The Cheesecake Factory

We did an online order for pickup, the online process was easy, the pickup window was 30min later. At the restaurant we went to the cheesecake counter for pickup. We drove home 20min and the food was all a good temperature. I really liked the take home containers and think they were well designed to stack the food and keep it warm. They forgot to add the chicken to one of the kids meal, but besides that all the food was exactly as ordered. It also came with some bread and butter, which was a nice touch. The portions are large, everyone enjoyed their meals. We loved the chicken Madeira, chicken Parmesan sandwich, and fried Mac n cheese. For cheesecake we got oreo dream extreme, the seasonal peach perfect with raspberry drizzle, and coconut cream pie. They were all amazing. This was a great way to get yummy food without the long dining room experience.

We had such a fun date night at the Fashion Place location! Our server was super nice and knowledgeable of the menu, and gave me recommendations based on my comments for both main course and cheesecake. Portions are big, so we came back home with a pair of boxes for breakfast. Even though the place was full and the group next to us was big, we were sat in an area that was very comfy and felt very intimate. Definitely want to go and try some more!

The waitress was amazing and she treated us extremely well. The food was great and the bread endless. Drinks always full and cold!

Came in to dinner tonight and it was slow and lots of empty tables. Figured we would be served a Quickly and have service that was quick. I took almost an he to receive our food and after asking for a salad with the dressing on the side it was delivered with the Ranch dressing mixed into the lettuce. Right after the food was delivered the wait staff came around and started taking the center fake candles off our table and reached over my food and took it off both the ends of the table. We had maybe only had a bite or two and it was a priority to start cleaning and taking things off the table already? Not to mention how long it took to get the food! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Food was wonderful . Went for brunch . Service was good too . Free bread to strt off . So many cheesecakes and food to choose from !!

Ok, so I ordered Steak Diane to go. And I must say that it’s even more delicious than I remembered. The smashed potatoes and salad are huge and they didn’t forget the bread. I’m just sorry I didn’t give a bigger tip. Having my meal brought to me is very nice as well.

Delicious and a delightful experience like every other Cheesecake Factory we've been to. One of our favorites!

We had a fantastic Father’s Day experience at The Cheesecake Factory last Sunday. Despite being quoted a 10–15 minute wait for a table of three, we were seated in under five minutes—impressive for a holiday crowd! Even better, they honored our request to be in a semi-private area to better accommodate our special needs kid, which made a big difference. Our server was prompt, friendly, and super knowledgeable when we asked for menu recommendations. We started with the poke nachos and the egg roll sampler. The poke nachos were the highlight for me—crispy wonton chips piled with fresh, vibrant tuna, creamy avocado, and a perfectly balanced sauce that was both bright and flavorful. The egg rolls were hot, crisp, and each variety offered something unique—definitely a crowd-pleaser. The warm, soft bread served with creamy butter (as always!) was hard to resist, and honestly, between that and the appetizers, we were nearly full before our entrees even hit the table. Unfortunately, we had to leave quickly due to an unexpected issue, but our server was incredibly understanding, quickly boxing up our meals with care. We didn’t leave without dessert though—grabbed two slices of cheesecake to go: the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and the Carrot Cake Cheesecake. Both were fresh, rich, and insanely good. The carrot cake layers were moist and spiced just right, while the Reese’s slice was decadent, with the perfect mix of chocolate and peanut butter. I wish I had remembered to snap pics of our main dishes, but I did get a couple of shots of the appetizers before things got hectic. This restaurant continues to be one of my go-to places—I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like, and the service is consistently great. I’ll always come back.

I came in and placed a to-go order, and when I picked it up, the food was still hot and fresh. The portions were big, as most things are on the menu. Even though it was a very busy Saturday, the server who brought my order out was quick and efficient. I didn't have to wait long at all, which I really appreciated. However, I think the music was a bit too loud so it made everyone have to speak louder to hear each other. I would definitely come back again!

Let this photo speak for itself. Only reason I gave it two stars is because my waiter was a decent guy and the manager took my meal off the price without question. What disturbed me more than the image itself is that the manager told me that where they cook this is near a back door or something, so he wasn't surprised. This probably is a regular occurrence at this location, maybe all locations? All of a sudden I am grossed out about eating at Cheesecake Factory. Guess we won't go here anymore if this isn't a surprise.

