The Chambers - Hotel & Serviced Apartments

After an exceptional one-night stay at The Chambers in December, we were eager to return for a longer visit over Valentine’s weekend. We booked our room and parking well in advance, confident that everything was arranged. However, when we called to confirm some minor details the day before our arrival, we were unexpectedly informed that our parking reservation had not been secured. This was a major inconvenience, as we had planned our trip with the understanding that parking was already taken care of. Despite this oversight, the hotel staff—especially Charlie—went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Recognizing the inconvenience, Charlie swiftly took action to ensure we had a safe and convenient parking spot for both nights of our stay. Not only did charlie find a suitable alternative, but also made sure we were compensated for the mistake, demonstrating a truly high level of customer service. While the mix-up was frustrating, the way it was handled reinforced why we chose to return to The Chambers. The professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were outstanding, and we now look forward to our stay even more. Very classy service and we’ll recommend

Loved it, lovely reception and honesty bar area. Very nice courtyard, but we couldn't use it due to the weather. Rooms are clean, warm and well equipped. Cereal and milk in room for breakfast, fresh bread and fresh eggs available free at the honesty bar. Other items available to buy. Cracking location, 5/10 minute walk to train station Staff very helpful, polite and professional. Would I go again, I certainly will. Well done, Christine and team.

It's absolutely perfect. Great location, beautifully presented, friendly helpful staff at a good price. What's not to love. |We had a lovely night at The Chambers. The room themselves offer everything you need and are well executed. The honesty bar is excellent and a service we used. The reception area is beautifully maintained and decorated for Christmas. |We will definitely return and recommend.

Lovely warm welcome from the reception team, the underground parking is a real asset and for £20 its value for money. Our apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It’s our first time staying in an apartment rather than a hotel and we really enjoyed the experience. 10 minutes from the main shops and bars so perfect location. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

What a great stay at the Chambers. Had a lovely warm reception on arrival. The apartment was lovely, it had everything you needed for a great stay. The bed was really comfy and everywhere very clean. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Leeds. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

we stayed here this weekend and had a brilliant stay, the apartment was spotlessly clean, beds were comfy and within easy reach of the city centre. there was even milk and bread provided which was a lovely touch. check in was easy and communication was excellent. would definitely stay again

First time staying here, staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating (not that we needed much) we stayed on the fifth floor and it offered quite a nice view of buildings near by. Located fairly central and most things are a very short walk away. Honesty bar was a fantastic touch.

After staying at the chambers for 1 night in December, we decided to book it again for a longer stay for valentines weekend as the experience was exceptional and we couldn’t wait to come back. We booked our room and parking well in advance however when it came to checking minor details the day before we were due to arrive we were told that our parking had not been reserved and therefore would have to park somewhere else for one of the nights. This was a huge inconvenience as we believed it was already organised but must have been overlooked, the hotel staff, specifically Charlie was fantastic in ensuring we were compensated for this inconvenience and ensured we would have somewhere safe r o park for the 2 nights stay. The level of customer service in resolving this problem has been fantastic and we look forward to our stay at the chambers.

We've stayed at The Chambers twice now and it's a delightful stay compared to the other, noisy hotels in Leeds. It's a 5 min. walk from the train station. In fact, it was such a short walk that we almost walked by it! But the best part of the location is that it's just a couple streets away from the action in the city's center so it's super fast to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. We are light sleepers and always have jet lag when we visit Leeds so we search for THE QUIETEST accommodation we can find. We've tried several other hotels (multiple stays at each) and nothing compares to how quiet it is at The Chambers. It's so peaceful at night that you can sleep with the windows open. The rooms are comfy apartment-like units with fully equipped kitchens, large living rooms and separate bedrooms. Loads of closet space and plenty of storage for your stay. Shower is heavenly! They have a small workout room that covers most basic cardio and weight training needs. Nothing fancy but equipment was new and clean. If you want city convenience, roomy comfort with a GOOD night's sleep....this is it!
