The Castle

We have rented in the Castle for close to a year and have been very happy with the way the building is run. After selling our home in Port Chester, we came here to rent until purchasing our condo. We will be moving to our condo in the next few weeks but would like to thank Manager Suzanne, and maintenance staff including Hector and Patrizia. They are always available and take the extra step.

Living at The Castle has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we moved in, we knew we had found something special. The amenities are top-tier and truly elevate the living experience. The gym is well-equipped and spotless, perfect for early morning or late-night workouts. The movie theatre is a hidden gem—comfortable, private, and ideal for weekend movie marathons or hosting friends for a screening. But the crown jewel has to be the rooftop lounge. Whether you're catching a sunset, enjoying a quiet coffee, or hosting a gathering, the views and ambiance are unbeatable. What truly sets The Castle apart, though, is the community and the people behind it—especially Suzanne, the building manager. She is an absolute rockstar. Warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive, Suzanne goes above and beyond to make sure every resident feels at home. Her professionalism and care bring a personal touch that you rarely find in apartment living. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and an exceptional sense of community, The Castle is it. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I've been living in Castle for many years. I highly recommend this apartment complex. It's just a 4-minute walk to the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment manager is the best I've ever met; she ensures everything runs smoothly and always responds promptly. The building is always very clean, and the maintenance team is quick to address any issues. Additionally, I love the various events our manager hosts, such as movie nights and game nights. It's a great way to build community and have fun.

I moved in 6 weeks ago and everything has been great. I chose The Castle because of Suzanne the community manager. She was friendly and welcoming from the first visit. I consider her one of my neighbors. She decorated to make the lobby festive for the holiday and had a great Halloween event for the kids here. There are many nice complexes in the area, but having someone to chat with, ask questions to, and have them reach out to see how things are going makes a new building feel cozy. I chose the Barnwell for the larger bathroom and huge walk in closet. The roof top deck was gorgeous during the early fall and the gym is not crowded and has a great selection of equipment. I have used the conference room for a Zoom call so my cat wasn't running around in the background. There is ample parking in the neighborhood. Very pleased with this lease!

I love everything about it. The staff is amazing and attentive. The gym, theater room, coffee station, computer area, meeting room and an amazing roof top deck are some of the things that sets this building apart from the rest. On-site parking, pet friendly, well maintained, beautiful building with an additional full service coffee shop in the building. Spacious apartments with central air, washer, dryer and coming soon, Dog Wash. package room, security with key access. What else do you need.

I have lived at The Castle for 1 1/2 years and have nothing bad to say at all. Staff is very accommodating and always available. Apts are very modern and efficient. Location is ideal for commuters and easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The amenities are excellent. Highly recommend to any one looking for a safe building and neighborhood. You get what you pay for.

Whomever Susan is, drove us away. We booked a tour & could not reach anyone for our tour. After calling many times, we reached someone and susan was rude from the start. She kept insisting that she contacted me and I did not respond but I checked my messages and email and I do not recieve a single message from her. Will not be looking back into this place.

Dear Leonard, Lauren and the Castle team, you guys are amazing,Tyrone and I never lived in a place where the staff genuinely treated us as family. It was a pleasure to say how wonderful our stay in the Castle apartment was, not to mention the small treats of complimentary fresh coffee everyday, holiday and "Just because " events, says a lot about how you guys valued us. It turned out to be exactly as depicted on the website, with wonderful views of the sunset and sunrise, easy commute to NYC and lots of restaurants. This is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and were very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arose . The grounds and facilities are always kept clean every day by friendly courteous Bazzuto workers Our living room was large and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the bedroom luxurious, the building well-maintained and quiet. All was spotlessly clean! My only regret is that our stay was far to short. Thank you Lauren for working with us. We will truly miss you guys. Thank you, again, The Bell's
