Thought I would leave my comfort zone and try something a little more upbeat. We got right in and was seated immediately, was not too busy. Got our order in and bread to the table. The bread we got seemed to be 2 day old bread, was extremely dry and tough. Np, lots of butter and jam and hunger overtook the chipped tooth I almost got. The server was really nice and quick on refilling drinks and asking if everything was ok. Got a omelot with sour dough toast. The food was bland, and the toast was super duper hard as glass. Could not even cut it, I think it was week old dry bread, I have never seen such hard dry bread this bad. The food was really expensive for what we got. Doubt I'll be going back, food was a disappointment. The atmosphere was excellent, just love the whole experience, But, serving bread that has be be cut with a chainsaw left me wth disappointment and regret leaving the restaurant.

We had a fantastic Father’s Day experience at The Cheesecake Factory last Sunday. Despite being quoted a 10–15 minute wait for a table of three, we were seated in under five minutes—impressive for a holiday crowd! Even better, they honored our request to be in a semi-private area to better accommodate our special needs kid, which made a big difference. Our server was prompt, friendly, and super knowledgeable when we asked for menu recommendations. We started with the poke nachos and the egg roll sampler. The poke nachos were the highlight for me—crispy wonton chips piled with fresh, vibrant tuna, creamy avocado, and a perfectly balanced sauce that was both bright and flavorful. The egg rolls were hot, crisp, and each variety offered something unique—definitely a crowd-pleaser. The warm, soft bread served with creamy butter (as always!) was hard to resist, and honestly, between that and the appetizers, we were nearly full before our entrees even hit the table. Unfortunately, we had to leave quickly due to an unexpected issue, but our server was incredibly understanding, quickly boxing up our meals with care. We didn’t leave without dessert though—grabbed two slices of cheesecake to go: the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and the Carrot Cake Cheesecake. Both were fresh, rich, and insanely good. The carrot cake layers were moist and spiced just right, while the Reese’s slice was decadent, with the perfect mix of chocolate and peanut butter. I wish I had remembered to snap pics of our main dishes, but I did get a couple of shots of the appetizers before things got hectic. This restaurant continues to be one of my go-to places—I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like, and the service is consistently great. I’ll always come back.

This was our third time at this particular Cheesecake Factory, and all 3 experiences have been great. Food has always been great and our servers have been stellar. Our server tonight was especially amazing. I do not remember her name, but I think it started with a “K”. She was a younger Asian woman. She noticed our 10-month old daughter was a little fussy, so she brought our baby this cute plate of bread and bananas arranged to look like an insect. Our daughter immediately started scarfing down the bread and bananas until almost nothing was left. She was quiet the rest of the meal. We really appreciated our server going above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience! As a side note, our orange chicken was lacking a little sauce, so we told our server and she brought us some extra sauce.

UPDATED: Had a pretty good time at the Cheesecake Factory. When walking around it definitely looked like the employees were faking their smiles. Service was fairly slow and the place was really busy for a Thursday night. The food was pretty good but expensive. Our waiter was kind and patient. Overall the experience was above average, but definitely not the best. Update, I received food poisoning from the pizza. 2 stars.

Our party was promptly seated at 5:45 PM on Sunday. Upon the server's initial approach, she was unable to provide pricing for beverages. After clarifying that a Coca-Cola was priced at $5, we placed our order. While the food service was timely, the quality of the dishes was unsatisfactory. The chicken was excessively oily and lacked the expected sweet and spicy flavor profile. Consequently, I consumed only the white rice and still provided gratuity. The overall experience, including a $70 bill and leaving the establishment still feeling hungry, was disappointing, and I do not plan to return, even for the cheesecake.

This is a fun place to go to with friends for birthdays or after a fun filled fay of shopping. I crave the bread and DoorDash from here often as well! The sourdough is so good. I love that they have options to do large or smaller portions as well as healthier choices. The menu does offer a lot and can be overwhelming but the servers are always helpful to answer questions and help you narrow it down. Having options is great for people who have different food opinions.

