We had a wonderful stay at The Chedi Katara. After our trip to South Korea, we arrived in Doha very early in the morning and were quite tired. From the moment we arrived, the staff took great care of us. Although it was still early for check-in, we were warmly welcomed and allowed to use the facilities right away, something we truly appreciated.||A heartfelt thank you to the gentleman at the bar, the lovely ladies at reception, the helpful bellboys, the kind restaurant staff, especially the man who makes the best French toast and the young man who prepares the best cappuccino! The lovely lady at the pool, and the gentlemen/lifeguards by the pool area. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to talk to.||The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with incredibly comfortable beds. And the food… absolutely delicious!||Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely return!

We stayed at The Chedi Katara for three nights on our way back from Tanzania as part of our honeymoon. Our stay was exceptional! We arrived very early in the morning and were warmly welcomed and fortunate enough to be offered an early check-in. To our delight, we were also upgraded to a stunning room, beautifully decorated as a surprise for our honeymoon.||The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the architecture and the artwork, but what truly sets The Chedi apart is its outstanding staff. Their warmth and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Each morning at breakfast, Koyel always greeted us by name with a smile, instantly making us feel at home. Moncef and Mark ensured we felt completely looked after. Yacine and Tareeq were exceptional waiters, offering amazing service throughout our stay. . Chef Saeed prepared the most delicious manakeesh and greeted us each time with genuine happiness.||The pool and beach areas were clean and relaxing, with bottles of cold water offered the moment we arrived. We visited the spa, where Eva provided my wife and I with a sound healing session that left us both feeling incredibly relaxed. I highly recommend booking a treatment with her if you're visiting.||We enjoyed our stay so much that I’ve already convinced my parents to book a trip at the end of the month. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to The Chedi Katara for another memorable stay in the future.

A Magical Romantic Stay at The Chedi Katara We had a wonderful summer stay at The Chedi as a couple for a week. Our room offers a stunning sea view, with thoughtful layouts that place the bed perfectly to overlook both the beach and the infinity pool. It’s a truly romantic sight to wake up to. Swimming in the infinity pool felt magical, followed by relaxing on the cushioned benches nearby. The pool is well-staffed with attentive lifeguards and waiters, making the experience safe. Room service are prompt. The warm hospitality extended throughout the hotel, especially at The Restaurant. A heartfelt thank you to Koyel, Munna, Anas, Tarek, Marvin, Mark, Nimksh, Said, and Yacine (and many other staffs) for their friendly service. Overall, the hotel staffs made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended for couples seeking a romantic and relaxing getaway.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Hakima in guest relations. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Her genuine warmth made me feel truly valued as a guest. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering thoughtful recommendations and handling every request promptly and kindly.||Hakima’s attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service really stood out. She is a true asset to the team and made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

I stayed at The Chedi Qatar with my friends at the end of June, and I can confidently say it was one of the most seamless and luxurious experiences we’ve had in the country.||Before booking, I had mentioned that I often go through disappointing experiences at other resorts, and I was really hoping this time would be different — especially because the kids were excited to swim right away. And honestly, they exceeded expectations. Check-in took less than five minutes. We were handed the room cards quickly, and a kind staff member personally escorted us upstairs, introduced us to the suite and connecting room, and explained everything we needed to know.||The entire stay felt like we were their only guests — that’s how attentive and thoughtful the service was. Even when we requested assistance with the TV, an engineer showed up in under five minutes. And when we ordered McDonald’s late at night, they didn’t just leave it at the reception like most 5-star hotels in Qatar — they personally brought it to us, no delays, no hassle.||Special thanks to Lali from reservations, two Arabic-speaking staff members, and a kind gentleman from the Indian team who delivered the food — all of whom made us feel right at home.||Yes, we paid a lot — booking the largest suite, a connecting room, and a third additional room — but the service was instant and the entire experience was truly worth it. I was hoping to try the villa, but it was fully booked. Next time for sure — I’ll definitely be returning.||Now let’s talk about the spa: my friend and I had a massage session from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM, and it was easily one of the best massages we’ve ever had. We fell asleep the moment we got back to the room. The fact that they offer such flexible timings is amazing. Unlike other places that are strict and rigid, The Chedi flows with you and prioritizes your mental comfort and relaxation.||Breakfast the next morning was delightful. The omelette was perfect, the croissants were fresh from the oven, the jams were delicious, and the coffee — cappuccino and americano — was top quality. Even the in-room Nespresso was stocked with premium capsules.||Every single detail was handled with care. I had asked for coloring books for the kids, and sure enough, they were there waiting.||Thank you to everyone at The Chedi Qatar — thank you for every thoughtful touch, every detail, and for creating memories we won’t forget. I will be back.
