It's certainly much smaller than the other hotels on the Strip - the Elara and MGM Signature make it look tiny in comparison. However, it's not so bad. Security is tight, it's clean, and there was plenty of space to move around. It's not the fanciest hotel around, but I enjoyed my stay.

Yelp
A bag of clothes disappeared after the housekeepers passed through. When it was said at the reception desk, the person did not look surprised or seem to care. The next day we came back to the reception desk to ask if they had found the bag, no answer, the lady simply took our phone numbers. Of course they don't answer any more emails, there is only to file a complaint (like hotel. com advice me) for a hypothetical solution... Shame on you, you're warned when you choose this hotel.

Yelp
An update to my previous review, the staff is awesome here. I was on a road trip from LA to Las Vegas, my alternator gave out half way to Vegas and ended up waiting for a tow in the desert and came in after check in hours. I called ahead and the staff was waiting for me. My wife is pregnant, and we were stuck in the middle of desert for an hour and a half, being sun baked and hot, and we felt inhuman. The staff checked us in fast after hours, we got up to our room which was studio this time (smallest size room), and we were amazed by the room. Nice full size bedroom with a Queen or King size bed (can't really tell), little kitchenette with 2 burners and a microwave with a mini fridge. The bathroom is pretty big, with a decent size shower. The water pressure is decent and made us feel like humans again after we got all the desert sand off us. The AC was nice and cold and we passed out fast on the nice bed. There are extra pillows of different firmness in the closet if the ones you get don't fit your needs. I like staying here, will be back again in the future.

Yelp
This review is based on the Vacation International rooms at the Carriage House. Stayed for 2 nights with the fam and we really enjoyed it. I booked 2 rooms, a studio and a 1 bedroom suite. The studio room had a king bed and a cpuch pull out bed. It also had a small kitchenette (2 burner stove, microwave, mini fridge and sink). The 1 bedroom was really big with a full kitchen. It felt like an apartment. Staff was really nice and helpful. The location is convenient with the miracle mile shops at planet hollywood across the street.

Yelp
Closeness...my favorite thing about this hotel. Parking lot close to hotel entry. No need to walk 5-10 minutes through a hotel/casino, then find the car in a "Seinfeld" like gargantuan garage. No valet to call, then tip. Rooms close to elevator & entry. The time from leaving your room to leaving the hotel is no longer than 3-5 minutes. No long winding corridors. Hotel close to the Strip. We always walked to & from the Strip. Took no longer than 5-10 minutes to walk to Crystal Shopping Center, Aria, Cosmopolitan, etc. Our room had a nice view of the MGM Signature Towers & pools, & the Spring Mountains. While the rooms are clean & adequate, the decor is moderate budget hotel. The kitchen was a necessity since I do not like to eat in restaurants 2-3 times daily. The kitchen made up for the small workout room & the small pool being closed for winter. There was free WIFI & a business center for printing. Service was a little inconsistent. Some staff people were friendlier than others. We were not contacted by time share people. While I did not use their services, I noticed many people using Concierge service to arrange tours, shows, etc. The only negative I remember were loud conversations in the hallway around 7am. They occurred almost every morning. Sometimes it seemed to be the neighbors, other times the maintenance/cleaning staff. Either way it was annoying since I generally awake around 8am. The hotel does not have a casino. On the top floor a former restaurant space is now vacant. Due to the good location, kitchen, & reasonable rates I would return.

Yelp
I stayed in the Carriage House when I was in Vegas for a week for my sister's wedding. She was able to let me use her timeshare points to book a suite here. Our room had a very nice sized living area, kitchen, bathroom, and a smaller room that barely fit a king size bed. That's okay because who sleeps in Vegas?! Everything was recently remodeled in the room and really was very nice! The building is directly across from the inside mall, and a block from the strip, MGM Grand, and MGM Signature. It was very convenient, especially since my sister was in the Signature and a friend was in MGM Grand. The building is secured at night, I believe after 10, so you need a card to access the interior and then also to operate the elevator. It was very safe and I didn't worry at all! At the hotter points in the day I would recommend just crossing the street and walking though the nice air conditioned mall to access the strip, instead of walking on the sidewalk. That sun really takes it out of you!

