Great rooms for the price; softer beds than most in Thailand. The owners are friendly and helpful, one speaks excellent English. The only downside is the weak AC, it takes around 15 mins to cool down the room. Great location, easy to walk to the center.

Top Hotel for a very good price!! Very nice and a good position in chiang mai. not too far to the middle of the city but the area is very quiet. The rooms are clean and the air con. works fine.

I love this hotel I've stayed 2 times, it's not perfect but for the price it's damn good. The showers are dangerously slippy and the pool doesn't have comfy loungers, however it's clean, quiet, fridge in room and in good condition.

Located in a small street a 10 min walk outside of the old town. Rooms are fair sized, clean and quiet. Staff is very nice, just ask if you need something, they will do there best to help.

Excellent service, quiet area. Only the bed is really hard, hurt my back.
