All the Mall Food Smells, Ranked - Eater

"Sweet? I think it was sweet. I also want to register that I went to a Cheesecake Factory a different time and did not like the cheesecake but was pleasantly surprised by the lemon-garlic shrimp pasta. It’s nice to know there are still small wonders in the world." - Jaya Saxena

Group of 40 Anti-Vax Protestors Descend on a Cheesecake Factory in Queens - Eater NY

"A group of roughly 40 protesters descended on a Cheesecake Factory in Queens this week to protest the city’s ongoing vaccine mandate at restaurants and other public indoor facilities. The individuals, who appear to be connected to online group New York Freedom Rally, staged a demonstration at a Cheesecake Factory in the Queens Center Mall on Tuesday evening, refusing to leave the restaurant or provide proof of vaccination, according to the New York Post. Six people were arrested and charged with criminal trespass in connection with the protest, the Post reports. It’s unclear why the group chose to protest at Cheesecake Factory, an international chain with more than 300 locations in the United States." - Luke Fortney

Good food, nice big portion. The service was kind of chaotic. We ordered appetizer and it never came. When we were paying the check; the appetizer finally came out. They were nice enough to take it off from our check.

I was so disappointed to find out that they took the Steak Diane and Shrimp Scampi combo off the menu. That was a total banger and really shouldn’t have been removed. It was one of the few entrees I kept coming back for. My recent visit was... okay. The food was decent, but for a mid-tier sit-down chain like Cheesecake Factory, I expected a little more consistency. Their portion sizes are still huge, as always, but the precision just isn’t there anymore. I ordered the Steak Diane, which used to be my go-to, and while the flavors were still on point, the doneness (I asked for medium rare) wasn’t quite right. Crab Rangoons are still amazing. Peach lemonade was refreshing with just the right amount of tang. And of course, their on-the-house brown bread with butter continues to be the ultimate highlight. Seriously, I could eat that stuff all day. One major plus: the servers were amazing. Super friendly, very accommodating, and made the whole experience feel a bit warmer even when the food missed the mark a little. Overall, it was an okay-ish experience. Not bad, but not exactly memorable either. Cheesecake Factory still holds a certain comfort appeal, but I miss the days when the execution matched the hype.

I had crispy pineapple chicken & shrimp and crispy crab cake bites. The food was delicious! I shared mine with my husband because the portions were huge! Fresh Strawberry cheesecake was amazing too.

The food was delicious. Not one complaint. First time going was on Jan 26, 2025 and I returned to try something different on Feb 1, 2025. The drinks were so good. Even the cheesecake is so good my toddler who hates cheesecake fell in love with the red velvet and the oreo cheesecake. We will be back soon to try a new food. So far I tried the Shrimp scampi with steak and then I tried the pineapple chicken and shrimp. I loved every bite and it was seasoned so well. My daughter tried the gumbo which she loved. My toddlers cheese burger sliders were really good. The staff was so nice and it just made you feel at home. I love the atmosphere each time i went.

Great service, from hostess to cashiers are great for to go orders. Professional staff. Easy to order online and pick up. Cobb Salad was great, fresh and tasty. Big portion, worth the price. I will be ordering again soon.

My mom and I went to Cheesecake Factory for a quick lunch before dropping her off at JFK and it was an amazing experience. We ordered the fried calamari (cooked perfectly), cuban sandwich (good as always), and the pasta da vinci (yas). Our waiter, Isaiah, was amazing. He immediately asked if we were celebrating anything special and we explained that she was leaving for a while. He wanted to make it a special occasion so decided to surprise us with decorating our cheesecake with an "I Love You, Mom" which honestly brought tears to our eyes. He was super friendly, made sure we were having a great experience, and made us want to come again. Thanks, Isaiah, for your kindness. Tell your manager to give you a raise!