Came on a Wednesday evening and got seated immediately for a party of 2. Our server was Dane, he was very attentive, friendly, and playful. We ordered the calamari, four cheese pasta, and miso salmon. Everything was good! I especially enjoyed my entrée, the miso salmon. The appetizer bread was good as always. I was very happy with the experience. Calamari: 10/10 perfect crispy texture and a generous portion that I appreciated. the tartar sauce is always great and the cocktail sauce is good to change it up Miso Salmon: 9.5/10 It was amazing and rich in flavor. The snow peas paired well, please include more pieces :) Only problem with the dish was the rice, some grains were hard and got stuck in my teeth but it was great to have rice with the salmon. Four cheese pasta: 8/10 my BF liked it, it needed some salt in my opinion to balance out the tomato.

The Cheesecake Factory is one of those places you go to if everyone in your party is craving a different type of cuisine. I prefer their appetizers over the main dishes, and the avocado egg rolls are my favorite thing on the menu. During this visit, we luckily found a 4 top in the bar area and got served quickly! I ordered the spicy rigatoni pasta and it was decent, but I didn't feel like it was spicy at all. Overall, we had a great girl's dinner here!

This location is in a mall so parking is kind of a pain but I thought it would be okay because they have a curbside pickup section. Unfortunately, there are only four spaces and the location and size of the spots make it very difficult to maneuver. The woman who parked next to me had to pull in and out four different times to get her car in. The young lady who brought our food out was very friendly. I ordered my usual shepherd's pie and my husband tried the new chicken katsu bowl. The food was good overall; my shepherd's pie was a little more oily than usual and the chicken katsu was a little dry but still both good. I also got my usual cheesecake which the white chocolate raspberry truffle but my husband decided to try the triple berry. This was our first time trying this particular one and I think I like it even better than my favorite. The cake layer makes it fluffier and even more delicious and the flavors are sublime. It will definitely be my new go-to from now on.

The Cheesecake Factory is overrated and overpriced. $90 for two is pretty steep, especially when you can go to a Texas Roadhouse for almost half the price. The Jambalaya pasta was not as appetizing as I would have hoped. The best part was the fried Mac & Cheese - which is a great but very heavy appetizer. The atmosphere is anything and everything - just a hodgepodge of randomness. Our server was average.

This location is always quality! The food is tasty and is just like other cheesecake factories. Their ranch dressing, though, steals the show! It is unlike other ranches as it seems to taste of garlic and perhaps sour cream or something that makes it delightfully unique. The service is always good: efficient and friendly. The ambiance is fun and definitely leans into the maximalist decor. This place is excellent for celebrations of any kind and can accommodate parties of any size.

It is always a good experience at The Cheesecake Factory. It always takes a few minutes to decide what I'm really in the mood for. The menu is a literal book. Several pages. But the food is good. I had the blackened salmon this Valentine's Day. It was good, the salmon was cooked perfectly and was moist. Of course, their mashed potatoes are always a hit. My wife had a gigantic Thai salad that she enjoyed. All portions here are large. My server was attentive and friendly. The decor of Cheesecake Factory's are intriguing, sort of this Egyptian style of thing. But the tables and booths are comfortable. Busy, busy night. We got on the waitlist and it was already an hour and 20 minute wait. We missed our text that our table was ready. (Pro tip: Ask them what the phone number will be and put it in your contacts.) Ironically, I find their cheesecakes to be only so-so. I don't know. Oh well. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

We LOVE Cheesecake Factory and it's always been one of our favorites. It makes me sad to even leave a review like this. We have never had a problem with this restaurant before in general. We went to this location a few weeks ago during the last football game before the super bowl and it was slammed. They had a 3 hr wait time which was a huge turn off. We ended up walking out that night and not eating there. We did talked to the hosts though when we were there and they said they recommend doing reservations ahead of time. Well we went to do reservations this last week and they only reserve up to a group of 7 total and our party was 8 people if you count an infant who won't eat anything. We called them and told them the situation and they were so rude over the phone and said they wouldn't accommodate us.

The Cheesecake Factory is overrated. This location is all over the place. The food quality is so poor. The food was all maybe (slightly) lukewarm tonight. Everyone's food was cold, portion sizes were small (especially protein), and just not good. Our waitress was forgetful as well.

We came here recently for an engagement party with a large group. I was very impressed with the quickness of the service and how accommodating the staff was considering that our table was booked rather at the last minute. As always, the food was delicious. I've especially been on a corn cake appetizer kick lately--highly recommend! The cakes are a compelling mix of fresh and savory flavors, and--I believe--vegetarian.

Honestly, I am still kinda a fan of the Cheesecake Factory. I know people are hating on it lately but I really enjoy it for what it is! It gets the job done for the expectations I have of The Cheesecake Factory. As long as I have my delicious Dr. Pepper in a tall glass with a black straw, my white and wheat bread with butter, and a yummy cheesecake slice to end the night, I am a happy woman. Service is pretty good despite this place always being busy. There is always a wait so this place still seems to bring in some traction!