The fact that everyone around us got there after we did but got there food 20 min before we did was such a disappointment! The food tasted good but one plate was not very warm but the other was hot ! A bit disappointed the seating is a weird set up your basically sitting with everybody else like a lunch room .

Always a solid choice for food and cheesecake. The Cheesecake Factory is a crowd-pleasing spot known for its massive menu, generous portions, and (of course) a legendary lineup of cheesecakes. The ambiance leans upscale casual, with warm lighting and a grand, almost theatrical interior that makes it feel like an event—even if you’re just grabbing lunch.

We came into Cheesecake Factory on a Friday night and it was amazing. Tara was our server. She was so personable, knew the menu and very attentive. The food and service was a 10/10. Definitely recommend coming here!!

We called ahead to make sure they had a dedicated gluten free area for pastas and they said yes! So we arrived and sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive and sweet. We got our drinks and water right away.... That is where the positive part of my review ends. We ordered the four cheese GLUTEN FREE pasta and a regular penne pasta and the food came within ten minutes. I started to eat my pasta and noticed I had a shell pasta noodle and a fettuccine Alfredo noodles which are NOT gluten free and can cause me severe illness! I got a manager who apologized and said they would remake my meal.... 25 minutes later I was still waiting while my date had finished his meal and the bread and both his drinks.... I had to get mine to go which meant I didn't get to eat my $25 pasta while it was fresh and warm.... I was pissed and this will be our first and last time trying this restaurant. Also parking is a joke! It's a zoo, chaos inside and no place to stand or sit. Not satisfied at all with this experience and this was a Monday night at 5pm! There are far less expensive pasta joints that don't cross contaminate in the area.... See pic!

My daughter and I went in for lunch. We ordered fried calamari, Louisiana chicken pasta and Cajun jambalaya pasta, the linguine they use is not the same and it was really greasy. The server totally forgot the our appetizer and blamed it on the cooks that we didn't get it. She didn't come check on us til the end or else we would've asked for it. She just said she'll take it off the check. My daughter is to give birth in 2 weeks and that's what she was craving. Very disappointed!

It is always a good experience at The Cheesecake Factory. It always takes a few minutes to decide what I'm really in the mood for. The menu is a literal book. Several pages. But the food is good. I had the blackened salmon this Valentine's Day. It was good, the salmon was cooked perfectly and was moist. Of course, their mashed potatoes are always a hit. My wife had a gigantic Thai salad that she enjoyed. All portions here are large. My server was attentive and friendly. The decor of Cheesecake Factory's are intriguing, sort of this Egyptian style of thing. But the tables and booths are comfortable. Busy, busy night. We got on the waitlist and it was already an hour and 20 minute wait. We missed our text that our table was ready. (Pro tip: Ask them what the phone number will be and put it in your contacts.) Ironically, I find their cheesecakes to be only so-so. I don't know. Oh well. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

We came here recently for an engagement party with a large group. I was very impressed with the quickness of the service and how accommodating the staff was considering that our table was booked rather at the last minute. As always, the food was delicious. I've especially been on a corn cake appetizer kick lately--highly recommend! The cakes are a compelling mix of fresh and savory flavors, and--I believe--vegetarian.

I'm always so impressed with this place. They have a pretty extensive menu and I never had something I haven't liked. You can never go wrong with the Louisiana chicken pasta. I've never had any issues finding parking and the servers are always very nice.

Honestly, I am still kinda a fan of the Cheesecake Factory. I know people are hating on it lately but I really enjoy it for what it is! It gets the job done for the expectations I have of The Cheesecake Factory. As long as I have my delicious Dr. Pepper in a tall glass with a black straw, my white and wheat bread with butter, and a yummy cheesecake slice to end the night, I am a happy woman. Service is pretty good despite this place always being busy. There is always a wait so this place still seems to bring in some traction!