Yelp
Today was my first time coming to a Cheesecake Factory. I know! Have I been living under a rock? But I've never been one to love a chain - at least in the US. However, the Cheesecake Factory really did surprise me. The food was fresh, delicious, and really quick. We had the crab dip - it was really flavorful. That pumpernickel bread was one of my favorites and it was free. I had the cob salad - which was just what I wanted on a hot day. My partner got this massive chicken pizza with pasta on top. Hugeeee. Also very fresh and tasty. Payam was our server and she was the best part of the whole experience. Really sweet, attentive, and helpful. We really appreciated the way she took care of us - it's something that unfortunately is rarely seen in places like these. Totally recommend her as your server! Hope to see her when we come back. Ambiance was beautiful, moody, clean, and overall set the night for us nicely. Do try to elderflower yuzu drop - it was amazing. Could have had like 7 of those things but surely would not be able to walk after.

Yelp
I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. After a very long wait to be seated, the food we received seemed like it had been sitting out for a while--lukewarm and unappetizing by the time it reached our table. I requested to speak with a manager, but it took over 30 minutes for someone to come by. In that time, I had already stepped away to use the restroom, and my friend ended up handling the situation. Sadly, the manager did not address the issue or offer any resolution. With no replacement offered and both of us needing to leave, we ended up paying for meals we could barely eat. What made this even more frustrating is that this visit was meant to be a birthday celebration. Instead of enjoying the moment, I left feeling let down and overlooked. I've always enjoyed The Cheesecake Factory in the past, but this experience was not up to standard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reaches out to help make things right--not just for me, but for future guests who come in expecting a special experience. They didn't have the cheesecake. I want it either which kind of put the cherry on top for a bad experience. The only good thing was the attitude of the waitress. She knew exactly what was going on, and she tried her hardest to fix the situations.

Yelp
- went there for a little brunch for my sons 1st birthday , I requested a little birthday song the guy was going to add it to the note and then the girl behind him told him "the staff don't sing" , it was as simple as a 20 second birthday song, to some people it might not sound as drastic as it is , but if I'm paying money for a birthday cake why wouldn't a song be a simple favor.if I have to pay for the song I could've it's not really about that , is about the sentiment behind it. -The staff is very straight forward and not very welcoming ,i work customer service and I could never just treat a guest in such way. I would've rather ate at Apple bees and got my birthday song. The food was Mid ON MY SOUL , I barely even touched my plate . My first time going to cheese cake factory, never again , so ghetto.

Yelp
I haven't dined in a chain restaurant in a hot minute and went in with low expectations especially when the hostess barely looked up to greet me and my family when we walked in. However, when we were seated we were absolutely blown away by our server (I believe his name is Christian?). He was friendly and patient, especially with my toddler and happily adjusted a pasta menu item to fit her preference.

Yelp
I haven't dined in this particular location but order delivery often. The food and desserts are always consistently good and that is what I appreciate the most about The Cheesecake Factory. Some of my favorite dishes are: Miso Salmon with brown rice and snow peas in a sake butter and lemon cream sauce, Madeira Chicken with mashed potatoes and a Madeira wine sauce with sautéed mushrooms, Truffle Honey Chicken with honey truffle butter, asparagus and mashed potatoes, Thai Lettuce Wraps with grilled chicken satay with peanuts, coconut curry noodles with black and white sesame seeds, cucumber salad, carrots, and bean sprouts with tamarind cashew sauce, sweet chili dipping sauce, and spicy peanut dipping sauce. Some of my favorite cheesecakes are: Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake, Classic Basque Cheesecake, Cookie Dough Lover's Cheesecake, and Chocolate Tuxedo Cream Cheesecake.

Yelp
I have been to the Cheesecake Factory many of times. This was the first time at this location and it was a girls day out for my friend and I. We were waited on by Pal. I hope I'm aging her name right. He was very pleasant. I had mad e T mistake and order a sparkling wine which I misread t the menu until my friend came and pointed it out. So I wanted to get it changed and order the regular red wine. Suffice to say I was satisfied with my choice but heard the not so pleasant news of her getting into trouble. It seemed like it was a problem changing it. However it was changed and I wasn't charged for it. Pal made our experience very pleasant. The old was very good. My friend and I both had wine with burgers. I had the classic and she had the turkey burger. We had the appetizer sampler as well. Will be coming back.

Yelp
We love the Cheesecake Factory. I always get the Fish tacos, but this time I wanted the Jumbalaya plates this time. We were greeted and seated. I also ordered a Iced Tea with lemon. Service was nice. Good food and drinks. What more could I want?