Okay we love the food. Steak tasted like a good dead cow. Salmon tastes a bit fishy. Best asparagus money can afford. Cesear chicken salad, all hail Cesar. Waited an hour with half the state of Utah. Suggestion is free cheesecake to all who wait longer than 15 minutes. Eat on fatties!

We visited on a Sunday about 1:50pm. We ordered a club sandwich and fettuccine Alfredo. It took an hour and 15 minutes for the meals to get to our table. The Alfredo had little to no taste. It could have come right out of a jar. The club was dry. We paid $62 and wished we had eaten at home. And...We were not offered any refills on our water or $5.95 lemonade. Ridiculous

What good is a reservation at The Cheesecake Factory? Even with a reservation we still had to wait over 45 minutes. Hostess was terrible, rude, short answers and very unhelpful. Food is very average if not below average. People must like the large portions which explains why Utahn's like it. Service was extremely slow. Normally we appreciate taking our time and not feeling rushed which is unusual for most people in this state but last night was ridiculous. Very over priced for below average food.

Out of over 20 items - specials, fish, steak. kitchen was slow food was not good- not worth the hour wait.

Don't have any motivation to come back. Much different than our last visit a few months ago. Service was so so until the shift change then it got better. I ordered the truffle honey chicken and it had zero truffle flavor compared to the last time I had it. Portion size was very disappointing as well compared to last time. Wife ordered the chopped salad and the greens were old and limpy. I realized they will most likely not miss me as a customer but just want people to know it definitely is not what it was a few months and years ago.

Our server Cameron started our visit by making fun of my 10 year old son's physical appearance. Food was good but terrible service.

I will start off by saying that I am not from Utah. I am visiting for the first time with that said I stopped in here two days ago and ate during the server didn't get us. Our drinks until 30 minutes had passed. I asked two servers who server and they both shrugged at me. The food came out. We still got the bread and we couldn't get refills on our when I I was told the server was having a bad day and to be understanding. Anybody that's been in the service industry knows that your attitude decides what you make. I decided to try a takeout order today just to see if it was better. Maybe it was just an off day for that whatever I kids I get back to the hotel and there are two kids butter I go back and get them remade and they said well we can make it give you bread. Anybody that eats your knows You get bread for free. worse two experiences.

Ooof. I think the Cheesecake Factory has officially gone downhill. The last few times I have dined here, I feel like the quality just isn't there. It seems to be a quantity over quality sort of menu. On this particular visit, the service was very poor. The front desk staff made check-in more awkward than it needed to be and our server was overly chatty and unhelpful. We asked for brunch recommendations and he couldn't give us one... It's a shame to think this ole American classic is no longer a reliable dining option. But who knows, maybe we walked away unsatisfied because we didn't order any cheesecake. (Haha)

I went to eat here yesterday, the waiter was the sweetest and really helpful but the food was honestly disgusting and disappointing

They don't take reservations so we had one person in our party show up early, but they won't put anyone's name on the list until everybody shows up.

Got a table pretty quickly despite how crowded it was at 12 on a Tuesday. Waitress was very nice. My kids and I ordered and the food took awhile, which makes sense. When my pasta was handed to me I said "this is gluten free, right?" And the person said no it's not, I don't know what happened." So my kids had food and I didn't which is fine, at least I didn't eat gluten. Then my waitress came out and apologized and said it was in her notes and everything. She said if you ever order gf pasta at Cheesecake Factory and it's not rotini, it's not gf. She gave me a free salad to eat while I waited for my food which was really nice. Since I got to see both, I have to say the gf order is significantly less food. Which I understand, but it would be cool if they had calorie info that reflected this. The "farfalle with chicken and roasted garlic" was fine. Didn't rock my world. So I was a little bummed I'd paid so much for it. My kids LOVED their fried macaroni and cheese and double smash burger though! (They split each thing in half.)

We came here on a Sunday afternoon & did the reservation with the Cheesecake rewards . We were able to get right in. Our server was nice & attentive. The bread was hot & fresh . We ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta - the lunch portion. This came out fast & was hot & delicious . Very good . We also ordered the Crab wontons . These were hot & crispy full of crab meat . We ordered the Classic Basque cheesecake this had fresh berries over the top . Very delicious ! We also ordered the Very cherry Ghirardelli chocolate cheesecake this was amazing . We loved our visit here we will be back .

The cheesecake is never disappointing! I prefer the red velvet because it's bigger and my inner fat girl always wants a lot!! It is very delicious as well. I also like the lemon meringue. The service was horrible, we went to the take out and it took over 10 min just to get someone to the register.