Yelp
I really dont want to write this review because I dont want people to find out about my little diamond in the rough!...If you're going to Vegas and want to stay somewhere clean, close to the strip and HELLA cheap--choose the Carriage House hotel. They've recently upgraded their rooms and the decor is so cute now. The monorail is located right behind it and the hotel itself is about a 5-7min walk to the strip(not a big deal AT ALL). If you're thinking this might be like a Motel 6, you're totally wrong. With the new upgrades, It is more like a baby MGM suite. We always get the one bedroom suite w/ kitchenette and it sleeps about 5-6 ppl comfortably!! Ohhh and they'll deliver groceries, flowers, or alcohol($$$) for you prior to your visit! Check it out!

Yelp
I am highly disappointed with my stay at the Carriage House. We received a notice in our confirmation that renovation would begin May 29th, 2020 until October 2nd, 2020. This seems to be an outdated message, as we checked in May 2021 and there has been constant construction happening in the room directly across from ours. The hotel has signs stating they are doing renovations, but this was not something we were aware was still occurring, as our stay is nearly a year past the renovation dates listed. Constant hammering, drilling, sawing has been occurring directly across from our room all day, every day. It is highly disruptive and when we inquired about it at the front desk, staff were dismissive and stated that we should have known about it as we received a notice in our confirmation. However, to reiterate, the renovation dates we received in our confirmation are from 2020, not this year. It very much feels as though the hotel has attempted to downplay the disruptive nature of the renovations and we are now stuck in a highly noisy environment. Not very relaxing. As an update, staff offered to give us a free weeks stay, but instead of the current 2 bedroom suite we are at now, a 1 bedroom. That is an insult. I will never stay here again.

Yelp
This is a nice affordable place in Las Vegas. I was not going to be out in the town at all because I was there to see the canyons and I was rarely in my room. I only stayed for 2 nights. The only issue I had here is that there really are no local restaurants that are really close by to walk to and no breakfast at all in the morning. . I used door dash and they had local places deliver.. They did have candy, cereal, eggs, sandwiches, milk, candy, chips, water etc. for sale, which helped me stock up a bit. There was a small kitchen , microwave and fridge in the room , so you can cook small meals. There is no need to pay ridiculous prices in this town and this place was definitely a good option.

Yelp
We stayed here through Vacation Internationale. We have been VI members for many years and have always enjoyed the majority of their properties. This place is very nice and close to the Strip in Las Vegas. We had 2 wonderful rooms that were nicely decorated and in very good shape. They were super clean and the furniture was modern. The pool was very nice and heated and kept clean also. The only complaint we have is their WiFi just does not cut it. In this modern day and age you would think that these places could get a half descent WiFi system. The signal strength was real good but the system was super slow and during daylight hours when people were awake and using the system it was just overwhelmed.

Yelp
We loved this gem of a hotel! We were stuck in Vegas an extra night because our flight was cancelled. We had already checked out of our initial hotel and were looking for something nearby but without resort fees for amenities we wouldn't be using. We were tired and frustrated, but coming here felt like coming home! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we genuinely appreciated all of the conveniences provided in our room. From now on this is going to be the hotel we stay at when we travel to Vegas!

Yelp
420 UNFRIENDLY - WE NEVER SMOKED IN OUR ROOM, yet Amy Lowell (GM) claimed our room "overwhelmingly smelled of marijuana" (from bud, not smoke) and wanted to FINE $500 SMOKING FEE!!! She told us she had sent housekeeping into our room (after we had left for the day) because we had come in from outside with an odor of cannabis. They took pictures of rolling papers and a brand new unused Las Vegas souvenir pipe we bought, but she didn't find any evidence (we didn't smoke in room, so there were no roaches, no ashes, and we took any bud we might've had with us). Amy chose not to have a legal battle, dropped her fine threat, and we checked out two days early. They did not charge us for leaving early as it was mutually agreed that we should not continue to stay in the hotel. BTW, we don't drink or gamble, are in our 50s, and have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. The Carriage House is old and needs desperately to be updated, There is a noisy monorail running throughout the night behind it, the AC did not work well, and the King bedroom was exceptionally small. Low ceilings, lumpy uncomfortable beds, and showers that don't drain also should be noted. But most importantly - DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WISH TO ENJOY LEGAL CANNABIS WHILE IN LAS VEGAS!!