Yelp
Giving them 5-stars because these low ratings are not an accurate testament to this place, in my humble opinion. I was avoiding this location because of the reviews, however I'm glad I tried it around the holidays last year (extremely busy, but managed to accommodate us during Happy Hour without a reservation), and then again for a midweek early dinner. Portions are gigantic, dessert delicious. Pretend like calories don't exist for that one meal at The Cheesecake Factory!

Yelp
I'm a fan of The Cheesecake Factory. On my last visit, it was a busy Saturday afternoon, and the hostess sat my partner and I immediately. The main dining hall was loud, but the table we were given was in the long and sunny room adjacent to the sidewalk, and it was much quieter and more intimate there. Our server was very polite and attentive. The drinks were strong and the food was delicious. We took our cheesecake to go at the end of the meal.

Yelp
After a long day of shopping, came here for what was supposed to just be a drink but an early dinner. I have bent been to TCF in years and years, so I didn't know what to get. Opted for the Salmon with Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli. The Salmon and Mash were both good, but the broccoli was bad. I know it's weird how you can mess that up but it tasted undercooked and the pieces were just large chunks of broccoli. I would say the service was decent but since we sat at the bar, sometimes it wasn't the easiest to get the attention of the staff. Overall, I would say it was a good experience though.

Yelp
I came in with a friend on a Friday night to grab some drinks and dessert. We saw a few empty tables, so we figured the wait time would be pretty quick, especially since there was little to no line. When we went to the front desk, they said the line was about 15 minutes. From my past experiences, the front desk usually gives people the offer to sit at the bar if the tables are full. We weren't given this information but later heard the front desk give another pair the option to sit at the bar, so we were confused as to why we didn't receive the same courtesy. After waiting a few minutes more and seeing groups that came after us get seated before us, we just took it upon ourselves to sit at the bar. The bartender did his best to be attentive and checked in on us even though he seemed busy. We were also able to stay as long as we'd like. The only thing was that when we were looking to pay, we weren't told that our check was in the glass in front of us so we had to flag him down. Once we got that check though, the payment process was straightforward via QR code. In terms of food and drink, I got the Factory Peach Bellini and my friend got the Georgia Peach, both of which are blended drinks. We also got a Lemon Raspberry Cream Cheesecake to share. The Factory Peach Bellini didn't have a strong peachy flavor, but the Georgia Peach was very tasty! The Lemon Raspberry Cream Cheesecake was fruity, tart, and light, which was exactly the kind of dessert we were looking for. One thing to note though is that I'm used to getting free bread at other Cheesecake Factory restaurants, but this one didn't give us any. Going to CF has been a favorite pastime of mine while I was away at college. Once every few months, I'd make the trip with a friend or two, order some appetizers to share, and split a slice of cheesecake. Since I've moved back to Queens, I planned on continuing my CF adventures, especially since the only CF in NYC is within walking distance from my home. Overall, I thought that my experience here was average, but compared to the other CFs I've been to in the past, this one wasn't my favorite in terms of service and attention.

Yelp
Cristian was amazing!!!! I spent my birthday here and it was honestly such a great experience. Food was sooo good. Drinks great. Most of all, Cristians customer service is definitely unforgettable. God bless

Yelp
I visited this location to celebrate my cousins birthday. I personally am not sure why the Cheesecake Factory is so popular and why my cousin chose to celebrate at this restaurant. The restaurant itself was beautiful but the food was just ok. The service was also great but nothing was outstanding in my opinion. I also was expecting so much more especially when it came to the cheesecake but that was just ok like the food. I'm glad my cousin enjoyed herself but I wouldn't choose this restaurant for myself.

Yelp
The food i ordered from here was a chicken and avocado club with fries. It was very delicious that i felt full before i can finish it. Our server was very kind and sweet to me and my family during our visit. The setting was very comfortable and calm despite near to queens center mall. Definitely would recommend for a special night out or an occasional family dinner.