Got a table pretty quickly despite how crowded it was at 12 on a Tuesday. Waitress was very nice. My kids and I ordered and the food took awhile, which makes sense. When my pasta was handed to me I said "this is gluten free, right?" And the person said no it's not, I don't know what happened." So my kids had food and I didn't which is fine, at least I didn't eat gluten. Then my waitress came out and apologized and said it was in her notes and everything. She said if you ever order gf pasta at Cheesecake Factory and it's not rotini, it's not gf. She gave me a free salad to eat while I waited for my food which was really nice. Since I got to see both, I have to say the gf order is significantly less food. Which I understand, but it would be cool if they had calorie info that reflected this. The "farfalle with chicken and roasted garlic" was fine. Didn't rock my world. So I was a little bummed I'd paid so much for it. My kids LOVED their fried macaroni and cheese and double smash burger though! (They split each thing in half.)

Do not sleep on the key lime cheesecake. It is phenomenal and one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. Cheesecake Factory has been a family go-to option when everyone is craving different things and types of cuisines! There is something here for everyone. Impressed by the flat board pepperoni! I didn't have high expectations for it to be honest because I've found flatbreads to be generally too dry. This one surprised me. The crust had a fantastic chewyness and nice crunch to it! My kiddo inhaled it! Cajun pasta is a hearty comfort food option, the chicken was fantastic. I've never had a bad service experience at Cheesecake Factory to be honest! The staff here seem genuinely happy ^_^.

We really enjoy Cheesecake Factory and their wide selection of foods, but this time we stopped in just to have dessert! The Apple Crisp was very good! It is served warm with ice cream and is big enough to share - we didn't - but just saying you could!

We found a bug in our food; we tried to be nice and quiet about it. One of the managers was so rude! and said its "produce that happens" umm no it doesn't just happen she didn't say sorry she was more annoyed we brought it to their attention than anything. She was blonde working the morning shift on 8/9/25 at 11am. I will only go to the cheesecake downtown they at least are nicer.

The cheesecake is never disappointing! I prefer the red velvet because it's bigger and my inner fat girl always wants a lot!! It is very delicious as well. I also like the lemon meringue. The service was horrible, we went to the take out and it took over 10 min just to get someone to the register.

Ooof. I think the Cheesecake Factory has officially gone downhill. The last few times I have dined here, I feel like the quality just isn't there. It seems to be a quantity over quality sort of menu. On this particular visit, the service was very poor. The front desk staff made check-in more awkward than it needed to be and our server was overly chatty and unhelpful. We asked for brunch recommendations and he couldn't give us one... It's a shame to think this ole American classic is no longer a reliable dining option. But who knows, maybe we walked away unsatisfied because we didn't order any cheesecake. (Haha)

Very good yummy food! Great service. Beautiful building. Highly recommended! Love the decor! Love the freshness of food.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon & did the reservation with the Cheesecake rewards . We were able to get right in. Our server was nice & attentive. The bread was hot & fresh . We ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta - the lunch portion. This came out fast & was hot & delicious . Very good . We also ordered the Crab wontons . These were hot & crispy full of crab meat . We ordered the Classic Basque cheesecake this had fresh berries over the top . Very delicious ! We also ordered the Very cherry Ghirardelli chocolate cheesecake this was amazing . We loved our visit here we will be back .

I feel that it was hard to make a reservation for the 14 people in our group. So we tried calling & they said we couldn't make one with them. We'd have to go online. So we did. The only problem was that you can only make a reservation for no more than 6. So we called back, they said you can just get here an hour before you want to be seated to put your name in. So we drove down & found out that we'd still have to wait an hour to be seated. But we ended up waiting an hour and a half. When we finally got seated, we also had to wait another hour for our food. Very unprofessional! On top of all that, they served my food with butter when I specifically told them I can't have dairy. It makes me very nervous to know they don't take allergies into account. I mean what if I had actually eaten it.

The low ratings shock me. We went there for a special occasion and I loved the entire experience. We had corn ribs, chicken enchiladas for appetisers and they blew my mind. The main course had chicken gravy and rice and the flavour was so good. The drinks were great too. And the best part!! The dessertttt. We ordered Godiva cheese cake and it was heaven in mouth. The long crowds and time taking serving are the only drawbacks to this place.

