This hotel is very conveniently located just steps of Windsor Castle. We arrived in the early morning, and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well kept and clean. The staff was amazing from the moment we checked in until we checked outl. We dining in the restaurant both evenings and breakfast, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was a buffet and orrered a great variety of hot and cold foods.We plan on staying here again next year, and we recommend this hotel very highly.

The Castle Hotel exceeded my expectations and we had a brilliant few days in Windsor. The location is very central with the Castle opposite and Windsor Great Park at the end of the road. Shops,restaurants and the river are very close by. The room and the bathroom were spacious, well equipped and comfortable. All the public areas were very lovely and we experienced great service and attention from all the staff. The food, including the breakfast, was exceptional .

Amazing afternoon tea. The sandwiches cakes and scones were absolutely delicious! The hotel has a lovely relaxed vibe to it. The staff at this hotel really made our visit so memorable kamil was serving us and he was very informative when we asked him questions. He was also attentive he made sure we had everything we needed nothing was to much trouble. We received 5 star service today and I highly recommend this wonderful hotel! Thank you kamil for making our visit so memorable we hope to be back soon.

Very good hotel that provides excellent services in all areas. Great breakfast, very good meals, great rooms and conference facilities. And all of that at a wonderful location with 'the castle' and bus stops right at the hotel. Very satisfied, and I will definitely come back at next opportunity.

The room was comfortable, well appointed and the batch/shower was excellent but there was no ability to turn on the heating so this gets a low rating. This is a 4 star hotel!! FFS. It is a pretty basic and essential requirement. The thermostat was locked so the room is and was cold. There is choice but go to bed and to get under the duvet which was, I must say very warm. The bed was also comfortable. My second, but connected gripe: The towel rack. Again this was not functioning and was a recurring theme during our recent holiday across England. Why? One of Britain's single greatest inventions, the much maligned heated towel rack and I can't turn the bloody thing on? Why? Is the Castle Hotel struggling? Is it because the UK is poor, or can't afford the gas bill? Sort it out.

What a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The staff are all fabulous, the food in the restaurant is excellent for both dinner and breakfast the next day and there is also a lovely bar area, with lots of different types of drinks on offer. We stayed in the main hotel, which was lovely - an extremely comfortable bed and a great shower. The hotel is literally around the corner from Windsor Castle and we watched the Changing of the Guard right outside the front door, which was an added treat! We'll definitely return.

I stayed four lovely nights in the Jr suite which was right on High Street. The staff, the food and the amenities were all first rate. Best eggs Benedict that I’ve ever had in my life. I will definitely be returning.

Great hotel and a great location. We went with the Mews Suites which are like small apartments. Very nice and we'll appointed. Could do with a bit of an update which I understand is coming soon. Great staff in the bar and the Leaf restaurant.