Yelp
Such HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! So disappointed at this location's lack of service and hospitality!!! Where's the manager of this location to not properly their staff?!? Wow, so disappointed and it's not even packed for this type of service! So disgusted

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory at this location has been my favorite for several years since they opened. I only had one meal I wasn't happy with the food. I think part of my success eating here is that I go on a weekday when they open. It's not crowded so I get a lot of attention from my server. Yesterday was my birthday celebration and Marcus was our server. He answered my questions about the menu options and he ordered my meal exactly how I requested. It was perfect. We were in and out in a timely manner. We both enjoyed our meals and we are looking forward to returning in July for my daughter's birthday and National Cheesecake Day!! The last few visits to this location were so good they definitely deserve Five Big Birthday Stars!

Yelp
Came here for my friends birthday. It was 7 of us all together. We got sat at 7:08 and didn't even get water or bread for 30 min. Noticed another table who sat down after us got water and bread while we still had nothing. Ordered appetizers and our meals and appetizers came pretty quickly but oh my gosh.... took over an hour and a half for our food to come. The table that has their water and bread already finished their meal and left while we were still waiting. The table behind us came way after us also got their food while we were still waiting. After almost 2 hours, they finally came out with our food a bread. Service was good as the waiter kept coming back to apologize for the wait and said the manager would come speak to us but he never came. So after everything, we finally finished our meals around 9:45. So 7:08-9:45 for dinner with the bulk of just waiting, waiting, and more waiting. Warning: NEVER NEVER NEVER come on a weekend unless you come extremely early. We were here at 5:30 to put our name down on the waiting list

Yelp
cheeeeeezzzzz kek :) I admit I've never had their cheesecakes... but I came with a group of friends here once and the food tasted great. Server was friendly and attentive.

Yelp
We stopped by for an early dinner on a Friday evening. We didnt book a table, but surprisingly our wait was under 5 minutes. Our server was very attentive and we appreciated that level of enthusiasm. So love the ambiance of this place. For drinks, we ordered the Montauk Wave Chaser I.P.A.; which was well deserved and needed on a cold winter evening. For appetizer, we shared an order of spicy tuna. Wow! The flavor was delicious. From the crunchiness to the spicy essential was just right. For entree, we ordered the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta and the Shepherd's Pie. If you like spicy food then I would recommend ordering the Chipotle Pasta. Interesting the serving portion is easily for a party of two. Food was tasty and the service was excellent.

Yelp
One of my faves was over cooked and just not good that day at this location. Service was fast bc it barely just opened so didn't understand why the street corn was overcooked.

Yelp
3.5 This Cheesecake Factory is located on the 1st fl of the Queens Center Mall. Woodhaven Blvd stop on the local subway line. Not sure how easy to get street parking but there is mall parking, and the restaurant validates for 2-hr stay. However, pls. note that there's no more access to the lot via the mall late at night, which is inconvenient. Went there for a dinner celebration. Wait for our large group would have been 2 hrs so we took the offer for 2 booths back-to-back and was seated right away. There is a ramp for wheelchair access to this area. Food-wise: Menu is large, with a Skinnylicious menu as well; prices for dinner entrees were from ~$18 and up. (There is a lunch menu too.) I had a hard time deciding what to try and settled on Chicken Bellagio - angel hair pasta in light pesto sauce; 2 pcs chicken cutlet, prosciutto and arugula. It was good. Large portion so could only eat half. Had a taste of the crispy pineapple chicken and shrimp with brown rice (or white). Asked for not spicy which meant no jalapenos. Dish was ok- chicken and shrimp were cooked well, tasty, but we ordered with less sauce (which was sweet) but still served with too much. For apps, I liked the char on the Brussel sprouts; the warm crab dip, with toasted bread pcs, could have been chunkier, tasted ok. All in all, I liked that the food was not salty. For dessert, the pineapple upside down cheesecake was disappointing - it was more of a dense cake; not sure if the filling was cheesecake bec. consistency was too thin to be. Slice is big and sweet enough to share. In our group, other reviews for their food were mixed. They liked their lemon raspberry, and banana cheesecakes (they said tasted like banana pudding, which was my other choice and should have gone with that). Complaints from a few of us were that it was too dim in the dining area. Floor was slippery when walking to the restroom, along the walkway between the bar section and tables area. Service was great from seating and throughout the dinner - each booth had a different server, ours was very patient, and accommodating, always smiling. My sister complained about the restroom (someone got sick) and was clean again by the time everyone else went to use it, so was good. Haven't been here in years and wasn't a great time the last time, but this visit was better.