Do not sleep on the key lime cheesecake. It is phenomenal and one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. Cheesecake Factory has been a family go-to option when everyone is craving different things and types of cuisines! There is something here for everyone. Impressed by the flat board pepperoni! I didn't have high expectations for it to be honest because I've found flatbreads to be generally too dry. This one surprised me. The crust had a fantastic chewyness and nice crunch to it! My kiddo inhaled it! Cajun pasta is a hearty comfort food option, the chicken was fantastic. I've never had a bad service experience at Cheesecake Factory to be honest! The staff here seem genuinely happy ^_^.

I'm always so impressed with this place. They have a pretty extensive menu and I never had something I haven't liked. You can never go wrong with the Louisiana chicken pasta. I've never had any issues finding parking and the servers are always very nice.

Holly H was my server and she was phenomenal. if you come here ask for her. she is truly one of a kind. might i add the food was AMAZING! the lighting, the music, everything was just perfect. a great way to celebrate a graduation. i've never been happier to be alive. thank you Holly H

The low ratings shock me. We went there for a special occasion and I loved the entire experience. We had corn ribs, chicken enchiladas for appetisers and they blew my mind. The main course had chicken gravy and rice and the flavour was so good. The drinks were great too. And the best part!! The dessertttt. We ordered Godiva cheese cake and it was heaven in mouth. The long crowds and time taking serving are the only drawbacks to this place.

We called ahead to make sure they had a dedicated gluten free area for pastas and they said yes! So we arrived and sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive and sweet. We got our drinks and water right away.... That is where the positive part of my review ends. We ordered the four cheese GLUTEN FREE pasta and a regular penne pasta and the food came within ten minutes. I started to eat my pasta and noticed I had a shell pasta noodle and a fettuccine Alfredo noodles which are NOT gluten free and can cause me severe illness! I got a manager who apologized and said they would remake my meal.... 25 minutes later I was still waiting while my date had finished his meal and the bread and both his drinks.... I had to get mine to go which meant I didn't get to eat my $25 pasta while it was fresh and warm.... I was pissed and this will be our first and last time trying this restaurant. Also parking is a joke! It's a zoo, chaos inside and no place to stand or sit. Not satisfied at all with this experience and this was a Monday night at 5pm! There are far less expensive pasta joints that don't cross contaminate in the area.... See pic!

Went on a Tues night - wasn't a long wait. Finally! We were able to order the Tamale Cakes after our third attempt! We love them so much, but we're 86'd when we went a couple weeks ago. Best thing on the menu that I've tried so far! We really only go to Cheesecake Factory just for this! Ordered the (Skinnylicious) Lemon Garlic Shrimp pasta. It was okay, little bland. I had to put a dash of salt and was heavy on the pepper. Also ordered the Miso Salmon. My partner liked it but me, not so much. The rice was a little hard/al dente so it either wasn't cooked all the way or was old. The salmon was cook perfectly. Took two slices of cheesecake to go. Haven't tried them yet but got the Key Lime and Fresh Strawberry cheesecake. Fresh Strawberry comes with a strawberry sauce - I personally don't like those on my cheesecake so for anyone like me, heads up! ACCESSIBILITY: - Doors are HEAVY! - Getting to Bathroom is wheelchair accessible, but didn't note how spacious it was to get to the larger stall.

Classic "20-30 minutes until your table will be ready" turned into an hour + wait. Each time we ask on the wait time they said they were just clearing the table and that we were next. They then took multiple parties back our same size. Please give people a better sense of wait time and order to be seated. Terrible CX.

Check your water cup. Nasty paper or foreign object inside the water cup. Too bad I didn't notice it until a few swigs. Lost appetite and disgusted. The Cheesecake Factory and solution: apology and a slice of cheesecake. I think I was more mentally and emotionally traumatized from the gross level here. (Emotional Damage) I love The Cheesecake Factory and on this visit not so much. Had the Cajun Pasta Jambalaya and linguini pasta was way over cooked. Almost mushy. Flavors were good. Love the Cajun butter and seafood flavors. Didn't get to enjoy our Chinese Chicken Salad as the nasty water cup ruined my appetite. The server did apologize for the mistake which is good. Manager came by as well. Unfortunately I didn't think a slice of $8 cheesecake made me feel any better. Will have to double check all cups and utensils from Cheesecake moving forward. On a positive, kiddos love the kids Mac and Cheese and side of bacon was cooked to perfection.

We ordered delivery and the sharing the chicken Parmesan pizza style dish was amazing! My partner and I ate a bunch and have leftovers for tomorrow! The service, although not with The Cheesecake Factory was fast and food was hot. We did add the spinach - it needed some veg. We also got the celebration cake and coconut cheesecake- but I can't talk about them yet because we are so full!

