An absolutely outstanding experience, and a masterclass in what true five-star hospitality really means. Our stay at The Chedi has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment, everything has been flawless: the atmosphere, the service, the attention to detail, and the effortless elegance that permeates every corner of the hotel. This is luxury done properly—quiet, refined, and never forced. The kind of five-star standard that has sadly become rare nowadays. What truly sets The Chedi apart, however, is the human side of hospitality. During our stay, we faced an unexpected and urgent health-related situation that required part of our group to leave earlier than planned. The way the hotel management and reservations team handled this was exemplary: understanding, gracious, and genuinely caring. Without hesitation, they offered a thoughtful and fair solution that went far beyond what one could reasonably expect. This level of empathy, flexibility, and class is what builds real loyalty. Highly, highly recommended. This is hospitality at its finest.

A Destination That Keeps Drawing You Back While we didn't stay at The Chedi Lustica Bay this time, we thoroughly enjoyed everything the Lustica Bay development has to offer. The setting is absolutely stunning – a perfect blend of Mediterranean beauty and world-class hospitality infrastructure. A particular highlight was experiencing Transcendental Meditation in the magical Christmas dome right in front of The Chedi Lustica Bay. There's something truly special about meditating in such a serene and beautifully curated environment, with the Adriatic as your backdrop. The attention to detail throughout the entire Lustica Bay complex speaks volumes about the vision behind this project. We're excited to see how the development continues to evolve under the Orascom group and look forward to returning – perhaps next time as guests of The Chedi itself. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a premium wellness and lifestyle destination in Montenegro.

Amazing and beautiful hotel. Location is very poor. In the middle of nowhere and lacks any culture. It does not make you feel you are in beautiful Montenegro. Access to other areas of the island is by car/taxi only. Extortionate pricing in the restaurants and beach bar. The food was very average for the cost with no choice or variety. It feels almost like a retirement village. No stimulation or evening entertainment . Would not choose to visit again. This hotel and location is more fitting to a corporate business event rather than a holiday. We actually got charged in one restaurant for the bread which we did not ask for just to be told they give this to every guest and it covers the cost of the washing up???? Would not recommend this place if you want culture or variety as very limited.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at this hotel in September! The place is spotless and modern – yes, it’s on the pricey side, similar to Andermatt, but honestly worth every cent. Our room was super chic, with a beautiful view of the yachts right outside. The food was fantastic, mostly international, though we wouldn’t mind a bit more of the local touch – maybe some Ćevapi, Sarma, or Teleći Sač on the menu. The only downside was the super delicious pastry desserts, which are a real threat to the waistline. 🙈 The staff were amazing – always friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. A huge thank you to everyone, especially Sanja and Andrea at the reception, Vladimir our driver, Bogdan from The Spot restaurant, and many others who made our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back – hopefully already next year! “Hvala puno i doviđenja!” 🤗