Miss S.

Yelp
I had a great time at The Cheesecake Factory! We had a great server that was filling in for another server and he was great. We had a lot of small talk and fast refill on the bread. The honey truffle chicken has got to be the best thing on the menu.

Yelp
I was a bit hesitant coming here, so I opted to eat at the bar... I wanted to try a few of their happy hours and honestly I was blown away. The two Bartenders are amazing. So amazing in fact that we ended up going for happy hour, going shopping then came back to drink and eat some more. You cannot go wrong with the fried macaroni and cheese. I will say though that the Mac and cheese was burnt a bit but I kind of liked it. I'm sure someone else wouldn't have enjoyed that. Overall, if you're unsure then go to the bar, go for happy hour, tip generously and get some fried Mac.
google avatar

Arianne M.

Yelp
I came here with my coworkers after work for Happy Hour. Happy Hour is 4 to 6pm. They have a menu with half off drinks and appetizers to choose from ($8.95). We sat at the bar since there were no available high tops and the wait was 40 minutes. I got a margarita off the Happy Hour menu. The margarita was okay nothing really special about it. For my appetizer, I got Buffalo Blasts. I always order these. They are my favorite! I ordered spicy rigatoni for the first time for my meal. I asked for no bacon or tomatoes. The pasta was delicious. I can't wait to have it again. My coworkers and I had a really good time hanging out and eating. I would recommend coming for Happy Hour.

Yelp
I came for Mother's Day and it was not packed but they were understaffed so there was a 45 mins wait. When we were seated we placed our appetizers and entrees. 45 mins later our entrees came but our waiter forgot the appetizers. Not only that but one of our entrees were wrong but was quickly fixed. Then the bill came and the wrong entree was also on there but was fixed. Overall not the smoothest experience but the restaurant rectified it by gifting us a gift card. Food is always great and HUGE portions!

Yelp
It was bound to happen...and sadly, it did on my birthday dinner with my family. I have been to Cheesecake Factory dozens of times across multiple locations and have never been disappointed. But this past Saturday, at the Elmhurst location, I ordered a meal that was lackluster at best. I usually order the meatloaf dinner (which is tremendous) but this time I thought I would switch it up and ordered the carne asada steak meal. Ordered it medium and was looking forward to a delicious steak for my birthday. Instead I received 5 overcooked well-done medallions that were about the size of chicken nuggets. It is literally about 10-15% of the meatloaf portion yet costs the same (sides were white rice and corn, so nothing pricey there). Our excellent server, Austin, was apologetic and did make steak suggestions for my next visit. But that didn't help the disappointment I felt at that moment. Maybe I'll stick to my normal order next time. But it's a shame I will feel trepidation if I decide to order something different..

Yelp
Food (2/5): Got the bang bang shrimp and chicken, factory nachos, and strawberry lemonade. The chicken in the dish I got was very hard and chewy, also the dish was way too salty. The shrimp was alright though. The factory nachos were decent and strawberry lemonade was good. One of the friends I came with got pasta and it was super bland. Service (3/5): The server was friendly but kept getting our order wrong. Multiple times we got the wrong drink or dish come out. Also we came for a birthday and unfortunately because the complimentary dessert (I believe an ice cream) was out, they made us pay for a cheesecake. Ambiance (4/5): It's a nice looking restaurant and had the expected look of a cheesecake factory. It was a bit dirty but overall decent.

Frances E.

Yelp
ordered 5 hamburgers 4 ordered medium 1 medium rare all came back burnt. One burger must have broke while being cooked and put back together. Prices are very high. Only good I can say is that the service from the waitress was very good.

Maggie H.

Yelp
The food is okay but overpriced. You can only make a reservation for up to 6 people through the app. Anything larger you'll have to come and wait from an hour to two hours. However, they'll tell you the wait shorter than what it actually is! They only have a small area designated for large parties so if there's other parties ahead you'll might as well go somewhere else! Once you get seated the waiters take forever to come around to take your order. They barely check on you, so good luck if you forget to put something in when placing the order. The ambiance is like any other chain restaurant, lively. Personally I would recommend going to another smaller restaurant for your special events you'll be treated better and your patronage will be appreciated. Here they could care less if you come or go.