We ordered delivery and the sharing the chicken Parmesan pizza style dish was amazing! My partner and I ate a bunch and have leftovers for tomorrow! The service, although not with The Cheesecake Factory was fast and food was hot. We did add the spinach - it needed some veg. We also got the celebration cake and coconut cheesecake- but I can't talk about them yet because we are so full!

Went on a Tues night - wasn't a long wait. Finally! We were able to order the Tamale Cakes after our third attempt! We love them so much, but we're 86'd when we went a couple weeks ago. Best thing on the menu that I've tried so far! We really only go to Cheesecake Factory just for this! Ordered the (Skinnylicious) Lemon Garlic Shrimp pasta. It was okay, little bland. I had to put a dash of salt and was heavy on the pepper. Also ordered the Miso Salmon. My partner liked it but me, not so much. The rice was a little hard/al dente so it either wasn't cooked all the way or was old. The salmon was cook perfectly. Took two slices of cheesecake to go. Haven't tried them yet but got the Key Lime and Fresh Strawberry cheesecake. Fresh Strawberry comes with a strawberry sauce - I personally don't like those on my cheesecake so for anyone like me, heads up! ACCESSIBILITY: - Doors are HEAVY! - Getting to Bathroom is wheelchair accessible, but didn't note how spacious it was to get to the larger stall.

Check your water cup. Nasty paper or foreign object inside the water cup. Too bad I didn't notice it until a few swigs. Lost appetite and disgusted. The Cheesecake Factory and solution: apology and a slice of cheesecake. I think I was more mentally and emotionally traumatized from the gross level here. (Emotional Damage) I love The Cheesecake Factory and on this visit not so much. Had the Cajun Pasta Jambalaya and linguini pasta was way over cooked. Almost mushy. Flavors were good. Love the Cajun butter and seafood flavors. Didn't get to enjoy our Chinese Chicken Salad as the nasty water cup ruined my appetite. The server did apologize for the mistake which is good. Manager came by as well. Unfortunately I didn't think a slice of $8 cheesecake made me feel any better. Will have to double check all cups and utensils from Cheesecake moving forward. On a positive, kiddos love the kids Mac and Cheese and side of bacon was cooked to perfection.

Been awhile eating here. Still meodicore food from this chain. Had chicken gyoza was ok. Ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo that sauce lakes flavor. I've had better high quality jars of sauce than this. I ordered the fried shrimp dinner. Knowing the shrimp was frozen and heavily breaded and cooked. But was not great. Husband had best meal of miso salmon with rice. Salmon was cooked right. At least two meals were lunch portions (til 5). So we spent less. Server was slow and not engaging. Took home cheesecake with strawberries and chocolate fudge cake that wasn't rich. Cheesecake was disappointing. Too airy with not enough flavor. Cheesecake should be dense and creamy. I wouldn't recommend or return .

Went with a family member for dinner a few nights ago for the first time to a cheesecake location and overall it was good! Our waiter was very friendly and he made good suggestions on the menu(It was very long) Our calamari appetizer was great, And my Burger was good. My family members soft shell tacos though were basically hard shell, Rock hard tortillas. Other than that she enjoyed it. Great desserts, Will come back!

Went here with my family just before Christmas. It was super crowded and loud. But, that's often just fine as long as you have a reservation. Our food took a long time to come out, and when my meal arrived, they had put cheese on the burger when I had specifically asked for no cheese. Then, it took forever for them to replace my meal with something I could actually eat. By then, my whole family was done with their meals so they watched as I ate. The server was very kind in acknowledging their mistake and offered a free dessert as compensation. I think she should have just comped my meal instead. I don't eat dessert, but my family does and they loved the cheesecake they chose. Overall the experience was ok. I was mostly happy to be with my lovely family eating good food.

The Cheesecake Factory is overrated. This location is all over the place. The food quality is so poor. The food was all maybe (slightly) lukewarm tonight. Everyone's food was cold, portion sizes were small (especially protein), and just not good. Our waitress was forgetful as well.

Grabbed a quick lunch here today and had incredibly thoughtful service and a delicious and filling meal! Thank you to our server, Christopher, and the manager for a great experience!

