"With soaring arches, stained-glass windows, and details carved from stone imported from France, Bermuda's Anglican cathedral is a bit of Gothic grandeur in the heart of Hamilton. Scottish architect William Hay was responsible for the design and construction of the grand building. After two fires—one of them a case of arson—the edifice was officially consecrated in 1911. Climb the bell tower’s 155 stairs for panoramic views that stretch from the city to the Royal Naval Dockyard and the north shore."

10 Best Cultural Attractions in Bermuda | Condé Nast Traveler

"The proper name for this grand stone church is The Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity, but most people call it the Bermuda Cathedral because it’s the only one of its kind on the island. Prominently located in the City of Hamilton with a cornerstone dating to 1844, it’s the mother church of Bermuda’s Anglican diocese. It's also fully operational, with boisterous services on Sunday mornings and folks in quiet prayer throughout the week. Pay a $3 donation to climb the 155-step tower for a blissful panorama of Hamilton Harbour to the north and the colorful cottages that dot the countryside to the south." - David LaHuta

Nice church...very quiet not crowded. It seems like they take care...big and beautiful gardens around it. I'm not sure if it is open every day for the whole day but I think I was lucky to see it.

The oldest and prettiest church on the island. You can also pay $5 and take the 164 stairs up to the eagles nest roof, which has the best views in Bermuda. The steps are steep, but the view is worth every step.

The Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit in the heart of Hamilton. I didn’t climb the tower, but even just walking through the main sanctuary was a calming and memorable experience. The architecture is stunning — classic Gothic Revival with intricate stone details, tall arches, and lovely stained-glass windows that filter in soft, colorful light. It’s incredibly quiet and serene inside, offering a perfect break from the bustle of the city. Whether you’re spiritual or simply appreciate historic spaces, it’s worth a visit. A timeless landmark that adds to the charm and character of Bermuda.

Truly a hidden gem! For only $5 you get the best view in downtown Hamilton. It doesn't mention on their website this fact so go inside the church, go to the office towards the front of the church and ask to go to the top. It opens at 10am. The views are great! The architecture is unique! The church is beautiful! It is a fun journey with narrow stairs to the top, enjoy!

Absolutely beautiful, a must see for people who love visiting churches and cathedrals. There’s some beautiful architecture and wonderful stain glass windows. I suggest doing the audio tour where you can walk around to different stations. So much history here and highly recommended!!

This cathedral is beautiful and well taken care of. There is no a/c, and doors are open, but fans keep it comfortable.

The beautiful church is easy to spot in the Hamilton skyline. The church is a great stop for a look inside and to view the amazing craftsmanship of the building, stained glass and woodwork that make up this place of worship.

The cathedral was beautiful. They have an audio tour but unfortunately it didn't work for me. You can also climb the tower on weekdays.