Cecily A.

Yelp
If i could leave 0 stars i would. We ordered the steak frites and the steak tasted like a tv dinner with a very thick sauce. The description said a wine sauce. There was no wine sauce so we sent the food back. We order the steak Diane and this was even worse. The steak was so hard i hurt my tooth trying to bite into it. I ask to speak with a manager. Miguel ( store manager) did not take off all meals. He only took off one of each. We did not touch neither plates and left hungry. The food was absolutely disgusting! I am highly annoyed and out of $100! Do NOT COME HERE. Whoever was the chef today, needs to go back to school or give up cooking. Absolutely dissatisfied!

Yelp
I went this Cheesecake Factory a few times the service is always decent but yesterday I went and the service was awesome. I actually had 2 servers both were great. The first server had to leave because her shift was ending she was great. But I want to give a special shout out to Dylan I believe his name was. He went above and beyond to make my experience great. I've never had an experience like this at a chain restaurant before I really appreciate him for making this Cheesecake Factory so memorable. Thanks Dylan.

Yelp
First time at this location. It's usually like an hour wait, we got lucky. It was about 2pm on Saturday. Family of 4. Seated right away. Kids menu given to my 7 year old. I ordered skinny margarita, grilled chicken with avocado with a side salad. Options were also fries. When i tell you this sandwich was perfection. It was toasted not burned not too light just perfect. The crunch when i took a bite was so flavorful. I was very happy I ordered this. I must say the menu is like a bible so intimating. My husband ordered the Cuban sandwich. With sweet potato fries. My 11 year old daughter got a burger nothing fancy lol . My 7 year old got a kids grilled cheese with fries. When it came out it looked like a game of jenga lol. She also had the strawberry and lemonade. It was a bit tart. My husband liked his drink too i can't remember the name but i took a picture. Bathroom was decent, waitress was okay. We did have to ask for water and straws . The gratuity lowest was $25. I mean personally don't think she was worth that. But we like to tip accordingly. We got the Oreo cheesecake to go. I'm not a chocolate person but my daughters enjoyed it. Will come back.

Yelp
I went here with my friend a couple of months ago and had some mixed feelings about this place. First off, the food was good, no complaints, however, it was mainly their service and the time that it took for our food to come to us. The waiter didn't even bring the bread out right away, we had to ask for it. It wasn't even that crowded when we went. Secondly, my friend ordered the avocado taquito roll-ups and they brought out the avocado tacos. We were not impressed. Sure, the ambiance of the place was nice, but they should improve their wait staff and have them work more efficiently.

Yelp
The most amazing experience with my mother celebrating her achievement and being a US citizen. The lunch was delicious and the cheesecake dessert was amazing. The staff makes you feel like home.

Yelp
My husband and I come here a lot for the filet mignon, which is delicious. We ordered the pretzel bites with cheddar cheese fondue, which tasted burnt, so we had to send it back. The corn tamale cakes, which were OMG so good and the avocado eggrolls, which were sooooo good. The waiters were nice as usual.

Yelp
Unfortunately I have to give this location a big no. The location is big and had a nice bar area. Food: The food completely lacked flavor. When it came out so colorful I had high hopes but they missed the mark. I should have known when our bread and butter came out and the butter was so cold and hard. My fiancé returned his Cajun pasta and ordered the chicken sandwich instead the cheese wasn't melted and the plate looked like kids play food. Service: The service wasn't bad at all but nothing to rave over. I'm big on the server stating their name and they did not. Overall: There is a lot of food in the area that you can go to instead of here.

Yelp
I have contrasting feelings about this. It was my first time trying Cheesecake Factory and I was excited. Ugh. We were seated and asked what we wanted, they did not make me a strawberry mojito although they had other strawberry drinks on the menu, but that was okay anyways. We ordered appetizers (one buffalo blast and stuffed mushrooms). They both was pretty good. Then, the nightmare: our entrees took FOREVER to come and the plates were MASSIVE. I ordered the fried shrimps basket and I was pleased with my choice, but there was SO much salt on the fries that I couldn't even eat them. My friends ordered chicken Parmesan pizza style (HORRIBLE CHOICE) and the Parmesan herb crusted Chicken (she regretted it immediately). We left most of our food, but we loved the appetizers. The drinks were good too. The server basically only came to get our orders and give us the plates, we saw him so rarely. The place was beautiful though, and prices reasonable for the quantity of food. Just... next time I'll get a burger I guess.