Came in for a company Xmas Dinner and we had an excellent time . Since we had a large party we were unable to make a reservation but upon arrival we were quoted an hour and a half . Within 30 mins Jocelyn the manager was phoning us to let us know we would be able to be seated quicker. After some scrambling on our end we all hustled over. Jonathan took excellent care of us and all the food came out at the same time . Awesome dining experience complete with a slice of cheesecake To-go. Highly recommend the white chocolate raspberry

I'm gonna start with when you get to a place and all you get is attitude for sure ruins the experience and should have known better!! Food was good.. we ordered a dinner salad and supposed to get it before our meal and we got it with the meal?? Usually you get your soup/ salad before your entree well Didn't happen and when I told our waitress she didn't like it and from there we got treated rude.. Like I said it the first time I went there (this is my second) I won't never go back not worthy

I ordered the spicy tuna, expecting something close to the picture, but what I received was a disappointment. There was barely any tuna--if any at all--and it looked nothing like what was advertised. Instead of fresh, vibrant fish, I got a mushy, unrecognizable mixture that tasted more like spicy mayo on rice. Definitely not worth the price.

The Cheesecake Factory.... One of my guilty pleasures. You know the food can be mediocrely good, the wait is outrageously long & the best thing from the meal is the brown bread with butter but you still find yourself coming here once in a while. . . Factory combination: 2.5/5: I know I shouldn't have high expectations but I was disappointed with this meal. It lacked seasoning on both meats, the mashed potatoes were dense & it was just alright. Paying almost $30 for this made me cry a little on the inside. Fried Mac & Cheese 3/5: the marinera was actually good, but I felt like the pasta inside the balls had a mushy texture.

Delicious food and decadent desserts. The ambiance was lovely as well. My family really enjoyed it when we went a couple of months ago.

We like Cheesecake Factories and have never had a bad experience until we went to the Cheesecake Factory in Murray Utah. The waiter that sat us and gave us the menus was rude and not very good at customer service. The food was fixed incorrectly and missing extras that were ordered and the food was not consistent with other Cheesecake factories we have been to. Rude staff and bad food

This review is for delivery only. The quality of food was sad. While I appreciate a medium rare slider. Very pink and also cold is not a good combo. Fries that accompanied it were cold too. The real issue was the grilled avocado lettuce wraps. There were stickers left on the avocado shell...meaning they did not wash the avocado before slicing it and throwing it on the grill. The sticker was melted and place right on top of the lettuce. Not sanitary, ruined my meal.

My son and his wife enjoyed their meal, I felt bad because you no longer have the factory delicious burrito. Service was wonderful and we were seated before our 40 minute waite. Margaritas were delicious.

Saturday night called for Cheesecake! I love that we could split a couple slices between friends and try new flavors. We went with something more tart- the Lemon Raspberry, and then something more sweet/sugary- the Cinnabon, which honestly tasted like a yummy churro. I think I prefer my cheesecake more plain and simple, with some added fresh fruit. That said, it's nice that you can order to go quick, and the restaurant will box the cakes up real nice for you. Make sure to ask for an extra puff of whipped cream.

The service was great the food was good I got the "Evelyn's favorite pasta" it was so good. The server is great and the cheesecake I got the mango lime cheesecake it was great. The ambience was okay I found it hard to understand the overall theme of the restaurant. But overall was a good experience

I went to dinner the other night with six of my family. The food was great! I know every time I go there I'm going to love anything I order. Everyone in our party loved what they ordered! It was a busy evening there. They were honestly slammed. We still felt like we were so taken care of. Our waitress did an amazing job. Our glasses never went empty, she was cheerful, engaging and helpful! I wish I could remember her name to give her credit. The atmosphere is always great at the Cheesecake Factory. I love the mural paintings on the walls. If someone mentions going out to eat. I'm not always down to go. But, if they mention the Cheesecake Factory I'm immediately jumping up and ready to go!

