Your first stop for breakfast in the CBD, get a savoury and a sweet to share. The cold brew is particularly good

We had breakfast here and it was delicious! The service was great and the food was fantastic. I had a side of scrambled eggs with cheese and some truffle fries. They were so yummy! My husband got the Local’s Way with a house-made rosti. His favorite was definitely the rosti. I also got some freshly squeezed apple juice. It was so good! Would eat here again!

Beautiful food. I had the special which was a pork schnitzel twist on green eggs and ham. Amazing. My partner had the standard eggs benny with salmon which was also good without being fantastic. The coffee was very good. A little bitter for me but still very good quality. Only complaints are I like it when they provide sparkling water with my espresso and it was pretty hot inside. They have air conditioning it just wasn’t on.

Definitely made my day with the beautiful latte art. Coffee tasted great too. Ordered smashed avo and add on scrambled egg. A little bit too much. But a thumbs up for the scramble egg. Love the way how they cooked it 💯 Nice and chill environment 👌🏻 Definitely will come back again! *The 03 ladies (waitresses) were all very smiley and welcoming 👍🏻👍🏻

Everything was wonderful. The staff were efficient and friendly. The food was delicious and very nicely presented. I highly recommend the brunch, particularly the Smashed Avocado. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her Eggs Bendict.

A reliable spot for brunch in Cairns. The staff are truly professional and kind. Delicious coffee and really good food. The prices are quite high, but since everything is perfect, it’s well worth it. Fast service, even on a Sunday morning.

We absolutely loved Chambers for the genuine warmth it radiates—both from the space and the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the whole place had a welcoming, feel-good vibe. The food? Spot on. Delicious, generous, and comforting. Easily one of our favourite spots in Cairns.

We had a great experience at The Chambers in Cairns. The place has a lovely rustic feel, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It’s also really clean, including the bathrooms, which is always a plus. The service was great—friendly and attentive staff who made sure we were looked after. For food, we had the beef burger and the poached eggs with haloumi and sourdough. Everything was cooked well and tasted great. We also had a hot chocolate and a flat white coffee—both were enjoyable. The café has plenty of space with both indoor and outdoor seating, which is great for different weather and preferences. It was quite busy when we visited, so it’s clearly a popular spot. The only downside was that the whole meal was on the pricey side, but that’s pretty standard for Cairns, especially in tourist areas. Overall, though, it was a really nice spot to eat, and I’d definitely come back for the quality food and great atmosphere.

With a coastal cafe feel including high ceilings and nice hanging plants The Chambers is a relaxing place to have breakfast on a sunny day. The service was fast and fresh. We found the value to be a good balance between cost and serving size. Note: the bowl of chips could easily be shared by 3-4 people. I had the breakfast burger which uses a well seasoned pork mince patty which is meaty but also a lighter choice for breakfast. The bacon and egg was immaculate. Interestingly they butter the top of the bun which makes it hard to hold but adds more flavour plus the buns are fresh bland soft. Toilets are upstairs so if you have trouble with climbing longish staircases, keep that in mind. All up we enjoyed our breakfast and the staff were lovely.

Yelp
A lovely brunch! I loved the menu, everything looked so good, it was hard to decide what to order. I LOVED that there was a QR code to see pictures of every item on the menu, every restaurant should do that. The food looked as beautiful as the pictures listed, as well, which pleasantly surprised me. I loved how artfully each dish is put together, with the right mix of colors, textures, and flavors. I ordered the lamb benedict, which was a special, and it was perfect -- with confit cherry tomatoes, Massaman hollandaise, and a hatchback potato, it was the perfect combo of elements, as I mentioned. The portion sizes were also great -- I was the perfect amount of full. My family ordered the smashed avocado, the healthy brekkie, and the karaage and waffles, and they all enjoyed their meals. I ordered a sweet potato and ube pancake to share for dessert, because I just couldn't help it. The flavors were super unique, and I loved the crunchy honeycomb and popcorn touches, as well. It was one of the prettiest brunches I've ever had. The waitresses were super kind as well, and the space is nice and airy, with an outdoor seating option also. A very pleasant last brunch in Cairns!

Yelp
This place is pretty good but I was expecting better from other reviews and photos online ‍. I guess the competition isn't huge in Cairns because it was definitely the nicest place I found online. No Oysters on the menu though :( Brekkie was fine. Zucchini fritters were nice, unpleasantly sweet tomato chutney that I avoided, great soft (goats?) cheese. Risk it for the brisket was not awe inspiring.

Yelp
Very friendly staff, decor and atmosphere. Great coffee too, which is rare for Cairns in my opinion. They forgot the avocado in one of the salads but took it back, gave extra avocado in the new one and took the price of the salad off the bill. I would definitely recommend.