Yelp
The food is reasonably priced for the portions you get. It's always busy and buzzing, you can see the waiters running around but they will still come up to you a few times just to make sure you're okay. The ambience is lively but the dim lights and the warm makes it also comforting. We got the pasta. It was flavorful and filling. The chicken was crispy and cooked perfectly. The bread was harm and satisfying:)

Yelp
I am really not a fan of major mall dining establishments and The Cheesecake Factory has made it to the top of my list of "unfavorites." Bland, blah appetizers (plucked a long hair out from my brussels sprouts) and main courses that have all the flavor of the best of Marie Callender's frozen dinners. Besides boring, hairy food, there was a burglar alarm that went off a little while after we arrived that flashed and blared for about 10 minutes straight. We were informed that it's a "thing" that happens every day around the same time. I went to wash my hands and the foaming soap devices in the restroom were on 'E. That's also a thing apparently and we were told that the restrooms had been out of soap for days. Luckily my aunt that I was dining with carried hand sanitizer in her purse. I ended my sorry meal with a Godiva sundae. The brownies were cold and stiff. The ice cream tasted warmed over and melting and that was it for me. Ended everything with one last trip to the restroom. Someone was finally bright enough to hit the mall and return with some raspberry hand soap. Our server was a really cool guy. He worked very well under this restaurant's subpar conditions. He was definitely inundated with tables. I didn't even get his name. I did enjoy my happy hour glass of chardonnay. That's it for me and The Cheesecake Factory though.

Yelp
The food is still mediocre but had improved slightly. The appetizers were good. We enjoyed our fried Mac and cheese balks. I ordered chicken and biscuits and my friend ordered Asian lettuce chicken wraps off the healthy menu. The chicken was too soft, an off putting texture that became worse the more I thought about it. It was drenched in a creamy sauce that had some sweetness to it. The biscuits were like hard cookies. Not good at all. I don't recommend this dish. I didn't finish the dish or take it home. My friend enjoyed her wraps but the chicken came cold and was hard from too much chare. For dessert we had the chocolate layer cake. It was good and decadent. When it comes to food, I think it's best to stick to the steak at the cheesecake factory. It usually hits right over the other dishes. Mera's Tip: stick to dessert

Yelp
We were in the area and there did not appear to be a lot of interesting/good options. We landed on The CF given that it's a fairly familiar and standard option. I do find it interesting to see the calorie information next to all the drinks and food which is a good thing, all places should do that. It guilted me to order from the "skinny" menu which was pretty good. The spicy tuna was great and the chicken wraps were decent. Our waiter was kinda curt so docking a star for that.

Yelp
Known for its decadent desserts and large portion sizes, The Cheesecake Factory is a food lover's paradise and a dietician's worst nightmare. For the past few months, I had been begging both my sister and my partner to come here with me, and just when I had finally given up all hope, my partner surprised me with a post-birthday celebration at The Cheesecake Factory. The two of us arrived at the restaurant for an early lunch and were immediately seated by the hostess in a cozy booth towards the back. From the dimly lit dining area to the elegant decor, The Cheesecake Factory's ambiance strikes a balance between upscale dining and a more casual and relaxed atmosphere. After sitting down and ordering, almost immediately, a complimentary basket of their famous brown bread and warm sourdough arrived at the table, alongside a square of spreadable butter. Both were absolutely delicious; the brown bread was soft and sweet, while the sourdough was chewy, tangy, and aromatic. Given the high-calorie intake of most of the menu options, my partner and I decided to forgo the appetizers and save room for the main course and dessert. For the main course, I opted for the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, a savory dish cooked to perfection, with Italian cherry tomatoes, pancetta, and parmesan. Meanwhile, my partner savored the Smokehouse B.B.Q. Burger with Sweet Potato Fries, which he commented was good but greasy. And of course, the pièce de résistance of the meal was the cheesecake. At first, we mulled a bit about ordering dessert since we were both feeling quite full by that point, but ultimately, we couldn't resist the temptation. The two of us ordered a slice of the White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cheesecake to share, and it was absolutely divine. Creamy, rich, and utterly indulgent, it was a sweet, sweet symphony that ended off the meal perfectly. The staff at The Cheesecake Factory deserve commendation too. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was sweet and kind and offered prompt service. Our server too was knowledgeable about the menu and ensured that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit!

