The experience was exceptional. From the welcome to departure, the whole staff was attentive, accommodating and warm. Huge thanks to Sayali, Roka, Shokry and Mi who were always on hand at the restaurant and made us feel right at home. I’m sorry to have missed anyone out, because everyone was just amazing. ||The rooms were impeccable - an oasis away from the buzz of Dubai, and the treatment at the spa was incredible. We availed the 60 min Balinese massages with body scrub and express facial, then used the facilities. Highly recommended. Ari and the team were fantastic.||We’ll be back.

Our family from Moscow stayed at The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah, and this hotel truly exceeded all our expectations. From the very first moment, we felt that this place is something special — not just a hotel, but a calm, elegant sanctuary where every detail is thoughtfully designed.|The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and refined. The beautifully restored heritage buildings create a unique sense of history combined with modern comfort. Despite being in the heart of Sharjah, the hotel feels quiet, private, and perfectly suited for a relaxing family stay.|The food deserves special praise. The restaurant offers outstanding cuisine — fresh, beautifully presented, and genuinely delicious. Every meal felt like a small culinary experience, and even our 10-year-old child enjoyed the dishes, which says a lot. Breakfasts were especially memorable: high quality, great variety, and excellent service.|The swimming pool is simply wonderful. Clean, spacious, and very relaxing, it was a favorite spot for our whole family. The atmosphere around the pool is calm and well organized, making it perfect both for swimming and unwinding after a day out.|We would like to give special thanks to Sam, who works in the spa and pool area. Sam is an outstanding staff member — attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. His warm attitude, constant readiness to help, and attention to small details made our time at the pool and spa truly exceptional. Employees like Sam are a real asset to the hotel and make guests want to return.|The overall service level is excellent. The staff is polite, friendly, and very respectful, especially toward families with children. Rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile.|In summary, The Chedi Al Bait is a perfect choice for families looking for comfort, tranquility, outstanding cuisine, and truly personalized service. This is one of those rare hotels that leaves only warm memories and a strong desire to come back. We highly recommend it and would gladly return in the future.

Lovely, great location for all the local sights. Pool good although slightiy small. Great gym with male/female timesm Wonderful staff. A few well looked after cats who sit around outside and are v friendly so perhaps not a place if you hate cats but they dont enter any of the main areas. Does not feel busy as lots of places to sit/enjoy. Good value. Felt like I was at a spa.

I stayed at The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah, and it’s such a beautiful little resort, full of history and charm. It truly feels like you’re staying in a traditional local home rather than a hotel, which makes it so special. The whole property is stunning and so peaceful. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety of choices, but my absolute favourite part was the spa. All the spa staff were amazing, and a special shout-out to my therapist, Ariya, who gave me the best massage ever! I honestly can’t wait to go back just for that experience again (the ginger tea was amazing) A truly charming and relaxing stay — highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is incredibly quaint and beautiful, with a charming, old-world vibe that made every moment feel special. What truly blew me away was the restaurant—the food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was flavorful and cooked to perfection. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff were so friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I can’t wait to come back!

I love this hotel! The rooms are amazing—beautifully decorated and well insulated, so you’re never bothered by noise. The café is lovely, and the Asian restaurant is absolutely delicious. Breakfast offers a fantastic variety to choose from, and everything tastes great. The pool is small but very cozy. This isn’t our first stay here, and we’ll definitely be back 😀

This place is very magical, enriched with culture and heritage. I selected it for my private event and a night’s stay. The events team specifically Ms. Widad was very supportive, patient and cooperative and has provided me with the best rate. I would definitely want to return for another beautiful experience.

The location of the hotel is great next to shopping area. The atmosphere in the hotel is very chill and relaxed specially at night, the cold weather and the dim lighting makes it feel like we are walking through an old neighborhood from the past. The food was amazing, there was a lot of variety in the food, specially the servers where very friendly and professional, they made the meal a lot more enjoyable, specially a girl called MI and Shokry. The rooms were clean and fancy, the staff did an amazing job preparing the honeymoon surprise for us which made our stay so much better. If I had any suggestions it’s that the cabinet area is small, it doesn’t fit two big bags. And the hanger area is small as well. For the bathrooms there is no labels for hot and cold so the shower water was really hot most of the time. Other than that the stay was really amazing and I would definitely come again.