I was so dissatisfied and disappointed. Came back to SLC after moving to So Utah a few years back. When I lived here I loved it. The place was only medium busy, but after ordering it took about 40 minutes to get our food , drinks took a while too. . Our servers were also shuffled. I had to ask about our food, and I got told all of our order was done except the burger, so was my food sitting for over 30 minutes and does a burger take 30 minutes to cook? The manager brought the info over, and that was the only communication on why it took so long. Both the manager and server acted as though we were bothering them. People around us got their food in a reasonable amount of time. 3 tables came and left. $120. for 3 people. I feel robbed. Never again.

Haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in years Ambiance was great and spacious. Server was great / friendly but service not so much. one item came up at least 10 minutes ahead of the others so that person had to effectively eat by themselves while we waited for our meals. Menus was robust. Food was ok. My meal was overdone. Hope Next time we go food / service is better.

So disappointed!! Picked food up to take to my moms who's homebFood has tanked totally! Our appetizer sweet corn tamale cakes were totally burned on the bottom. Knowing you are sending it to a takeout order - and no one wants to come back for a bad order!! So disappointing!!

Came here tonight and waited about an hour for a table which wasn't the problem. Cheesecake Factory is usually packed so we expected it to be a good wait. We ordered the gluten free sausage and mushroom pasta and it was so disappointing. The gluten free pasta wasn't bad but the sauce was SO watery. Really no flavor at all. The portions were also tiny especially compared to their normal sized portion. Usually I can split a pasta and be satisfied but this was basically already split. Their service was meh which I'm pretty understanding about since they were so busy. Pretty disappointing overall especially because it was a $68 meal for two. Not feeling a need to come back again.

I went here with my grandparents for my brother's birthday and the place looked absolutely beautiful. The waiter was nice and made conversation about how long the training is to work there. The cheese cake was to die for and there was like 50 options to choose from!

First thing I want to say, is that I wish I could remember the name of our waitress, because she was awesome! She was very attentive, and even stopped by when our baby was starting to cry and shared a blank receipt paper with him and some colored pens for him to draw. This kept him occupied all night. As per the usual at any Cheesecake Factory, the food and cheesecake was very great. I got the bbq burger and got an extra chicken patty added to it. Honestly, the burger patty was probably one of the best I've ever had. While it seems to be getting pricier and pricier every year, it's still well worth the money and my family will be returning for years to come. My only complaint if I had to have one is that the menu is so extensive, I just find myself going for a burger every time because there are too many options. Though I guess too many is better than not having enough! Ha (Also, if you haven't gotten the avocado egg rolls before, do yourself a favor and get them! They are to die for. My wife doesn't even like avocados and she loved them!)

This is my first time at a Cheesecake Factory. Party of 5. Waited 30 mins for a table due to wife's ADA issues as to not being able to sit in a booth. People were seated spread out at tables which, if they were not spread out, we could've been accommodated earlier. Management may want to consider and train personnel about Title 2 of the ADA act when seating people. After being seated, it took 20 mins for sever to finally take the order. 60 minutes later, someone, presumably a manager, apologized for the delay. Others who arrived after us received their food before us. 2 hours since we walked in and we only had bread. Food came out tepid 10 minutes later. The term "TIPS" for me means "To Insure Prompt Service". Tonight was anything but prompt. Do they have a bias against handicapped people? Other tables seemed to have far better service. Dessert was good but I was very disappointed in the entire experience.

The food was soooo good. My mom got the Asian salad and I got one of the lunch pastas. They were both really good. Cheesecake Factory truly never disappoints.

We always enjoy going to Cheesecake Factory! Even though the menu is intimidating we always enjoy the food and today was no different! My recent pregnancy craving has been spaghetti and this hit the spot! My husband has severe food allergies and always goes for the safe option for him- the omelet! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just the slower service. We were shocked at how busy it was at noon on a Tuesday! But we still enjoyed it!

The food was great. I have never been to a Cheesecake Factory before and this was a great experience culinary wise, however, it was the service that made my experience extraordinary. Our server, Brandon, was so friendly he made us feel like we were right back in Michigan with our family! The next time we come to Utah we will most definitely be revisiting this restaurant. The food is great. The menu is extensive, prices are a bit high for a family, best to not go during the weekend way too busy.