Yelp
Been wanting to go here since it opened but I stayed away since I heard the service/food is bad. Also, my sister brought leftovers from another location a month ago where the pasta was horribly bland & horribly oily/buttery at the bottom. She got a mango key lime cheesecake slice which was great except the coconut part was like diabetes on a plate. Thus, even tho I'm a die hard fan of cheesecake, I resisted the urge to go here for yrs until last night. We were seated very quickly. Our server was very patient, friendly & helpful. We got stuffed mushroom which were amazing but the serving was so tiny. I'd say at least double the portion for that $. The sauce was so delicious. I got the famous factory meatloaf which is served with sweet corn & mash with mushroom gravy & grilled onion. I love sweet corn & all but I always find myself wishing a corn dish would consist of 50/50 sweet/plain corn. It was really good but is a bit too sweet. Anyway, the mash is ok. This is the 1st time I tried meatloaf & I loved it until i realized there was bell pepper in it. I didn't expect bell peppers, it wasn't listed as an ingredient on the menu & bell peppers pretty much kill my stomach. So, here I am, now suffering. Taste wise, the meatloaf is perfectly spiced (very mild), juicy, delicious. I had a hard time trying to choose between 5 types of cake, so our server suggested we get the Godiva chocolate cheesecake & the fresh banana cream cheesecake. So, I ordered the ones he recommended. The latter comes with banana on the side. The Bavarian cream that comes with it is barely sweet, which is good. The cheesecake itself however, was too sweet for me. It was still really good tho. I just wish it had 50% less sugar. The Godiva chocolate cheesecake was pure foodgasm! The bottom layer is flourless Godiva chocolate cake, middle- Godiva chocolate cheesecake, & chocolate mousse on top. The top layer is topped with a square piece of Godiva chocolate & whipped cream. All the layers of chocolate balanced each other out so well. All the layers were very rich & chocolatey ( some more or less). The richness of the chocolate almost had a dark chocolate taste. As a lover of dark chocolate, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The bottom layer was like crumbly & hard & added a nice crunch to the whole cake. I love mousse & chocolate , so chocolate mousse is always welcome on my plate. I wanted to devour the whole slice myself, it was that good. If you love chocolate & cheesecake & mousse, this is the cake for you! I am nonetheless enraged at all the people who recommended I don't try this location. I can't believe I missed out on all this delish cheesecake all these yrs!

Yelp
I am giving the service and experience 2 stars, because the salad that I was brought did not match description on the menu. I specifically asked for no white lettuce, I made sure to ask if it was indeed mixed greens. When I initially sent it back a manager came out to speak to me, I explained my thoughts. I explained to the manager whar I had requested to the server when the order was taken, I don't like white lettuce like iceburg, I like dark mixed greens. She assured me that the mixed greens would be brought out. She said to me "I got you" yet the salad was brought back out by the server. Communication needs to improve between the kitchen and the server in my opinion. It could not be just the server's fault for him to bring the same salad back out after the manager assured me. Maybe he didn't give order properly, I don't know. I ended up not eating the salad. It was taken off the bill.

Yelp
Large is the name of the game! Portions are certainly huge, as is their menu. Our waitress was oddly pretty absent during our weekend lunch, and it wasn't even half full in the restaurant. Being there with four toddlers, we were all somewhat annoyed by the wait. That being said, they were helpful with food allergy concerns. Brunch was definitely the way to go. My partner's chicken and waffles was the winner at the table. The kids menu is one of the largest I've ever seen, with multiple pasta options for the pickiest of eaters. My bourbon & honey cocktail was good but a bit small. Comfortable seating. Almost family perfect.

Yelp
$14 pickup order and look how it was handed to me. Was given attitude when I asked for another sauce. Y'all really need to stop prompting for a tip upon checkout. This is coming from an ex service worker. And these tiny spring rolls wouldn't even fill my toddler. This has to be a joke lmao.
