The room is comfortable and well-equipped. The price is not too expensive and it has some artistic atmosphere. There is also a swimming pool upstairs. It's a pity that I didn't go swimming because of the cold weather. Overall, the experience was very good.

Best stay ever, had absolutely best sleep, I genuinely want to know what kind of mattress and doona they have for bedding. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. I swam in their outdoor heated pool despite it being winter, felt refreshing.

Absolutely Disgusting Stay – Never Again! ❌❌❌ I’ve never gave a 1 star review but i must this time. I stayed at this hotel and I’m honestly shocked it’s still operating. The room was filthy — there were weird red and yellow stains on the bed that looked beyond unhygienic. I woke up with rashes all over my body! It was obvious they didn’t clean the room properly at all. The toilet was also nasty and smelled awful, like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. To make things worse, the staff were completely unhelpful and couldn’t even speak basic Chinese, despite being located in Box Hill — a predominantly Chinese area. You’d expect at least one person to be able to communicate properly with the local community. I felt uncomfortable in the state of the hotel room and disrespected the entire time. This place needs a serious health inspection — it’s unacceptable to charge people these type of prices ffor this kind of filth. Avoid at all costs.

This is our second time staying here, and my husband and I absolutely love it. The balcony offers an open view, and the room design and facilities are stylish and well-appointed. The toiletries are of high quality with a scent we really enjoy. The service is excellent, and both the gym and swimming pool are great. It would be even better if there were a hot water pool and a sauna. Looking forward to our next visit!

Was a positive experience overall. Clean rooms, although a sticky spot was still on the table, comfortable bed and pillows. Car park access is a little difficult as it was my first time there and when I got there it was dark and I couldn't see where to go so I stopped near Box Hill Central just past the roundabout at 8.30pm to go into reception and ask where to go and get my card and when I got back I was booked by a ranger as I parked in a loading zone, despite the centre being closed! So maybe in the confirmation email some detail on parking would be good to have although I didnt book it myself. Staff there are really helpful so kudos to your team. My only other feedback would be that in this day and age since you dont provide streaming services that you install google chromecast or some other casting tool as most people have apps on their phones and then can stream what they like. TV in my room also I had to power off and on as the vision and sound for programs wasn't working but power cycling it fixed the problem

We stayed at the interconnecting deluxe rooms with balcony. Very spacious rooms for the family, clean and well kept. Rooms are equipped with kitchenette & stove for convenience. Roof top pool is good size and easily accessible. Things for improvement - TV not able to connect to streaming services and rather slow house-keeping response. Overall great 'value for money' hotel to stay in for the family. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Nicely appointed rooms. Nice room amenities. Bed too soft. Beautiful roof top heated pool area. Great choices of Asian food with in walking distance.

Check in / out was almost seamless. Repeated stay due to location/service. Only 1 negative highlight about the hotel is the car park, limited basement lots and half the lots on B3 cannot be parked... Nearby to malls and amenities. This is my 2nd stay in the hotel and overall experience was great for the price paid.
