I tried this very nice place for a breakfast. I ordered a banana bread with butter and my partner a toast ham and cheese both perfect. all accompanied by a well made iced mocha and a pineapple juice. The smiling staff made a great impression on us. Well kept and clean place. Recommended and approved!!

Wow, this place has really lifted its game to become one of the best brekky spots in Cairns. Initially wasn’t a fan, but revisited after a long time away and was very impressed with the breakfast menu and service. The Park Regis offers breakfast through a limited but solid menu at the chambers, including fresh juice, iced drinks and great selection of sweet and savoury options. The smashed avocado is delicious - plus the bread isn’t over-toasted and hard like other places! Have been back several times and the food - quality, size and presentation - along with the service is wonderful and consistent.

The Chambers is a great place to have breakfast in the centre of Cairns. I had the pleasure of trying the cheesecake pancakes, enriched with oats, ice cream and fresh fruit. They were really delicious! The prices are average and the location is very nice, perfect to start the day in the heart of the city.

Amazing cafe in Cairns Central serving a delicious menu of coffees and breakfast/brunch. Staff was fantastic and the service was quick. Our breakfast was fresh and delicious. The cafe was well decorated and had a great atmosphere. I’d highly recommend visiting.

The food is not good here, the food is truly excellent, just beautifully done. Five of us are different meals and we were all really happy, the quality is just fine dining. My felafel salad bowl was fresh and lovely and I ate the brussel sprouts which is unheard of but they were so good. Service was great, venue lovely. Frankly if you are in or around Cairns and don't go here for lunch it's truly a loss. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

The brunch was great. Coffee was good.Staffs were super nice. The cafe was clean and nice. Good place to have a relaxing breakfast to start your day!

We stopped by The Chamber Room on our first visit to Cairns while waiting for our room before checking in. We were warmly greeted by the attentive and friendly staffs and our coffee and toast were all served shortly after ordering. We loved the decor and vibe and especially the coffee here. Highly recommend for your coffee fix while in Cairns!

A lovely brunch! I loved the menu, everything looked so good, it was hard to decide what to order. I LOVED that there was a QR code to see pictures of every item on the menu, every restaurant should do that. The food looked as beautiful as the pictures listed, as well, which pleasantly surprised me. I loved how artfully each dish is put together, with the right mix of colors, textures, and flavors. I ordered the lamb benedict, which was a special, and it was perfect -- with confit cherry tomatoes, Massaman hollandaise, and a hatchback potato, it was the perfect combo of elements, as I mentioned. The portion sizes were also great -- I was the perfect amount of full. My family ordered the smashed avocado, the healthy brekkie, and the karaage and waffles, and they all enjoyed their meals. I ordered a sweet potato and ube pancake to share for dessert, because I just couldn't help it. The flavors were super unique, and I loved the crunchy honeycomb and popcorn touches, as well. It was one of the prettiest brunches I've ever had. The waitresses were super kind as well, and the space is nice and airy, with an outdoor seating option also. A very pleasant last brunch in Cairns!

This place is pretty good but I was expecting better from other reviews and photos online ‍. I guess the competition isn't huge in Cairns because it was definitely the nicest place I found online. No Oysters on the menu though :( Brekkie was fine. Zucchini fritters were nice, unpleasantly sweet tomato chutney that I avoided, great soft (goats?) cheese. Risk it for the brisket was not awe inspiring.

Very friendly staff, decor and atmosphere. Great coffee too, which is rare for Cairns in my opinion. They forgot the avocado in one of the salads but took it back, gave extra avocado in the new one and took the price of the salad off the bill. I would definitely recommend.