I waited over 10 minutes during my lunch break just for them to check on me and the food was cold. I expect more from Cheesecake Factory I felt completely ignored!

My daughter and I went in for lunch. We ordered fried calamari, Louisiana chicken pasta and Cajun jambalaya pasta, the linguine they use is not the same and it was really greasy. The server totally forgot the our appetizer and blamed it on the cooks that we didn't get it. She didn't come check on us til the end or else we would've asked for it. She just said she'll take it off the check. My daughter is to give birth in 2 weeks and that's what she was craving. Very disappointed!

I had the Farfalle with Chicken and Roasted Garlic and after a few couple bites I felt sick, made me very nauseous and even reported it to them and they didn't seem to care. So I just left and took some pepto-bismol. Felt decent after that incident, week or two later I woke up with pain just to go to the ER and have kidney infection.

We really enjoy Cheesecake Factory and their wide selection of foods, but this time we stopped in just to have dessert! The Apple Crisp was very good! It is served warm with ice cream and is big enough to share - we didn't - but just saying you could!

We came into Cheesecake Factory on a Friday night and it was amazing. Tara was our server. She was so personable, knew the menu and very attentive. The food and service was a 10/10. Definitely recommend coming here!!

Been awhile eating here. Still meodicore food from this chain. Had chicken gyoza was ok. Ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo that sauce lakes flavor. I've had better high quality jars of sauce than this. I ordered the fried shrimp dinner. Knowing the shrimp was frozen and heavily breaded and cooked. But was not great. Husband had best meal of miso salmon with rice. Salmon was cooked right. At least two meals were lunch portions (til 5). So we spent less. Server was slow and not engaging. Took home cheesecake with strawberries and chocolate fudge cake that wasn't rich. Cheesecake was disappointing. Too airy with not enough flavor. Cheesecake should be dense and creamy. I wouldn't recommend or return .

I feel that it was hard to make a reservation for the 14 people in our group. So we tried calling & they said we couldn't make one with them. We'd have to go online. So we did. The only problem was that you can only make a reservation for no more than 6. So we called back, they said you can just get here an hour before you want to be seated to put your name in. So we drove down & found out that we'd still have to wait an hour to be seated. But we ended up waiting an hour and a half. When we finally got seated, we also had to wait another hour for our food. Very unprofessional! On top of all that, they served my food with butter when I specifically told them I can't have dairy. It makes me very nervous to know they don't take allergies into account. I mean what if I had actually eaten it.

Went here with my family just before Christmas. It was super crowded and loud. But, that's often just fine as long as you have a reservation. Our food took a long time to come out, and when my meal arrived, they had put cheese on the burger when I had specifically asked for no cheese. Then, it took forever for them to replace my meal with something I could actually eat. By then, my whole family was done with their meals so they watched as I ate. The server was very kind in acknowledging their mistake and offered a free dessert as compensation. I think she should have just comped my meal instead. I don't eat dessert, but my family does and they loved the cheesecake they chose. Overall the experience was ok. I was mostly happy to be with my lovely family eating good food.

Came in for a company Xmas Dinner and we had an excellent time . Since we had a large party we were unable to make a reservation but upon arrival we were quoted an hour and a half . Within 30 mins Jocelyn the manager was phoning us to let us know we would be able to be seated quicker. After some scrambling on our end we all hustled over. Jonathan took excellent care of us and all the food came out at the same time . Awesome dining experience complete with a slice of cheesecake To-go. Highly recommend the white chocolate raspberry

Went with a family member for dinner a few nights ago for the first time to a cheesecake location and overall it was good! Our waiter was very friendly and he made good suggestions on the menu(It was very long) Our calamari appetizer was great, And my Burger was good. My family members soft shell tacos though were basically hard shell, Rock hard tortillas. Other than that she enjoyed it. Great desserts, Will come back!

The Cheesecake Factory.... One of my guilty pleasures. You know the food can be mediocrely good, the wait is outrageously long & the best thing from the meal is the brown bread with butter but you still find yourself coming here once in a while. . . Factory combination: 2.5/5: I know I shouldn't have high expectations but I was disappointed with this meal. It lacked seasoning on both meats, the mashed potatoes were dense & it was just alright. Paying almost $30 for this made me cry a little on the inside. Fried Mac & Cheese 3/5: the marinera was actually good, but I felt like the pasta inside the balls had a mushy texture.

Good food and service. Tara was our server and she was great! Good energy! Atmosphere is nice. Love that you can reserve ahead of time.
