We came for iftar at The Chedi and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized and beautifully prepared. A special thank you to Hanas and all the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, hardworking, attentive, and fast. Their warm hospitality truly made our evening even more special. The food was delicious, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged from start to finish. Everything was simply excellent. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back!

We had the pleasure of visiting The Chedi Katara as part of our company Iftar hosting, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The ambience was elegant and serene, the décor was stunning, and the overall atmosphere made the evening very special. The service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely amazing with all cuisines presented at a very high standard and full of flavor. A special appreciation to Staff Pruti, who was extremely helpful, kind, and sweet throughout the evening. She attended to all our requests with great professionalism and a warm smile, which made our experience even more memorable. It was truly worth it, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

We went to La Marsa for Iftar to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a special occasion. The Iftar spread offered was great. A special thank you to our waiters Johan, Putri, and Lucy, who made the evening even more enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, especially Johan. Their warm service and positive energy truly added a personal touch to Brenda’s birthday celebration. Overall, it was a wonderful place to celebrate, and we left very happy (and very full!). We’ll definitely be back 😊

We stayed at The Chedi Katara earlier this month and it was truly an exceptional experience. The property is stunning, peaceful and beautifully maintained — perfect for a relaxing family stay. A special thank you to King for his kindness, constant smile and the beautiful way he treated our child. His warmth truly made our stay even more memorable. Many thanks as well to Hiba at reception for her welcoming service and to Chef Sayed for his attentiveness and thoughtful service. A true five-star experience. We look forward to returning!

I had a wonderful experience with the gluten-free buffet arranged by the In-Room Dining and kitchen team at The Chedi Katara Resort. This was their first gluten-free buffet, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The variety of dishes, the presentation, and especially the taste were outstanding. My guests were extremely happy and impressed, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention went into every detail. A special thank you to the entire culinary and service team for their professionalism and effort. I would highly recommend this experience and would gladly order it again if available. Fantastic stay at the Chedi, definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Rooms: Stayed for 2 nights in Jan 2026. We booked a Deluxe Double room but were fortunate enough to be given an upgrade. The room was excellent, high quality products, spacious, luxurious bathroom including a free-standing tub. Food: Dinner at La Marsa (the floating restaurant) was good, with a great view of the hotel. The breakfast was great with loads of different options. Amenities: The main pool is huge and was heated to a comfortable temperature. There is a second pool but didn't use this. The seawater is very cold at this time of year so the beach was pretty deserted. The gym was well equipped and the changing rooms were excellent. Location: About a half an hour drive from Hamad Internation Airport. Easy to get Ubers to/from, and not too far away from some great malls. Staff: Everyone here was very helpful and friendly, could store luggage until our evening flight and use the facilities around the hotel even after checking out our room (which they were able to extend a little later too). Overall, an excellent choice of hotel to stay at in Doha.

I am delighted to share my wonderful experience at The Chedi Katara Hotel & Resort. If you are looking to feel like a resident of a palace with impeccable service, this is the place for you. The hotel exceeded our expectations: superbly professional staff, spacious and exceptionally cozy rooms, with housekeeping attending to details multiple times a day. While the grounds are not vast, they are thoughtfully designed for the comfort of both adults and children. The dining was outstanding, offering delicious and varied cuisine. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional team, from the lifeguards to the top management. Our conviction in their professionalism was solidified during a minor incident when my mother sprained her ankle on the beach. The entire staff acted with remarkable efficiency and coordination: they provided first aid, called an ambulance, and arranged a seamless transfer back from the hospital. A special personal thank you to Manager Mr. Wael for his oversight and support. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Kristina and Chaima at the Reception, who were always accessible and helpful with every request. I must also mention Sarah, whose radiant smile every morning during breakfast set a positive tone for the entire day. My apologies to anyone I may have missed naming personally. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for not leaving us alone in a difficult moment in a foreign country and for ensuring our stay in Qatar left us with nothing but positive and cherished memories. We are certain we will return.
